Lovely apartment, stunning views and great location

First class experience with Carlos and Maria, made me and my wife most welcome and were on hand when required. The accomodation was first class and we enjoyed the open plan apart from the toilet area. The balcony has great views over the town and the location was great with first class security which made us feel safe.

We loved the property, very well equiped and the beautful views were wonderful. The large balcony gave us sun almost all day. Maria and Carlos were very helpful.

Do not hesitate to stay at this place,it has everything you would need, from a comfy bed to a well equipped kitchen.We generally made our own breakfast but on a couple of occasions had breakfast at nearby Tuxedos which was fantastic.

Great apartment has everything you require home from home the only minor issue was there is only one small wardrobe, sun on the balcony in winter from 10am to 4pm situated in a great location , Carlos and Maria are great communicators and are very responsive and helpfull

Ideal property for a couple. Great open plan layout with private balcony and great view. 5-10 minute walk to Corralejo centre and beach. Loved it.

This apartment was clean and comfortable for a couple. Was a little surprised there wasn’t an oven but not a major issue as just made us eat out more. Also bed was not very comfortable but would definitely go back again as loved it otherwise.

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely penthouse. Very clean & tidy. 20 mins walk to the beach, however supermarket less than 10 minutes away. Great communication between Carlos & Maria. We had fabulous weather & used the apartment for dinner some evenings. Small hob & microwave available for cooking. Only negative point is that there is evening entertainment noise from the hotels located near the apartment, so it does disturb you if you want to sit outside on the spacious balcony. This balcony gets the sunshine all day. A welcome pack would be useful if you have arrived late & cannot get to the supermarket until next day. Would definitely like to return, as this penthouse has a lovely layout & is suitable for couples.

We had a fabulous stay, apartment was clean and filled with everything you could need. The broadband and android box were a bonus, you could chill out and watch something when it got too hot. Very short walk to the supermarket and main street, 10-15 minutes would get you all the way down to the centre. If the property had air conditioning it would be perfect.

We spent a week in this great apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Maria and Carlos, the owners, were fantastic - great hosts and very responsive and helpful if you ever had the slightest question. On check out day they even arranged for us to leave our cases in a safe place and use their spare shower room because of our late evening flight, which meant we could spend the day at the beach. We were greeted by Maria who showed us around and gave us information and maps to help us find supermarkets, restaurants etc. The apartment had a lovely light and airy feeling; it's really well captured in the pictures, which isn't always the case when you book some accomodation! We love cooking, especially with local ingredients, and the small kitchen is really well equipt, with a useful supply of the basics, such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc. We spent a number of evenings with a lovely bottle (or two) of wine on the terrace looking at the great views. The terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing if you wanted to have a really lazy and relaxed day. There's sun on the terrace all day, however we did appreciate the automatic sun shade, which provides a little relief on a hot day if you want it. The nearest supermarket is only about 5-10 minutes walk away and stays open late. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, all within a 10-20 minute walk - a great choice of places to eat. Beaches are also within easy walking distance. We would really recommend this wonderful little holiday home and we would most definitely return if we visited Corralejo again. Myself and my partner stayed here for a week and couldn't fault the apartment - we had everything we needed and more for our stay. We were greeted by Maria who showed us round the apartment and also provided a map with local supermarkets and recommended restaurants which we found really useful. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are no more than a 5/10 minute walk away. We would recommend this apartment to everyone! Maria and Carlos you are both such lovely people, thank you for making our stay perfect!

The Penthouse was immaculate, great views and only a few minutes walk from the town. The owners were very accommodating, on our arrival we were met by Maria who helped us settle in, showing us how things worked and giving us maps,leaflets and information we required. Maria gave us her contact details should we have required any assistance. We had a great 2 weeks stay with no issues and will be returning next year. Thank you for the lovely time you gave us.

Carlos & Maria are lovely hosts with very good communication and guidance on how to find apartment. Apartment is on 3rd floor (has a lift) ,very secure with security door to complex and 2 further lockable doors to get into the modern clean, open feel apartment . Balcony looks out over the town to one side and catches the sun all day, with open views of the countryside the otherside. Perfect location, we walked approx 10 mins into town every night and found a great Tapas bar (Gilda) and lovely restaurants (Pueblo, Mi Casa & Gregorio El Pescador) + a short drive to Casa Marcos in Villaverde is a must. Great apartment, with fab views.

