Breakfast could be better

Breakfast was very good. Staff also.

Clean, friendly/welcoming staff, central location.

Breakfast inconsistent.

Close to Centro, Tianguis, and Mercado.

Water pressure poor. Beds uncomfortable, staff of little use in providing useful information to traveler, from simple direction to needed services in town.

The buffet breakfast was good, yogurt, fruit, eggs, toast, coffee and juice. The location was central and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Although they do have parking on the property, we were able to park right out front of the doors. The internet access is great. The king size bed was comfortable.

The room was prepared for 1 visitor, at least for towels, we only had 1 set. There was bug shells on the floor...not too clean. There was a cup of water of the closet...don't know the significance of that.

The hotel is very nice, quite clean and quiet. Yes, you can hear voices from the adjacent rooms, but it is expected due to the age of the building. Overall it was very nice.

The stairs to the upper floors are large and they end up at the bottom in diagonals. If a person with disability reaches the hotel it becomes almost impossible to reach the upper floors. To overcome all this, the hotel should have a lift.

Historical building, friendly people

I was in a room opposite to the in-house parking lot which was smelling and loud. Furthermore the door to the parking lot was always open and therefore in case of a fire of a car there would be no barrier for the flames to come into the hotel. The breakfast was ugly and not worth the price.

I love this hotel. Second time to stay here. Bed on the second floor was incredible. Bed on third floor was hard. But the room was large. Have refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot
