everything , every single detail

It was an unbelievably gorgeous setting with very attentive staff. The view of the coast is breathtaking. Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well in the hot days of late July. Breakfast was good. The on-site grill (barbecue) was really enjoyable.

Pillows weren’t the best, but that’s the only real thing we can come up with as a negative.

Hotel hasn’t lived up to expectations for numerous reasons: - breakfast is extremely disappointing, serious lack of fresh produce and basic foods you’d except missing e.g croissants and orange juice. Corn flakes were stale. - inability to order eggs is extremely unsatisfactory. - nuts from the mini bar in room stale. - went to dinner in the restaurant and had to. wait 1 hour 45 minutes before we received any food after complaining. - wasn’t offered any gluten free bread after giving weeks notice one party was gf. - not able to order any other drink except wine at dinner ridiculous. - not one member of staff checking if we were ok/ wanted another drink during the hour and 45 minute wait for food. - staff member booked us into another near by restaurant on our first night where the food was dire. - the hotel is trying to be shabby chic but more a shabby. - only positive is that the views are amazing.
