The house is very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with amenities and in a quiet, yet central, location. All bedrooms were very comfortable - our entire family slept very well during our visit! We enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our host, Bill, was very helpful and engaging. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

This property was perfect for our family get together. All the beds were comfortable, linens great, kitchen well equipped and more than enough room for all of us. We love the pool and the overall cleanliness of the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our host was fantastic and very attentive. Really a great place to stay.

This was our fourth holiday in Palm Springs and we decided to try-out a larger rental home with all the amenities a large family would need. Not only were our (adult) children thrilled with the pool, hot tub and view of the mountains, but the location made it easy for them to stroll downtown to explore the main streets, art museum, etc. For us, this was the perfect location for us to take in several of the Modernism Week events we had booked months earlier. Finally, Bill was an exemplary host, providing us with top-notch advice and local guidance. He was very responsive to our questions about his excellent property. If we can, we'll be back!

What a delight to stay at Bill’s place. 3 fantastic bedrooms in a main house and a darling casita and bedroom with spectacular morning views of the mountains. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed, nice living room and tv space (and big tvs in all rooms). Loved the hot tub. Bill was verry quick at responding when a couple minor questions came up. We’d stay here again in a flash. Great location, too.

We enjoyed the property very much. The house was immaculate. Large bedrooms with plenty of closet/bureau space. Dry sunny Open kitchen/dining/living area with stone fireplace. We cooked in 2 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The attached casita exceeded our expectation and the pool/yard are was beautiful. New 6 person hot tub too. Excellent location filled with lovely homes. We walked downtown several times. The owners were terrific and easy going . AA+

My husband, 2 adult children and I (plus our dog) stayed here for 9 days over Christmas. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and met with my son, who was the first to arrive, to go over everything in the house. Others have commented on how well equipped the house and kitchen are and even so we were amazed to find absolutely everything we could need in the kitchen - including herbs, oil, balsamic, flour, etc. and a basket of goodies from Bill. He even put up Christmas decorations in the yard. The new hot tub was great and we had the pool heated for the first 3 days until the weather turned colder. Perfect house to stay with a dog, with a fenced yard, artificial turf and tile floors throughout. Good location near Tarquitz canyon, the airport and downtown. We had a great time.

First of all we must stay Bill is an excellent host. His property is by far the most well equipped that we have stayed at. There is nothing I can think of that is not in the house. The house is truly a home away from home and we felt like we were at our own home for the week we were there. We had eight adults and one child stay at the house. It was always comfortable and never felt crowded. The house is tastefully furnished in a style that perfectly fits Palm Springs. I would highly recommend the property to anyone planning to visit Palm Springs and hope to stay at this home again.

Bill’s place is just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The main house has a great set up. Two bedrooms with en suite baths for privacy, and another bedroom with a huge comfy bed. The casitas is super private, has its own bathroom, kitchen and seating area. There is something unique in every room if you have multiple couples/families. The host, Bill, was very communicative and helpful before, and throughout our stay. Highly recommend his place!

Billy communicates beautifully. He was there to show us around when we checked in. They even left me a 70 th birthday gift basket! The house was completely comfortable and the yard came with a pool perfect for treading water, hummingbird attractive plantings, many seating areas that were sunny or shaded at different times of day, a well - equipped kitchen, big TVs..... This was a perfect stay

We needed a place to stay in Palm Springs to be close to our place where a big remodel had just begun. It was two of us plus our two larger dogs, and the house was perfect. Kitchen was extremely well provisioned, everything in working order, all electronics in the house updated and easy to operate. Abundant furniture inside and out. Location is so convenient, close to town yet quiet. Great ped walkway along the Tahquitz Cr for walking dogs. Be sure to check out the Townie Bagel Shop!

We had a great time in this beautiful home. The house was very clean and well-stocked with condiments, oils, spices etc. along with a heaping basket of goodies to greet us. The layout is awesome with 4 beds and 4 baths. The heated pool was delightful. We stayed for 5 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay began with an in person, warm welcome by the owner, Bill, and a thoughtful welcome basket. The house was not only absolutely beautiful but also spotless. Every amenity is there for you as a guest. The location is walkable to the town and a short drive to hiking trails. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. We loved everything about it!

