Friendly, helpful reception staff on checking in. It was a good location for getting to the city centre. Bus outside hotel with regular bus service. Only €1.40 each way taking about 20 minutes or so. Able to park car in secure car park. Access near hotel but need to go in hotel to get entry information. This wasn't made clear in the information given.

Communication with the bar and restaurant staff was tricky as not much English spoken and no English menu except by a QR code.

Air con didn't work so well

The staff was really nice and the facilities were also really good for the price. We slept really well, and they accepted our dog without problem, only the additional payment. Overall, it was a great experience for the price 👍

The only issue we had was that in one of our bedrooms, the coffee machine was broken.

We couldn't sleep at all, as the room had a terrible smell of smoke/tobacco in the room. Even if its supposed not to smoke in the rooms, but it smelled like there was a crowd of people smoking in there. We didn't bother to ask for a different a room as we were there only for a couple of hours. Also the cleaning stuff should be more respectful of the guest while cleaning, as their were making a lot of noise cleaning the other rooms at 7/8 am

Simple, yet superb clean hotel. Coffee machine and tea kettle in the room, beds are comfortable. The location is great, close to major highways, and an easy bus ride to the Old Town. So, there is no need to navigate thru crazy traffic and try to find a parking spot near the attractions . The bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The breakfast selection could be improved upon, but it was alright and carried us until dinner.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was tragic - if you don't connect to it early and stay connected, the amount of users in the evening won't even allow you to even login to the internet via internet link. Soundproofing was weak.

Very excellent breakfast. With a nice man helping if you need anything. Much variety and delicious food. The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Soft bed and modern bathroom.

The internet was a little bit slow and on the first day for some reason the streaming apps were blocked. On the second day it already worked though i dunno. The television only had Spanish canals

Minus 30 minutes on bus to the centre (taxi strike) and poor admin. Was made to be embarrassed by the breakfast waiter and reception- I paid 30 euros for 2 breakfasts (one adult and one child ) but was told in front of people that I had only paid one breakfast and needed to pay one more. I had to go to the room to get proof as their paperwork want in order. Waiter apologised To be honest the breakfast isn’t worth 10 euros anyway,
