Can't fault this villa, it is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Within a quiet neighbourhood but good location with easy access to local restaurants and the large supermarket in Siam Mall. Communication with Walter and Lukas was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous villa everything you need fab place for a family. Location is very central to everything really we did hire a car which we got at a great price. We highly recommend Villa Julia we will definitely will be coming back.

Vrbo allows owners to take a substantial EUR damage charge off travellers even if you are not responsible for the damage. The owner doesn’t t even live in the country but his agent reported damage we didn’t make and Vrbo let’s him take the money without any discussion with us. Basically the owner can decide to renovate parts of the property at your expense. Check out Trustpilot to see similar problems and do not book thru this site or any other for that matter with this owner.

La casa tenía varios defectos dos habitaciones sin ventilación, una habitación da al dormitorio principal y la otra a un baño en el sótano el Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien y los canales de televisión tampoco. Además el dueño de la casa nos echó una hora antes de lo que ponía en el contrato, amenazando con llamar a la policía. Mala experiencia por el dueño aunque el resto estaba bien. The house had several defects two rooms without ventilation, the Wi-Fi did not work well and the television channels either. In addition, the owner of the house fired us an hour before what was stated in the contract, threatening to call the police. Bad experience by the owner although the rest was fine.

Me and my family have visited Tenerife several times but this time was by far the most comforting experience which made our holiday overall perfect! We were 5 minute drive to local shops , water parks , beaches and strips. Thank you for providing us with this luxury accommodation we would definitely stay again.

Villa Julia is such a beautiful place to stay, I would & have recommended to all I know - it’s spotlessly clean & has everything you need for your stay! Right next to Siam park & Siam mall which also has a supermarket inside. You would need to hire a car but everything is less than 10 minutes drive from villa Julia including la pinta beach! We had the best holiday.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa où nous avons été accueillis par l'agent local qui nous a donné tous les détails pour profiter au mieux du lieu. Le propriétaire a été également tout à fait disponible en cas de besoin. Nous étions "comme à la maison" avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. La villa dispose d'une très belle vue sur la mer et d'un extérieur bien aménagé. Les plages sont à 5/10 minutes en voiture et un très grand centre commercial est à 2 min en voiture. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Villa Julia is not only well equipped, it is beautifully presented. We travelled as a group of five, my in-laws, us and our young son. Everyone was delighted with the accommodation, comfortable large beds, good water pressure in lovely clean bathrooms, well laid out outdoor space with enough room to spread out and have both family time and chill out time. Hallo Walter, auch hier hinterlassen wir gern für Euer Haus eine schöne Rezession. Wir eine kleine Familie 2 Erw. und unsere Tochter 3 Jahre, waren im November19 hier. Es hat uns bei Euch sehr gut gefallen, es fehlte einen an nichts. (Küchenutensilien/Handtücher/Waschmaschine/Kaffeekapsel oder Filtermaschine/ große Töpfe/ kleine Töpfe ect. alles vorhanden.... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig entspannen! Schön ist es auch das die Einkaufs Möglichkeit Siam Mall direkt 5 Gehminuten von Euch entfernt liegt, so konnte die Mutti Abends mal ganz in ruhe shoppen gehen :) Warum habe ich für die Umgebung nur 4 Sterne gegeben, da das Haus an einer Straße liegt die von Bussen und LKW ect. befahren wird, so das man manchmal im Gespräch kurz innehalten musste, da man sich nicht verstanden hat. Aber im Haus selbst hat man davon nicht mitbekommen. Kleiner Tipp wer zu Haus auf Daunenkissen liegt, schweißt es ein und nehmt es mit. Bei diesen Kissen kann man wunderbar Buch lesen, aber schlafen ... ;-) Wir kommen gern wieder! Liebe Grüße an die Vermieter und kleinen Hausfeen

The most beautiful villa with stunning views. The stay here has been amazing. Yes the hill is steep but it works off your dinner. We stayed for two weeks with my disabled mum. The lift in the property is brilliant and we hired a disability scooter for my mum so the hilly location was no problem. When you get to the airport give the taxi driver the street name and say number 23. Number 60 doesn't register on their sat navs but 23 does and is directly opposite the property. Taxis were so easy to book using the number in the welcome folder. There has literally been nothing missing in the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped. Even beach towels are available so you don't need to bring your own. Walter and Lucas were brilliant. Solving any little niggly problem quickly. We paid for the pool to be heated. Something you probably don't need in summer but because of mums disabilities any cold makes it worse. The pool was lovely and cleaned weekly by pool staff. The Aircon was a massive added bonus and a great selection of English movies and TV to watch. I really can't praise the villa enough. Thank you Walter and Lucas for our amazing stay.

