Lovely apartment in the old town Nice. Very central for everything. The only problem was one of the showers was flooding onto the floor of the bathroom. I informed the owner and the manager but didn't hear back from them.

A group of 6 women (all over 45) on a long weekend to Nice. The apartment was just fab. Really nice decoration, one bathroom per bedroom, very comfortable beds (and quality bedding and pillows) and the location is amazing (right where you want to be). The only negative is it's very noisy due to being located on a busy street so some of our party struggled with the noise at night - but we knew that would be the case as you can't have that location and expect it to be quiet! The communal hallway and stairs smell of damp (again can't expect anything different as it's a lovely old building in the historic part of Nice!) and someone with health issues or who's elderly may struggle with getting suitcases up the communal stairs but none of that bothered us. We LOVED our stay in this apartment and would stay again/highly recommend it. I would also highly recommend Carmela (outside table) and Bocca Nissa (roof terrace) in Nice for dinner. Le Galet for lunch on the beach and beach beds for the day (you can book a table for food but if you want a beach bed turn up at 9am to grab one for the day). Mayssa Beach roof terrace in Villefranche for dinner. A trip to Saint Paul de Vance (get there early and have lunch after wandering around). We had lunch at Le Tilleul (service was so so but the food was amazing as was the location) or you could go to La Colombe d'Or for a little bit of history/old school glamour. With all these recommendations you definitely need to book way in advance!

The property was very comfortable and spacious for 6 adults (3 couples). Markets, restaurants, the beach, and other main areas were very close to the apt. It was easy to walk to many areas.

The apt: was just as described in the listing. In a great neighborhood with many good restaurants. Verg comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

We had so much fun staying at the apartment during carnaval. It’s located to all the action. It can get a bit noisy but the earplugs did the trick. Just a little walk to the prom and easy access to the tram. I would come back and stay again. Communication was great. The building is have some beautification performed inside but it didn’t affect our stay. Thank you so much for a lovely place to stay.

There are everything. I cooked about twice a day. We could use washing machine and microwave and oven. The laundry is also comfortable. It's spacious and beautiful. Karine and Sara are very kind! We had a lot of support. This area was good place, safe and convenient. When I was confused with riding on the train or bus, Nice people taught me gently! People's hearts and scenery were beautiful and I was very moved!

Overall, I would recommend this apartment. Location: This property has a great location. It’s in Old Town and you are very close to everything. I felt like we really lucked out on location. So many great restaurants around us. You must go to Maison Barale for their handmade ravioli. It’s right around the corner. There is a lovely wine store across the street. A chocolate shop a few steps away. Tons of restaurants nearby. Oui Jelato (they sell gelato) is a few steps away. The Property: The apartment is renovated, tall ceilings and has all modern amenities. It is very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Great water pressure. The common areas (which the host has no control of) is not as nice. The building is shared with commercial tenants like lawyers offices so it’s very quiet. However, because of the location, expect some noise. The host offers earplugs. There was also an apartment under renovations below us and it was noisy but we were up and ready to explore Nice, so who cares. Communication: The property manager we met, Sarah Jane was delightful and she was very responsive when we had an issue come up. Karine provided an e-booklet of things to do while in Nice and we took both up on several suggestions and were very pleased. A few days prior to arrival they reached out and provided check-in information.

Me and my family of 4 (2 young kids) plus a set of grandparents stayed here in August of 2023 and had a wonderful time. Place is exactly as described and as it appears in pictures. Conveniently located in old town. A short walk to grocery stores, farmer's markets, tram/bus stops, and the beach. We have stayed at the apartment next door 10 years ago and loved it there so much that we were lucky to find this apartment when we learned it was booked (and we booked in the winter 2022). Kitchen is fully equipped - we hardly ate out. Situated on a bar strip, so can be noisy at night during peak season but property manager provides ear plugs for those light sleepers. My 5 and 8 year old's still slept through the nights. Communication with manager was fair. Was a little disappointed that we did not have Netflix considering the cost we paid for our stay. It was problematic for my kids but luckily the wifi offset the lack of tv entertainment and we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. We travelled to many nearby towns considering the proxmity of the bus stops. Lots of great boulangeries nearby and some even worth the trek up town a bit. Host provides a guide of reco places and what's nearby which came in handy. Would stay here again.

