We had a fantastic stay at Bellagio Lakeside Apartment. Claudia was an excellent host who arranged for transportation to and from Como and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was immaculate, very well appointed and the lake views were stunning. Swimming right next door a bonus. Thanks again Claudia for making our first trip to Bellagio an amazing experience!

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with upscale modern amenities. The view is amazing as it’s right on the lake!!! The beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Claudia was very accommodating to us as we arrived at 11pm! She provided great recommendations and was always there to answer any questions. It’s a 10 minute walk to town so everything is accessible by foot. She even provided a parking spot in her garage for our car. Highly recommend this gem of an apartment!!!

This apartment is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of our stay in the Lakeside Apartment. The view can't be beat and the apartment is just a short distance over many wide steps to the village center. It is a very nice retreat from the afternoon crowds who come to Bellagio for the day. Claudia is an excellent host and always available to answer any questions or help in any way needed. She gave us excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants. As a side note, don't miss lunch at the Grand Hotel Serbelloni - it is a special place - beautiful hotel and view and the food is amazing.

Claudia was very accommodating and very helpful! The apartment was beautiful, with an absolutely incredible view. The walk into town was about 10 minutes, and gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed one month in Italy, and this was the highlight of my trip!! It really is as beautiful and close to the lake as the pictures show!! It was the cleanest place we have been in. Claudia, the manager, went above and beyond to show us things in the apartment, great places to eat, and where to shop for what in the village. We cooked in a few nights, and that was wonderful. The location is SPECTACULAR! A few feet from a fabulous restaurant! Swans and ducks swimming under our window, and not a long walk into town. I can’t wait to go again, not only because the apartment is so fabulous, but also because we got to know Claudia as our new Italian friend!!!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautifully designed and meticulously outfitted. Beautiful decor, amazing views and state of the art kitchen and entertainment center. 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio (up/down many stairs!) is a bonus. Right next to two rocky beaches with access to swimming and watersports. We kayaked with Bellagio Water Sports and it was fantastic and convenient. Beds are a bit stiff, but comfortable. Owner could not have been more helpful, having her son pick us up at the train station and her husband drop us off at the ferry. So nice! Would definitely recommend this villa.

We were looking for a location where we could enjoy the amenities of Bellagio, but also have space to stretch out and enjoy some quiet. This apartment was all that and MORE. The views are spectacular. You practically have a private beach. The wildlife you can enjoy is soothing and peaceful. Claudia is a 5-star host! She answered every question immediately, at all stages of our process, from booking all the way through checkout. She provided detailed information on how to get groceries most conveniently. She was totally flexible with our arrival and departure times. She was willing to arrange a taxi if needed. The icing on the cake was that she did our LAUNDRY! There is simply no greater gift than the gift of one's time. Claudia gave us her time so we could use our time to relax. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly. Enjoy your time on Lake Como!!! It's a stunner!

This place was insane!!!! Great location! Awesome views! The apartment is huge with a ton of space and amenities! We had an awesome time and will definitely be back! An added bonus was the amazing host who made the stay flawless!!!! Thank you!

Our stay at Claudia’s spacious apartment was heavenly, a dream come true for my wife and me. From start to finish, the combination of well-appointed luxury accommodations, perfect location and Claudia’s obvious attention to making our stay memorable all led to an experience that we will be sharing happily with our friends. Claudia went out of her way to pick us up at the Bellagio ferry docks for the short drive to the apartment. The location is part of the secret of its charm. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds in Bellagio to boast an aura of tranquility, while close enough to have a little 10-minute aerobic and scenic walk through vine-covered stone alleyways to the main Bellagio avenue. And the surprise for us was an intimate swimming beach just outside the apartment. The refreshing morning swims after one too many glasses of Brunello di Montalcino the night before, or after walks in 90 degree heat around the sites of Lake Como were an added blessing. Use the little concrete pier to launch yourself into the lake, avoiding the ticklish pebbly bottom along the shore. As a vital aside, the apartment’s air conditioning worked perfectly over our three-day stay in very warm weather. Claudia also has great recommendations for activities in the area, and dining alternatives. At the top of the list, try Seta. A wonderful setting, great food, and a romantic 15-minute moon-lit walk back to the apartment after dinner. And for great people-watching, have an afternoon/evening aperol spritz or frosty beer at Caffe Bar Sport on the Piazza Della Chiesa, in front of the old church where the flocks of swifts provide the acrobatic entertainment. The master bed was very comfortable, the washrooms are outfitted with designer fixtures, the kitchen is well-equipped although admittedly we were too tempted by all the bistros and trattorias within walking distance. Kudos to Claudia for providing travelers to one of the most beautiful venues on Lake Como with an experience they will never forget. Just don’t book our time when we make our inevitable return visit! This VRBO did not disappoint! The views of Lake Como were spectacular. Claudia, the host, was by far the absolute best hostess we have ever had with VRBO. She was so helpful with places to visit, eat and general information. She went above and beyond any host has ever done. Thank you for the delightful stay! We will be back!

