The 2 rooms have 1 air-conditioning was too hot 🔥 in our room

Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water for showers.
More storage for clothes.

Hotel location was brilliant. Really liked the balcony sea view.
No bottled water and staff was unable to help
No hot water for shower throughout our stay, requested and staff said nothing can be done.
Staff needs to learn hospitality skills to serve guests better.

All is okay!!!!Nice and inexpensive hotel near the center of Marmaris. To the beach on foot 3 minutes! Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff, Hakan, Kadin, Pınar. They will always help. Tea and water for breakfast at the hotel is free. Very comfortably. Recommend! I will definitely come again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in room was a death trap with live wires hotel managers behaviour was disgusting towards me after I complained about my room and he also completely ignored the requests from Booking.com so I just lost the money and left. Please anybody who reads this never booked into this hotel it’s an utter disgrace

Location was good
Cleaners don’t come unless you ask. Lift insanely small big enough for 2 people Even then your so close together. Room needs updating, all plug sockets were falling from the walls and the ac was leaking. Shower very awkward as your head touches the ceiling so no good. Hotel staff were ok but the beach staff very rude and incompetent. Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s not the worse I suppose
