Great property for multi generational family holiday. House had everything you needed and more. Swimming pool, barbecue, internet TV, we even had a spare fridge great for chilling the beer and wine. Relatively easy walk to town just over a km and 1.7Km to ferry, approx 20 mins. Taxi is approx 6euro to town. You cannot beat Tavira for beaches, via ferry or restaurants which offer quality and value, our favourites are Artifact and Brisa do Rio but there are so many good ones and we’ve been coming for 10 years

Good service and communication both with owner ahead of holiday and with the very helpful administrator on site throughout the stay. Clean apartment with all facilities. This is serious services :-) Only thing I wish was better comunicated was the way to city centre which literally wasn't straight forward but took 20 mins not 10. Having kids but no car we ended up taking taxi a lot of the time which we had not planned to. There was no food store easily accessible either, so you would need a taxi for that as well. Lovely country!

We had a very nice stay in Tavira. The house was great, excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood. Only the cleaning could be a bit better but, other than that, very nice house. Highly recommended.

Great home, convenient location, but the hosts are what take this to a must stay location. Roger, Angie and Stu were always available for any request and had a great adventure.

The villa is incredibly spacious. It's well located, clean, and comfortable. Communications with our hosts was timely and informative. Our group of four golfers enjoyed it immensely.

The villa was amazing. Far bigger than expected. Plenty of room for a family of 7 to enjoy their own space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious along with the communal areas. Kitchen was big with lots of appliances. The walk into town was around 12-15 minutes with a very busy road to cross but all manageable. The people who caretake the villa were super helpful. They ordered cabs and shared lots of local knowledge. Thank you Angie and Stuart. Tavira is wonderful. This was our third visit and it did not disappoint.

Great location, only 1.6 km walk from Tavira town centre. The villa contained absolutely everything we needed for a family of four, and the space was more than sufficient for our needs. Large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and great open plan kitchen and living room. Pool was clean and lots of toys, inflatables in the garage to use. Overall 5/5 and we would definitely stay again. Angie and Stuart the managers catered amazingly to all our needs and Roger the owner was quick with any replies to queries.

Really lovely town of Tavira which is very quaint and safe and it also has a fabulous beach. The villa was spacious clean and well equipped and the pool was really very welcome in the hot weather. The host was great and very flexible with departure process. We had a late flight and Roger vey kindly let’s us stay till our taxi arrived. The whole holiday was very good and we had a mixed age group party and everyone found something to enjoy. I would highly recommend the villa and Tavira.

We are a family of 5 (4 adults and boy of 10). The property is a great size and the pool is a real treat. Everyone enjoyed it, no issues at all. The owner was extremely helpful before we went on holiday, as was his representative in Tavira Angie who was "on call" and was fabulous in looking after all of us. A holiday we will all remember for a long time.

We spent a great family time on this villa. The pool is great, the kitchen is very well equipped and so is the rest of the house! Too bad we always had to drive around when going to the beaches but we kinda knew this when we booked.

Very nice property, Well maintained by the owner. Town was a 10 minute walk away. Close to other towns to explore.

We have just returned from a week staying at this villa and can’t recommend it enough! We had a lovely week, we were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, the villa and location was perfect for us. Villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The town of Tavira is only a short walk away and there is a lovely cafe on the way. Don’t let the main road put you off as it’s fine and local taxis are good. We didn’t have a car as didn’t feel it was needed. A massive thank you to Angie for her amazing service! We would highly recommend this villa. We hope to return one day.

A spacious 4 bed villa with small but perfect pool in a gated complex 10 mins walk north from Tavira town centre. Unlike other rentals, it has a great selection of kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is lots of outside space, front and back and four of us were very comfortable there. The location is perfect, a short walk (with a 3 min section on the main road) and you arrive into the lovely town centre. Communication with Angie and Stuart (and Roger the owner) were exemplary - before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended for a group of adults or a family.

This was our second visit to Tavira in less than a year. Tavira is a wonderful place to visit it has lots of character, and choice of restaurants, great for walking and exploring. The villa was perfect for our stay with friends, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated. Just as advertised. The balcony and garden areas front and back were very private and quite. The own Roger enable a smooth booking, and villa manager Angie was very helpful and looked after us on arrival and departure very well.

Have stayed at this villa quite a lot over the last 6 years and we love it. Lots of space, very well equipped. Pool perfect for a cooling dip, lots of sun beds and only a 15 minute walk into town. Angie and Stu look after us really well and have become good friends over the years. Neighbours are also very friendly and helpful. Tavira is a beautiful fishing town with lots of good restaurants and only a short boat ride from a fantastic beach.. Lots of beautiful buildings and sights to see. We love it.

Tavira is a beautiful Portuguese town. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area but still close enough to the town that you can walk. However we mainly used taxis as there is a busy fast road to walk along which doesnt feel very safe for pedestrians.Not a problem as taxis were very cheap and plentiful.Villa is much bigger than the pictures show. In fact it was a lovely surprise to have so much space. The aircon was fantastic.The street is incredibly quiet, no noise at all. Tavira is without a doubt the nicest town we have visited in Portugal. Very family friendly, wonderful restaurants and bars as very reasonable prices.Clean villa and pool. We loved this villa with it having so many different balconies and areas, there was space for each of the family. It was equipped with all you need for your stay, we mainly had breakfast in the villa and ate out as there are so many good restaurants to choose from in Tavira. The kids loved the pool. Great base, we had a day at the Aqua Water Park and a day at Fueseta Beach enjoying a meal at the BBQ and a day at Barril beach, week went in too quickly.

