La limpieza de la habitación, las camas muy bien, la atención del Luis en recepción excelente. Por la noche no tuve agua caliente.

Alberca fría, personal de restaurante no muy amables, alimentos sin cariño. Que te cobren $500 de depósito adicional al precio de la habitación, es cultural pero debiesen cuidar su tipo de huéspedes para evitar esos cargos adicionales y exigen tener una atención adicional al huésped.

It was clean and pet friendly

The most basic room one could imagine. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, no services. Incompetent front desk staff. Kept my ID and told me they didn’t have it and then ran after me as we were driving off

The entrance was clean and nice. The steak resturant had great food.

The room was clean but so outdated. Blood stains and who knows what else on the mattress. Curtains did not fully cover the window. People fighting at night outside the room. Litter with beer bottles in the morning outside the room. Did not feel safe at all. It was very Ghetto! I would not reccomend at all.

The buffet style breakfast we used to get is no longer given, you get a very basic breakfast now!! We used to stay here based on the breakfast, we wont be staying here again!!

This was our fourth time staying here. We love that they are very pet friendly and our dog was allowed around the pool and could eat with us on the patio for both breakfast and dinner. Safe secure parking. Dog bed and dish in the room was a nice touch. In our past visits, sitting around the pool at night with the lights in the trees was a beautiful relaxing quiet setting. This visit they had music and must have had a special for kids because there was a lot of them using the pool. Not bad, just different from our previous visits and we probably would try to avoid weekends in the future.