First off, this place is scrupulously clean. I get easily grossed-out if a place isn’t up to my standards, and I have to say, this is one of the few that has passed my test. Visually, the place looks BETTER than in the photos. The linens are nice quality, and the owners definitely paid a lot of attention to detail. There was a generous basket of snacks and food to tide us over until we shopped at the nearby supermarket which was just 5 minutes away. The kitchen is stocked with a vast array of spices, and has every pot, pan, and utensil you will ever need—- all organized in fresh, new cabinets and drawers. The layout is great for two couples as the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house. We also had 3 boys with us, and they loved staying in the separate casita. They loved using their own attached kitchen to bake brownies and make their own popcorn. The casita also provided ample space for them to do their online schooling. Of course, what the boys loved more was hanging out at the pool, which was in a very private backyard. The owners made great use of the backyard, with separate sitting areas, shaded by umbrellas. You can see the tall mountains from the backyard, which are in very close proximity to the house. So pretty. It was so enjoyable to walk our dog in this nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bill, our host, was very accommodating and responsive, from the beginning til the end. I can’t say enough about him.

This is house is fabulous and even more beautiful than the photos. We had originally planned to stay here with our family to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament however that was canceled but there is more than enough to do in Palm Springs. The house is a home- well-appointed- and not just a rental property. Communication with the owner was easy and he was available to answer any questions and offer advice. We did have to unexpectedly shorten our stay and the owner offered a refund for the day not used. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to any family or group of friends who desire a lovely oasis in Palm Springs.

This property is very well maintained, with very cool decor and all the space you'd need! There were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 singles) and we all had our own bedroom and bathrooms. Very well supplied with absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. Loads of pool towels and pool loungers and floaties for the pool and even lots of board games. We had plans to be out and about during our stay but most days we just stayed at the house and had fun at the pool! Bill the owner was so helpful before our stay and during. I really can't say enough about this wonderful property! We had an awesome time and I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks Bill!

Property was as lovely as advertised and roomy enough to accommodate the 8 adults in our party. The location worked great for us. Close to restaurants and walking trails. All the amenities we needed were included. The welcome packet was complete. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to use this property in the future.

The house is perfect for couples, with 4 full bedrooms and 4 full baths. We loved the above ground spa and the pool was the perfect size. We had some silly questions about towels (they're abundant) and a coffee maker (2 Keurigs). Communication with Billy was great and check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect: great location (not windy and close to everything), homey, comfortable both inside and out. All the amenities and an accommodating owner. We've rented quite a few homes and this is our favorite. We can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed 10 awesome days soaking up the sun in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more! The owners and property manager met us upon arrival and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Answering questions, giving tips and travel suggestions, and simply checking in with us to ensure we were having a great time. Our daughters loved the pool and hot tub, and we all enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, beautiful kitchen, comfy bedrooms, fruit trees, and lovely and stylish decor. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to be back!

I cannot say how wonderful this home was in Palm Springs. It is convenient to downtown and in a wonderful quite neighborhood. The home couldn't have been in better condition. It was clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Our host Bill couldn't have been more accommodating and sweeter. Ben, the home manager, who met us at the house was wonderful and showed us every amenity and took the time to show us around the house upon arrival. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to be close to downtown PS, but far enough away from the noise and congestion. The value received for the price paid per day was very appropriate.

Wow! Thank you, Thank you this home has everything you need and more! The owner went over the top to help us with great tips before, during and after our stay! Our greeters were so friendly and fun as they explained not only the home but the area. We had eight in our group and each couple had a lovely room and even their own bathroom! The pool, hot tub, BBQ, patio furniture, propane fire pit and propane heater made outdoor relaxation just what we needed. The swan swimming in the pool watched over us and we sure didn't want our week to end. We will be back and recommend this wonderful home to all vacationers. Thanks Bill your the best!

This property is beyond amazing. The house and pool apartment are all newly renovated, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and well stocked with towels, staples and kitchen supplies. The backyard with the it’s pool, hot tub, putting green and fire pit was a perfect oasis for me and my family. The trees had yummy fresh grapefruit and lemons that we used daily in our meals and drinks. Bill was a wonderful host. He was helpful, responsive and a really nice guy. The location is great for getting to restaurants, trail heads, or just walking the beautiful neighborhood. I couldn’t recommend this house more, I will definitely use it again.

Such a wonderful property for a weekend away from LA. The house is very well-appointed and decorated. It's very close to the little downtown in Palm Springs. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The owner and property manager were responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay in Palm Springs! The location was great, the layout of the home was lovely, and the new kitchen's cappuccino maker was my favorite fancy amenity. It was clean and updated, with a stunning view of the mountains, a newly renovated pool and a hot tub! We enjoyed dining downtown, too. I absolutely loved working with the owner, and I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

This place has it all. Very clean, modern and chic. This property is exceptionally maintained and is clear the owners care about the little things as well as the big things. The pool is any visitors personal oasis. Also, three famous words come to mind when thinking about this place, location, location, location!I felt like Frank Sinatra while staying here. I will be back!
