We stayed in this beautiful apartment in late may 2015. It was quiet in the apartment complex as it was only early in the season but this suited us as we had a 2 year old.we had use of the pool to ourselves during the day.clean and well equipped accommodation. santa Teresa is a nice town with a beautiful beach all within a 15 walk from the apartment.good restaurant choices even though early in the season. Monica the host was extremely helpful and loves fridge magnets if you wish to get on her good side. Would not hesitate to recommend

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Santa Theresa. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr gepflegt und gut gelegen zwischen zwei Supermärkten, die eine gute Auswahl haben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes, waren mehrere Male Gärtner zur Pflege der Pflanzen da. Wir waren in den Oktoberferien da und waren fast allein auf der ganzen Apartmentanlage. Der Pool war noch zur Nutzung geöffnet. Der Strand ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und wirklich schön. Mit dem Auto war es auch kein Problem weitere schöne Badebuchten zu erreichen und davon hat der Norden Sardiniens viele. Im Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem möglich Nützlichen z.B. Toaster, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine und auch unsere Orangen konnten wir mit einem elektrischen Orangenauspresser auspressen. Nur die Matratze war sehr hart, aber das scheint auf Sardinien normal zu sein. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir haben sie zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie war trotzdem über whats app immer gut erreichbar und stand uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zur Seite. Auch auf unsere spontane Planänderung ist sie schnell eingegangen. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Gern kommen wir wieder.

The apartment provided to us by Monica was very clean, lovely and well equipped. Both bedrooms have Air Conditioning along with the kitchen/dinning area.The bathroom is well equipped with a washing machine for washing through dirty swimming costumes after coming off the fabulous Santa Teresa beach. A large flatscreen TV is provided and all the channels are Italian, a DVD player would be nice so we could bring some English DVD's to entertain the children. The Kitchen is well stocked with saucepans and kitchen utensils and there is also a nice large fridge freezer for keeping the lovely local Sardinian wine and beer cool. The apartment is situated right by the pool which is clean, never busy and there are always sunbeds available. The Supermarket is located just 30 seconds away and is very well stocked, just try to avoid 10am and 5pm as these times are vey busy with the locals. There is an abundance of restaurants in the town, Pape Satan, Marlin, Il Grotino were our favourites, all highly rated on Trip Advisor but you'll need to make a reservation as they are very popular. Our best meal was at a Triatore very close to the church (sorry I can't remember the name) the pizza our delicious and the seafood even better. The Ice Cream parlours stock a variety of exciting flavours and it is far cheaper than eating deserts in the restaurants. The changeover day is a Saturday but we wanted to fly out on a Friday, Monica was most accommodating and although the apartment was booked Monica booked us a hotel for the Friday night at her expense. My only disappointment, although very slight is the distance the apartment is from the main town/beach and the walk across the scaffold bridge. This does have the benefit of the location making it very quiet. Many thanks Monica for a wonderful Holiday.

We wanted to rent this apartment (listing 848285), but unfortunately it was already booked when we got in contact with the owner (Monica). We then asked if she could advice us any other apartment for rental in the residence and within just a day we had an offer for a beautiful apartment in the same building! As the owner did not speak English everything was handled by Monica. She is very helpful and serviceminded and acted professionally all the way. She sent us maps and leaflets before our departure and was in contact with us several times during our stay via sms to ensure everything was OK. The residence is very nice and calm, suitable for families or persons that just want to enjoy a nice and peaceful vacation. The pool is clean and there are almost always enough sunbeds for everyone. The apartments are modern and well-equipped with AC, stove, washing machine etc. We had a comfortable lounge set on our terrace, very convenient for siesta and when you just want to enjoy a drink outside in the evening. 50 m around the corner there is a nice and well-assorted grocery store with a manual fish and meat counter, fresh bread etc - very practical! 200 m away there is another food store. The beach in Santa Teresa is OK, but we preferred to visit other pristine beaches in Capo Testa and along the coast. The water is crystal clear and the sea has a beautiful turquoise color. A very nice daytrip is to Bonifacio in Corsica. The boattrip is awesome and Bonifacio has a wonderful port for yachts and you will find plenty of bars and nice restaurants. The only bad thing with Santa Teresa di Gallura is that we didn't find any good restaurants! We therefore preferred to make our own dinner at the outside grill.

We were three friends staying in the appartment for 10 days. Before arrival everything worked out perfectly and Monica always answered to any questions we had. After arrival a nice woman gives you the key and shows you around (speaking only Italian but it works, and in case of doubt you still have Monica's phonenumber)! The appartment is clean and well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen (Mokka, Coffeemachine, Watercooker, Pots...), the bathroom (hairdryer, towels...) and around (BBQ place, sunbed...)! For groceries the two supermarkets (50m and 200m) have everything and are very convenient. Also the pool areas are very tidy and with nice water. But the best are the beaches around, it is possible to spend every day of the vacation on another beautiful beach - all of them in driving distance of maximum 15 minutes (nearest one is in 800m). For activities there is a very nice diving centre across the street and in 5 minutes walking distance you can find a horseriding place. To walk to the centre of Santa Teresa it takes you 10-15 minutes. It's a nice town and you can find a couple of nice restaurants around. We were very happy with our choice and would always recommend to book the place for any kind of vacation (friends, couple, familiy...)!

The appartement was very nice and clean en enough space inside and outside, with 2 gardens and a barbeque and 3 swimmingpools also one for little children, The supermarket was very close and the fisch and meat department was very good assorted and they had also everything for breakfast and dinner,the owner of the appartemen called if every thing was oke, with was very nice. The beaches are very beautiful en the water very clear like the caribean, the swimmingpool is also very nice when in the evening the light shines in the pool very romantic, Santa teresa Gallura is very sparkeling in the night, you must go there to drink something on the terras or to get an italian icecream. We had a rental car and visit other beaches, but our favourit beache was Capo Testa, we also did a boat trip to the magdalena archipel, we and our children loved it, i recomend this appartment to every body, we had a wonderful holiday. We certainly go back next year because it had everything we wanted. with kind regard fam. Schier
