heating not working in spite of several requests.But main concern was in cases of fire.two floors up no fire extinguishers any where.a fire hose on the first floor but no good if you are on the second floor.no fire alarms.no fire exit signs no information on what to do in the event of a fire. this is a death trap.

Very spacious apartment with large and comfortable beds located in the centre of town about 10 minutes’ walk from the railway station.

It needs a bit of maintenance: holes in the shower cubicle doors and a shower head that sprayed sideways made for a wet bathroom floor, the dishwasher didn’t work. A instruction manual for the air conditioning would also be useful: the buttons on the remote were not self explanatory and the unit seemed to switch itself on randomly.

Room heating was out, but the staff went right on it without hesitation after making it known.

N/A Terrible Service, Very Shady Activity and Dishonest.

When we showed up the bed and the bathroom door handle we're severely damaged. They refused to give us a replacement room and said they didn't need to give us a refund despite agreeing at the front desk to a refund when we were leaving the property, as we wouldn't spent a second night on a dangerously broken bed. The property then avoided calls for weeks from myself and B.com customer service to avoid paying the refund, even though its alll well documented. Even at one point breaking B.com policy of the required response in 5 days. They were even provided photographic evidence that we discovered the bed was put together with tape and was badly broken when we arrived. They then lied to customer service that we broke the bed, given the tape had dust on it I'm not sure how that is even physically possible. They basically took 700 euros from me, failed to provide a bed, then tried to blame me for their dilapidated apartments, I have 3 witnesses that they lied. They then claimed it would take 2 days to fix the bed and the expectation was for us to sleep on the floor when I talked to their repair man? We discovered over 4 things we're broken when we arrived. I've now had to take them to court get my money back and its an easy to win case but a hassle. Avoid at all costs, they are dodging calls from B.com CS, and being dishonest to myself and CS. B.com CS even called them and they are hanging up as soon as they know it's Booking.com. So if you want to have 700 euros taken and then be lied to about a refund, its a great property.