The space is great. The decor is beautiful. However, if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. We stayed for 10 nights and maybe got two full nights of sleep. There are bars and restaurants close to the condo. All night there is loud partying going on. There was also a weird leak, which was communicated to the property manager. All in all we did have a fabulous stay. Just some things for future guests to be aware of.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied to prepare meals although the location is SO convenient with cafes, restaurants and bakeries that one doesn’t have to!!! Close to the market and all types of shopping. Just a couple of blocks from the lovely beach. We want to return!

We rented this property for a month, so we could base in Nice and explore. It was perfect for our needs. The positives included excellent communication with Karine, wonderful location in Old Nice, spacious, nice decor and air-conditioning to mention a few.

The apartment was lovely, fully equipped and well located right in the heart of Old Town Nice. The communications with the owner and property manager was excellent and there were plenty of recommendations on restaurants, specialist shops and things to do.

The apartment was in a great location! Very spacious for our group of 6 to gather in the evening ! Air conditioning in every room was appreciated during the hot weather we endured. We had an issue with one set of keys, which was resolved Promptly.

Fabulous location, although it could be loud with revellers outside in the evenings the tripple glazed windows shut most of that out. very friendly host with good recommendations

This apartment is fantastic if you are wanting to stay in the historic part of Nice. So well appointed. Ultra clean. Everything we needed. Only part we didn’t like was the rowdiness of the people during the night - walking up and down the street. We felt safe but it was just noisy. Otherwise will stay again for sure.

Sara the property manager was lovely. Great to deal with! We required a few items and she was very responsive and helpful. If you’re not from the area, I would definitely ask which train station to exit when arriving to the property. This would be helpful. The property is in a very popular part of Nice and the noise level is high in the evening. They do supply earplugs and fans which is helpful to block some of the noise. The apartment is handy and close to everything. Air conditioning is lovely, the best part it is included in every room! The supply of beach Towels was excellent and appreciated.

Lovely apartment located centrally in Old Nice. The apartment had everything we could have needed and thoughtful extras. The location was perfect for being in the heart of everything in Old Nice and easy to walk to restaurants and explore such a cute town. The only thing to keep in mind is because it was on a “hoppin” road with some bars, there was noise on the street late into the night - but they provided ear plugs so it didn’t interfere with our sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It really is in the center of all the action in Old Town, so a lot of energy day and night. Property manager was attentive and helped with any requests we may have. Highly recommend!

The apartment was nice and very spacious. The location in the old town was the best! -close to everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. The Karine was quick to communicate with and she had an information booklet that explained how to work all the appliances, A/C, etc. Very organized.

We were three couples who stayed six nights in Karine’s apartment. She was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. Sara Jane, the property manager, met us when we arrived and was very helpful with useful information about the surrounding area. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the whole town providing easy access to all amenities and transportation. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern while maintaining the character of the historic property. We appreciated having the privacy of our own full bathroom connected to each of the three full bathrooms. The street noise was pretty loud at first but we quickly became used to it. We would highly recommend this apartment. Debbie

Sara Jane greeted us and gave us information about what to do in the area. She was super friendly. The place was clean and location was walking distance to everything.

I can fully recommend this property! It is in a wonderful location, in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars with few minute walk to the beach. It is decorated beautifully and super comfortable. We had an afteroon of rain, so were happy to have time in the lovely surroundings playing board games, which were supplied. I would be very happy to return!

Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment right in the heart of the old town. The whole rental process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. We would definitely stay again!

Communication was excellent, check in and check out was extremely smooth. Location could not be better in Nice providing easy access to shops, restaurants and amazing Gelato! Apartment was clean with all facilities provided that you would require for a stay and very comfortable. There was some noise from the street on Friday night but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. Overall excellent stay I would definitely book again.

I wish we could have stayed longer! Probably the best VRBO property we have stayed in! Beds are excellent, bath sheets are great. Location fantastic, kitchen amazing and well stocked! Nice apartment in an excellent location.

A lovely flat in the heart of Nice, beautifully situated to explore the city and beyond. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. We didn’t experience the noise issued mentioned in other reviews, but we styed Sunday to Wednesday so it was relatively quiet. It would have been good if there were shower gel included with the shampoo and cream, but this was a minor oversight.

We rented this property for the month of January 2023 and had a great experience! We loved the location and apartment. Both the owner and house manager were very responsive (thanks Sara Jane & Karine). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to base from. The only suprise was you had to walk up one floor before the elevator was available. One of the reasons we rented was it was advertised as an elevator property which we thought would be available from the entrance to our quarters.
