convenient, roomy, washer/dryer was nice

you have to pay for ice, the elevator kept breaking, pool was covered in caution tape so couldn’t use the facilities.

Location! Beach access. The ground floor on beach side.

Hygiene!!! The room was appearance wise clean but floors were un mopped. There were so many fruit flies in the apartment and the smell was damp and stale. No way was the apartment sanitized. Entrance way was dirty and trash on ground. There was only one garbage bag in apartment, only one roll of paper towels.

The cleaning staff was really nice each time we saw them

The workout room... that would be my only complaint machines old rusted and broken Other things unavailable or not working was beyond their control.

The fact that was right in the beach ans pool accwss right there as well we as perfect. My daughter was so happy for her Surprise Birthday Trip. The place was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. I will will definitely be back next year.

We stayed in condo #602. I liked the location of the condo. I also appreciate that we were given a credit for loss of amenities due to the washing machine not working properly.

I did not like the fact that the washing machine could not be used during our stay. We prefer to return home from vacation with clean laundry. I chose this particular condo because it advertised a washer and dryer. My biggest complaint is that upon our arrival, the condo was not clean. There were empty food wrappers throughout the condo, dishes and utensils put back into cabinets/drawers dirty, and there was thick dust on the ceiling fans and on the furniture. The comforter on the bed in one of the bedrooms was dirty, so we just slept with sheets and a blanket that I had brought from home. I notified the staff about the cleanliness issues of the condo but didn't hear back until the afternoon prior to our departure. They offered to clean the condo at that time, but I respectfully declined their offer since we had already deep cleaned the condo while waiting on a response, and we were also leaving the next morning. When I requested a credit for "sub par cleaning" of the condo, my request was denied, citing that I had declined their offer to clean the condo (ignoring the reason - we had already deep cleaned the condo while waiting on a response, and we were also leaving the next morning). When I reported my displeasure with this decision, I was told that they would call me back "if they had time". I never heard back from anyone. This was my first time booking through booking.com/Vacasa. It was unfortunate the way things turned out.