Modern villa, well equipped, immaculately clean. Excellent location, just close enough to the Town for an easy walk but far enough away for a peaceful environment. Many thanks to Angie for making it all run so smoothly. Will be back!

In the lead up to our stay, we had great communication from Angie, who was extremely helpful with all the queries I had. The villa is in a gated street, with ample parking, and was easy enough to find, with Angies directions. The villa is very spacious and has living room, dining area, and large kitchen, with dining spaces outside at the front and rear of the property too. Ample air conditioning throughout the property if you need it. There is a helpful folder with instructions for appliances throughout the property. We used the pool a few times, but it was a little chilly in late Sept despite it being a very pleasant 28 degrees. The villa is a leisurely 10 minute walk into Tavira for the restaurants and shops. The walk does involve walking along a busy road, which is our only drawback, as we had our 8 month old in a pram. Overall, a great 7 night stay, and knowing Angie was available if we needed anything. She even met me the day after we checked out because I had left items in the wardrobe!

A wonderful, well equipped villa. All rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Don't need to worry about anything, games, floats, goggles for the pool etc all there. Hairdryer in each bedroom - and good fast ones too. Fabulous air conditioning too. Plenty of outdoor space - several spacious balconies, back garden and the lovely pool area at the front - a definite winner with the children. Located close to the centre of Tavira and the best restaurants. It truly is only a 10 minute walk. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you for letting us stay, truly enjoyable.

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday! The villa is well appointed, clean and spacious. Furniture and fittings are of a high standard as was the cleanliness of the property. The gardens and pool area provided hours of amusement for the children, the inflatables an added bonus.The spaciousness of the property allowed everyone to enjoy some space. Angie was very welcoming and took time to explain the features of the property, thank you . We loved returning to Tavira and sharing the experience with our daughter, her partner and children. The bird life on the marshes was fantastic, seeing a flock of flamingo in flight was spectacular. We enjoyed a trip to the fish and general produce market in Olhao, excellent lamb chops.Also a good experience for the children to see real fruit and veg rather than the well manicured of English supermarkets! Ethan aged 7 summed it up, 'the bestest holiday ever'. I think the gelato shop in town was a big hit too!

I was prompted to respond to the wholly erroneous review by the above who only gave the property two stars. We stayed here last July and found everything to be exceptional. Angie was very helpful whenever we needed help, which wasn't often, and throughout the whole booking process. The furnishings were of a high standard and the beds very comfortable. Regarding a car, we had one, which was invaluable for bulk shopping from an out-of town supermarket, so I would have to agree that one is desirable but not essential as the walk into town only takes ten or fifteen minutes. Once you are over the busy road, the walk is very pleasant with a great bakery and cafe en route. A car is also invaluable to get to the fabulous beaches to the east of the town, past Cabanas. Tavira itself is wonderful for a host of reasons. I would love to come back and would certainly choose this property.

Villa was fab. Each room was spacious & well furnished. The outside areas were great with pool/sunbeds and the rear area with great BBQ & dining area. Although we had utilised all four bedrooms - there was never a time that we were on top of each other - this was due to the inside & outside space. It was a 10 minute walk into the main town in Tavira - this was fine. Tip. The 20 minute stroll from the main supermarket is quite difficult with shopping & bottles of water....I would therefore suggest a taxi.

This is a relatively new house in clean condition. Angie and her husband, while very nice, proved somewhat unhelpful when things were not working and with arranging the deposit and final payment. The house is advertised as luxury. It is acceptable, but far from luxurious. The mattresses are thin and seem cheap, the furnishings are stark and the kitchen is pitifully equipped. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, but had expected more of a high-end rental. In this listing, they promise a welcoming basket. Other than one bottle of wine, no such basket appeared. In fact, we were left with no soap, one half roll of toilet tissue, no paper towels -not even basic necessities. Important facts about the house are not revealed: It sits across a very busy highway from Tavira. It is not close to town, about a 20 minute walk minimum. The ferry to the beach does not run in April, but one must take a taxi to a different town to catch it. I was told a car was unnecessary. While we made it work, I would not advise renting this property without a car. A few upgrades with comfortable furniture, some rugs, a better equipped kitchen and nicer bedding would have made a big difference.

The villa was beautiful and superbly appointed and equipped. It was very clean both inside and outside with very modern fittings. The swimming pool was beautifully clean and warm - lovely in fact. Angie Graham was outstanding from the very beginning, from the booking stage to departure. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was absolutely reliable and prompt in her attention : Fantastic.

We have been coming to Tavira three times a year for the last six years, and this is the best property we have stayed in. There is everything you could need in the villa.The location is perfect nice & quiet yet walking distance from Tavira centre, surroundings are lovely. We loved is so much that we are returning in November & hopefully March & June/July next year. The Villa was very clean & well maintained, we would recommend this property to friends & family, in fact we already have.

A lovely Villa with everything you could need for a great holiday. Secure location behind electric gates. Very modern - great mosquito nets - lots of balconies to get away from the family if you needed to! Quiet location ideal for children.

The villa was exactly as described the location is just right so you don't have to rent a car to get around. The property was very clean and well maintained. Graham the pool man is very helpful and a credit to the owner. Also having good neighbours is very benefical. The customer care we received from Angie was fantastic its like having your own personal holiday rep and she is happy to help with any problems or information etc. I would definately recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit tavira for a relaxing villa holiday. I would recommend a trip on the little train that travels around Tavira. If you are missing home whilst away I would recommend Mad Hatters english bar there 10 Euro Mega breakfast is as english as you can get. We didn't really do much else just relax, swim and eat. All I can say is that the Villa is fantastic with great facilities and the Management Team of Angie & Stuart are two of the nicest, friendliest, helpful people you could ever wish to meet. We may be going back next year.