Fantastic villa, it is exactly as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean. ( and I am very picky about this, I usually de-scale the kettle everywhere we go, but no need to do that here it was spotless inside) Everything you could need. No problems everything works well. air con good. Beds comfortable. Lovely garden. Beautiful views. Would return again

From our initial enquiries, correspondence with Walter was always informative,quick & efficient. He happily arranged additional pool heating which was beneficial due to our daughters disabilities & was accommodating when we needed to slightly rearrange dates due to flight changes. Villa Julia is perfect!! Fantastic location close to Sian Mall & the water park,with spectacular views. On arrival,Lucas showed us around & explained the workings of everything thoroughly. The facilities are of an exceptionally high standard & spotlessly clean. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday & look forward to booking Villa Julia again!!

Villa Julia is a very beautifully maintained and perfectly clean home with a great elevator to take you and your luggage from the two car garage on the ground floor to the upper two floors. It is a very stately compression elevator making no noise–slow but elegant and silent with full-length windows on each floor looking out on the view (an elevator with a view)! The middle floor on which there is the garden & pool also has a large living room, flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen and large pantry with laundry washer & dryer. The top floor has two full bedrooms each with a queen-size bed: one with en suite bath & one with a spectacular view & bath off the hall just outside the door & one small bedroom with a single comfortable bed separated from the master by a window you can open. Beds are very comfortable by American standards. The ground floor has the garage, a big bedroom with king bed & bath with a small sitting area but only one small high window.The kitchen is well equipped for cooking dinners. It includes a full sized refrigerator, full sized dishwasher, electric stove (they never work as well as gas), 2 ovens, microwave, & a breakfast table used for counter space. The garden, which is covered with artificial grass has real palm trees, overlooks a striking uninterrupted view of Adeje and the ocean beyond. The stars at night are spectacular. A nice element is the owners provide a wide variety of cable TV channels including several English language news stations. There are no houses directly in front of the view & one next door so privacy and views are great. It is a five-minute drive down the hill to the Siam Mall with a full service supermarket. A car is definitely recommended unless you are a serious walker since the house is on a very steep hill & the closest anything is down the mountain. The only minimal downsides are some traffic noise since the house is on a main road that goes up and down the mountain; the pool out of the sun for a significant part of the day (but this could be a benefit in the summer); and the electric stove, which works but is not the best for cooking. Lucas and Camille (onsite agents) are lovely and were very responsive to our requests and questions. The owner has many rules about such things as taking the outdoor furniture pillows in every night. This is an inconvenience since there are many giant ones for the garden sofa. This villa’s high cost is reflected in the facilities!

Le secteur est calme et résidentiel à proximité d'un grand centre commercial ( hypermarché , station services, boutiques et restauration rapide) La Villa est magnifique et d'une propreté remarquable, literie confortable, clim dans les chambres, cuisine équipée , buanderie et...luxe inattendu : ascenseur panoramique très pratique pour les bagages! La piscine est agréable , la déco soignée. Un petit paradis accroché au flanc de la roche volcanique. Le seul défaut serait que là-bas, le temps passe trop vite....

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in der traumhaft schönen Villa Julia.Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 % der Wahrheit.Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und gut beraten. Der Ausblick war gigantisch, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Highlight für meine Tochter (9J.) war der beheizte Pool der wärmer als die Außentemperatur war.Sogar Spielzeug (Bälle, Luftmatratze, Wurfspiel ) war vorhanden. Die Villa ist top modern eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts.Die Villa liegt erhöht in einer ruhigen Siedlung, Bars und Restaurants, so wie der Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alles sehr zentral gelegen, auch Autobahnnah und trotzdem ruhig. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich im Ort. Wir empfehlen die Villa unbedingt weiter, denn soviel Liebe ins Detail hat man sehr selten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

We had a pleasant stay in Villa Julia. It is a beautiful luxury villa with all facilities and privacy. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The villa has a splendid view on the towns of Los Christianos and Playa de los Americas and the ocean. There is a mall nearby to shop and buy food and beverage. We would certainly recommend this property !

We enjoyed our 10 day holiday in this most luxuryous villa in Adeje: great villa, everything is available (pool, towels, kitchen equipment, even barbecue). Villa is in great chape, very well-maintained. We recommend this villa to everyone. It is located near Siam Park. Up on the hill you stay in a quiet and peaceful area of Tenerife, which is very welcome after a very busy and hectic working period. A holiday in Villa Julia gives you the relaxing period you need...