Our stay in Bellagio at Claudia's home was one of the highlights of our family trip to Italy. The place was very modern and updated, with all of the conveniences of home. The place looks even better in person than in the pictures, and the view has to be seen to be believed. Nice location with a short walk to the center of Bellagio.

This is the perfect apartment in a perfect location. It is just a short walk to the main village of Bellagio and the ferry terminal to explore the lake. As it was the start of winter it was naturally very quiet which we loved. A number of restaurants and wine bars were still open and we enjoyed a few nights cooking dinner at home. I would expect that in the busy and hectic summer months this would be the perfect location as you would be able to escape the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Claudia is the perfect host and made certain that our stay was memorable. The treats when we arrived, including a bottle of Prosecco, was such a thoughtful touch. I cannot recommend this apartment and Claidia’s hospitality highly enough. We will definitely return one day!

We just left from our second stay at Claudia’s property and would never stay anywhere else! Absolutely perfect location, View and host! Claudia helped us with our laundry and surprised with pastries! Thank you again!!

The apartment is lovely, the location is great and Claudia was great as well. It’s a perfect place for a couple or for a family with young children but for us , two couples in our late 60’s and 70’s, the discovery that the second small bedroom had bunk beds was a let down. If the description of the second bedroom had been more forthcoming and honest, we would not have booked. The beds were difficult for us to get in and out of , especially for those necessary night time bathroom visits. I had told Claudia our ages when we requested to book too. I feel a better representation of the layout of the apartment with appropriate photos will be beneficial to prospective travelers.

What a wonderful stay we had at a picturesque property on the most beautiful lake in the world. The pictures don’t do justice to the setting, which is nicely situated close to the main town of Bellagio. Claudia is incredible and went above and beyond to ensure that’s we enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t recommend her or the property more. By the way, we traveled with a toddler (Claudia has a crib, which was great), and two kids who shared the bunk beds. All worked out well.

Absolutely beautiful property and location. Perfect for a family of four with two kids. Located right on the water with full wall of windows making views of the lake and mountains mesmerizing. Two large bathrooms, full kitchen, gorgeous living room, and every detail decorated beautifully. Owners of property treated us like family, personally bringing us to and from ferry, orienting us to the town, and setting up private lake cruise for us. By far the favorite place in our 20 day trip through Italy. None of us wanted to leave. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, except maybe people with mobility issues, as walking several steps is needed to get to center of town.

Wow! One of my favorite VRBO stays ever! Claudia went out of her way to communicate with us before arrival and welcome us to the apartment. We arrived to find the apartment stocked with water, wine, fruit, milk and snacks which was such a wonderful welcome after a day of travel. The apartment is stunningly gorgeous. It's right on the lake, I could have fed the ducks from the window, and we were able to sip our morning tea and coffee and watch the sailboats and morning swimmers. It is fully stocked with everything and very comfortable. Our family of four was completely happy with the apartment. It's on the quiet side of Bellagio, but just a short, beautiful walk into the center of town or to a few closer cafes and markets. We took a speedboat tour right from the marina next to the apartment building, which we highly recommend. Claudia was a delightful and gracious host, answering all of our questions with incredible patience and even allowed us a late checkout since there was not a guest coming in the day we were leaving, which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend and cannot wait until we can return!