Having stayed in a few Hotels and a Villa with private pool in Corralejo in previous years, this Penthouse apartment suited us down to a T. The Photos and description on the website did not disappoint and what a view you have of Corralejo and even a bit of Lanzarote, amazing. We were well impressed with the Apartment everything we needed to enjoy our 2 week stay over Christmas/New Year. Carlos and Maria have made good use of the Penthouse area, the decor, and amazing lighting gives off an ambiance which is very relaxing. We loved the open plan design too. Apartment is bright and airy and from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay we felt very secure within and around the Apartment block which is very clean and in a quiet area. Apartment is in a great location and although a quite area, it's only 2/3 minute walk to the Main street handy for everything shops, restaurants etc. We came across SoHo cafe in Las Palmeras Shopping centre just outside the Spar supermarket if you are looking for a good quality full Breakfast starts at Euro 2.99 or snacks, the best we came across for value, and the service was excellent. Noticed this seemed to be a popular coffee stop as well for locals and holiday makers. We always walked to the main beach however a couple of smaller beaches were closer. Sunshine all day on the terrace and it was so nice to sunbathe and relax with no noise around you. Thank you, Maria and Carlos for renting out your Penthouse and being such kind and friendly hosts. Really enjoyed our stay in this great accommodation. The property is beautifully maintained and well located for access to shopping areas, bars and restaurants which are all within a short walking distance. Our favourites restaurants were Sanus and Bodeguita El Andaluz - the food was tremendous in both and the service excellent. Special mention for Birgit in Bodeguita she was very friendly and professional in her manner. We also loved the Chill Bar for cocktails - plenty of choice and great flavours. Try the Maracuya Love and the Chill Y Margarita. Maria and Carlos are good hosts and we were delighted with the lovely touch of leaving a bottle of champagne and chocolates as we were in Fuerteventura to celebrate my partners special birthday. The views from the balcony are stunning and we could definitely have made a little more use of this but breakfast on the balcony for Emma's birthday was special as we looked out over Fuerteventura. I would be happy to recommend the property and the lovely people who could not do enough for us. Maria and Carlos welcomed us to the apartment and were friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is finished to a high standard. We loved everything about it - the huge comfortable bed, the amazing view from the terrace, the soft lighting, even the open-plan bathroom. It is on the edge of town but only a short stroll to the main street with its many shops, restaurants and bars, a great location, quiet and safe. We stayed for three weeks and will definitely recommend it to our friends. A big thank you to Maria and Carlos. Jean and Paul

We went for a month in February 2016. The taxi from the airport is around 43e so we hired a car at the airport for 3 days which cost 95e. We then used it to have a look around the area ie La Oliva and Puerto del Rosario. It was also useful when we went to the supermarket as we were not restricted to the local the supermarket when having to carry heavy shopping. Especially as the tap water is not suitable for drinking but the wine and beer is. I returned the car to the local office in Corralejo. We did the reverse for our return trip to the airport. The apartment was as shown on the photos and both Maria and Carlos were exceptional. Cooking facilities are a little limited with a two ring hob and a microwave only but we ate out all but 3 times in the month so it was not a problem. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the main street where there are bars, restaurants and a good supermarket and about 25 minutes to walk to the old town where there are really good fish restaurants. The walk back got a bit tedious at times but the taxi was only 4 euros so we took advantage of that at times. English channels on the TV are limited but Carlos showed me how to change the satellite and change the channel to English speaking which was a great help in our down time. The apartment is very comfortable with a TV in both the lounge and the bedroom. This was very helpful as we have different tastes in TV programmes. The locals were the most friendly I have met and in general the area is cheaper than mainland Spain. There is a local market twice a week and we used it for buying and exchanging books. It is not a fruit and veg market. Thanks to Mari and Carlos for a great month. Bill B

This is a lovely modern, light, open planned apartment, with gorgeous views. The apartment was immaculate on our arrival, and has all the necessary essentials you need, it is very safe and secure so we had no issues about security, you can hear a little road noise, but is is only slight and did not disrupt us during our stay. The owners met us outside and took time to show us around, they live downstairs which I found very re-assuring. It is in a good location a 5 minute approx walk to the main street a little longer to get to the harbour. We had very good communication by the owners from first booking the holiday. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you Carlos & Maria for a lovely stay.

We found the apartment very modern and bright. All were very clean. The views were great and the deal was great. Very central. We highly recommend it.

First impressions were this is an excellent apartment which has been very well designed. Everything works well. Very impressed with the location being only 10 minutes walk to old town and 5 minutes to supermarket and local convenience store. View through the panoramic windows out to sea with the twinkling lights of the houses at night is very romantic. Good sized balcony with sun from 8 am till 5pm. We ate in nearly every night so the kitchen facilities were important- didn't disappoint. All the kitchen equipment you need to really make use of those lovely local ingredients. If we come back to the island then we would definitely stay here again.
