This is a very nice and relaxing property. Close enough to everything but far enough away for quiet and relaxing time to rest and recharge. We would stay there again.

Great location, close to many activities and attractions. Well supplied condo, comfortable beds, responsive hosts. We could hear footsteps above us every morning about 645, otherwise a quiet place.

Was a very welcoming condo. Everything we needed was there. Very close to all the activities, but very quiet area. Had a wonderful time.

Really good spot right between Branson and SDC, with a gas station, Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza close by. Loved the set up in the condo with the fireplace and cute back porch, and loved the fully stocked kitchen! The coffee bar was a godsend. Would recommend and likely will stay again!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We shared with another couple and made for a perfect get together with long time friends. The kitchen was well supplied and worked well. The location was convenient to get to shows, restaurants, and different venues. I might suggest to the owner that some kleenex would be a nice addition but other than that, it was perfect.

My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend away at this condo.

My family had a great time at this property. Everyone was friendly and kind. The indoor pool was a nice perk for the kids. The fall colors were gorgeous. Close to all of the activities we wanted to do. It was perfect!

Description was misleading. Pull out bed in bedroom could not be pulled out without moving furniture out of the room. Tried the pull out sofa. It was very dirty. Even found a cat toy. We made it work and enjoyed our weekend.

Cozy but couldn't put AC as low as needed. Too warm at night.

Fun stay with our daughters. We will definitely be looking to stay again on our next trip to Branson!!

This property was perfect for our family of 3. We loved going to the clubhouse and grabbing a quick bite and it was easy to get to all the main attractions.

Condo was perfect for us and our two young grandchildren- pools were fantastic!! Condo was clean and easy to access.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was the perfect fit/size for our family of 4. The community amenities kept us entertained when we wanted down time and the screened in porch felt very private and cozy. We hope to return again!

We got there and the process to check in was very simple! Then got inside looked around and went out to the patio (which is screened in). Then headed out for supper, went to lock the living room sliding glass door and it wouldn’t lock. My husband is a contractor and noticed it looked like it has been messed with and the handle to the door is not fully attached. We kept trying to lockand putting the bar up but it kept falling and wouldn’t latch on the lock. Called Connie told me “yeah we have been having problems with it, just put the bar up and it is fine.” I said the bar won’t stay, she said yes it will, again no it won’t. My husband then talked to her, she said,”it is fine if it isn’t locked it is a screen on porch…” umm ok so it is on the basement level so if someone wanted to cut the screen they could and get in. She FINALLY sent her housekeeper over. (Which the housekeeper claims it was locked when she left.) anyways texted and told me the door was locked. Got back to the condo and there was now a board in it so it can’t slide. We didn’t use that door the rest of the week. Then when we left my husband just wanted to see if it was truly locked…nope not at all. So the board is the lock. She was not that pleasant to talk to got kind of rude to us. Then I see we have to wash and dry towels and wash sheets and get in the dryer before leaving. Needless to say was less than impressed with this stay. Will stay at Pointe Royals again but definitely not in one of Connie’s condos.

The location is nice and quiet. It's not far from the main strip and attractions, but also not in the thick of it. Check-in was easy and the condo nice and well-appointed. The pool area did get crowded on the weekend, but our grandkids LOVED the kids areas and everything about the pools and watching animals/birds off the screened porch in the evenings. The only disappointment was that the listing indicates there is a grill available and the unit does not have a grill, so do not plan on grilling for any meals. Overall a great stay and a great area.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean. Nicely decorated. Great private screened in porch. Nice wooded view. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Short drive to all our destinations.

My husband and I needed a quick getaway from routine. We had family wedding in East Oklahoma so decided to check out the Branson fall foilage and check out what shows to see in Branson. We only had 3-4 days extra so along with his brother and sister in law we made a plan. The guys wanted to golf and ladies do some shopping. The condo at the Pointe became our desired destination. The weather was rainy, but calm and relaxing first 2 days. The condo was excellent with views enjoying the calm and relaxing. Then we went to Praisefest, Paula Deen's and The Christmas Village. Weather cleared and the day was beautiful for golf and shopping. We definitely have plans to return, Lord willing soon. Thanks, Jolene Williams

The overall property is excellent and away from the hoopla of the strip and a relaxing place to recharge. Loved the property and would stay there again!

The property was close to everything but still very quiet. We took advantage of the pickle bill courts and swimming pool. The only negative was the checkout procedures requiring us to wash and dry towels before we could leave.

I have so many great things to share about this property. Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood! Extremely comfy beds! Screened in porch is FABULOUS! Very well equipped kitchen! Owner was absolutely great! Perfect cell phone service! Highly recommend this property for your next Branson getaway💗

this was a nice place, a little updating would really help. It is a lower unit which means it's a little dark. The beds were awesome! I wish checkout was 11:00 instead of 10. When you're on vacation and coming back from SDC late at night, it's hard to get up and get all the required laundry done by 10:00.