If I could give 10 stars on all the ratings, I would......Claudia is a fantastic host with an incredible apartment. You can really see that she cares for the guests by adding many extra's (item's in the refrigerator, fruit and other snacks, etc). Clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. DO NOT hesitate to stay here!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay and couldn’t have asked for more from Claudia. Upon arrival, there was some communication issues between VRBO and Claudia, the owner of the apartment, which caused her to be unaware of our booking. Thankfully the apartment was vacant those days and she quickly cleaned / tidied up the unit in less than an hour and we were able to stay. During our stay, Claudia could not have been any more generous and kind to us and our young son. The apartment was gorgeous and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apt and would recommend it / Claudia to future renters!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for five nights at the end of June. Claudia has an absolutely gorgeous place. Everything in the apartment is high end, including the air conditioning, which was essential given the heat wave. Most impressive, though, are the stunning views from the apartment and the location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the heart of Bellagio (including the ferry if you plan to go to other towns on Lake Como), but in its own little quiet nook on Pescallo Bay. Claudia is a wonderful hostess, responding to our messages immediately. She also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I highly recommend this apartment.

A superbly located venue with a gracious host. The property was very comfortable and felt like home. It is ten minute walk to the town centre, and if you traveling light, rather walk it from the ferry stop. My kids also swam in the lake next ro this property. A spectacular destination and home. Claudia was fantastic and very helpful. Note that if you have heavy luggage and need to get a taxi in the morning it will be impossible! So ensure transport is prearranged prior to leaving again.

We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful accommodations. The Lakeview Apartment is incredible, beautifully furnished and the view is spectacular. Claudia is the most gracious host and was extremely attentive to our every need! The town is a short walk and it has fantastic shopping and restaurants. I wished we had been able to stay longer! Our time here in the Lakeside Apartment was perfect! The apartment is clean and has everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Claudia was so helpful in getting us to her apartment and sharing information about Bellagio and sites to see. The view of Lake Como is priceless and something you won’t get anywhere else. It’s set in a quiet and secluded part of bellagio but only minutes from town, it couldn’t be more quaint. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures do not do it justice as it is much more spectacular in person. Spacious, comfortable, and professionally decorated. First class and luxurious, with all the little details that make for a great experience. But what really put this experience over the top was the hospitality from the owner Claudia (and her son). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. If there was a way to give this apartment a sixth star, we would not hesitate to give it that rating.

We loved our stay in the Bellagio Lakeside Apartment. The apartment is terrific, the views are amazing, and Claudia is a great host. I highly recommend this property and we would love to return. My wife and I stayed in July 2018 with our two young children. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and is tastefully decorated and furnished. The outside of the apartment is a picturesque Lake Como scene, and the interior is the same but with modern updates and amenities. The pictures show the inside of the apartment perfectly. The views outside are even better than the pictures show. The apartment is almost on top of the lake in the quiet fishing area of Pescallo. The shoreline is just a few feet from the apartment. There is a small rock beach just outside the door where people come by for a quiet swim, and there are boat rentals and water activities right outside the door. Even our four-year-old appreciated the views and was happy to just sit in the window and admire the lake and mountains. We loved the location because it is just a 5-10 minute walk from the busiest tourist areas in Bellagio, but quiet and serene on the lake outside the apartment. The walk to the main Bellagio town is up a small hill and consists of several of flights cobblestone stairs, but we didn't mind the walk, which is beautiful. Finally, Claudia and her husband are wonderful hosts. Claudia answered all of my questions before booking, gave recommendations on restaurants and travel after booking, and was there to greet us as we arrived after a delay. She also provided wonderful little touches likes fruit, water, and cookies in the apartment for our arrival. These little touches helped make our stay wonderful. We had a great time in Lake Como and are so glad we found this apartment.

The apartment is right beside the lake and has an amazing view of the water, the boats and the scenery on the other side. It is very stylishly furnished and has all the facilities you would expect from a quality property. The owner, Claudia, provided lots of small items of food and drink to get us started. She was very helpful (including doing some of our washing) and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, would come back again and certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality apartment with an amazing view and a very helpful owner.

Claudia is a wonderful host, and the apartment is spectucular - spotless, modern, gorgeous furnishings and artwork. We stayed here beginning of Nov. and we did not want to leave. Our daughter sat every morning on the window sill looking out over the boats and Lake Como. If you want to stay in comfortable quiet place and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como/Bellagio we highly recommend this apartment. It is a slice of paradise in every way!
