First the location was absolutely beautiful. We could sit on the patio and watch the sunrise and sunsets which were beyond description. The beach was across the road and was very restful to sit and look out across the waves. For myself I found it calming and healing. The apartment was great. There were even games to play - which my husband and I and our grown up daughter enjoyed. Dominoes and Snakes and Ladders!!!! Thank you Sarah for a wonderful break!!!

The unit is in a top spot close to various sightseeing opportunities on foot, riding, bus and car ! Outlook to the ocean and the surrounding gardens made it very tranquil ! Not much noise due to there only being 6 units which are spaced out nicely . Sarah and Ian very helpful with any enquiries 🙂We will be back 👍Marion and Jeff

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment, with thoughtful inclusions such as fresh milk, breakfast cereals, toiletries, and laundry supplies. Centrally located. Short walking distance from the pier and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, has everything you could need. Great hosts! The beach is across the road and you can walk for miles either along the beach or the esplanade. The water is warm and shallow. We had a great time.

Such a beautiful and warming place to stay. Had everything that you require. So clean and decor very tastefully done. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we get to come back again

Our family just loved staying here, in the quiet end of town yet so close to great cafes and shops. With views of the water, ample parking, and a beautiful and clean unit, Sarah had really thought of everything to make our stay in Hervey Bay sensational. We will be back!

Sarah and Ian were perfect hosts. The unit was perfect for our needs and it was the little things that made all the difference. Like the books and games to keep my granddaughter happy in the evening. It was walking distance to a takeaway shop and hotel and only a short drive to the supermarket. Excellent

We stayed here for a night either side of a trip to Lady Elliot Island and it ended up being a highlight of the holiday. The apartment is perfectly located across from the beach and an easy walk to Urangan Pier. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, The Vinyard is a stand out and Two Ducks Cafe for delicious Asian made with love is also work a look. The apartment itself was spotless, it had everything we needed and a lot more. It was beautifully appointed, the linen and beds were to die for (we couldn't wait to get back from Lady Elliot!). There were special little treats in the fridge and the cupboards reflecting the owners warm hearts. Sarah couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay. We were travelling with my 93 year old mother and Sarah was super accommodating and friendly. She even brought her British Bulldog (Lord Nelson) over for a bit of a play which was the icing on the cake. Don't think twice, book this place if you're heading to Hervey Bay!

This was a great find. The property was very well located, very clean, well furnished and it was truly everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Hervey Bay before visiting Fraser Island. Look no further - this is the place to stay. Secure parking was a bonus.

Sarah has thought of everything, in this well appointed apartment. Every detail you can think of, and many extras have been covered with immaculate detail. The convenience of the Charlton Esplanade path and the beach at your front door add to the ambiance created here. Property manager Andrea compliments all of this with her friendly hospitality and availability to assist should there be any extras required... but there’s nothing extra, it’s all been thought of. A must stay apartment when visiting Hervey Bay.

This is a great spot to base yourself for all the Fraser Coast has to offer . It's right opposite the beach and an easy walk to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. You would need a car to get to the harbour( but lots of travel agencies organise pick up) or to explore further. The owners had left breakfast provisions and heaps of information about the area. It's light, it's really pretty - even nicer than the photos - and the verandah is a lovely place for a pre-dinner drink or breakfast.

Wonderful apartment in an amazingly beautiful part of Australia. Apartment was ideally located, close to shops and restruants and with a sea view from the balcony for morning coffee which was lovely. The decor, cleanliness, newness, room sizes, facilities and personal extras were the best we had in over a month in Australia - including milk, jams, condiments, cereals, toiletries, cleaning products as well as games, books and a wonderful information pack. Our host Sarah was amazing - excellent response/communication prior to visit, such easy access to the property and during our visit Sarah was easy to contact, friendly and very helpful. This property is amazing and we would highly recommend staying here and it goes without saying we would absolutely return.
