The host should speak English

The check in was all contactless and smooth. I arrived to find the reception open and my room key fob waiting on the reception counter with my name on a piece of paper. The bed was comfortable enough, everything was clean. the shower is a little small, but manageable.

No breakfast facilities that I could find and an absence of staff on the Sunday morning when I was leaving. it’s not expensive, but it’s quite a trek from the centre of Bremen (transport is really good, though) and for it’s location and all things considered, it’s certainly not cheap. I’d say it’s moderately good value. I’ve stayed in better for a lot less.

I like the staff and they are so supportive. Rooms are clean and little garden is perfect.

We had a lovely big room. We learned some German as they didn't speak English. It was in a nice quiet residential area, perfect for a one night stop on a road trip.

There was some noise from the airplanes and there's no shops or anything in walking distance.

Good price/ quality ratio. Near Mercedes Factory. Clean facility the towell smel ls of fresh clean it is not so usual !

A place totally fine for one night. Simple and not expensive with parking front of the hotel. A breakfast really correct too. Dog are allowed and we didn’t pay any extra cost.

Big parking. Good internet connection. Tasty morning coffee.

I informed that my family member died and I wanted to cancel booking because I wanted to go back to home earlier. Even when its nature force they don't care. "The boss" was really rude on the phone and shouted that he don't care anything. As he told "you stay or no stay - no money, money go". It was long trip ahead so we decided to take some rest in there and early morning to leave. Administrator told we can pay only cash, because mashine was broken. We went outside to eat and came to the room with luggage. Room was fully cold because window was open. When we tried to close we couldn't. I asked receptionist to check. She couldn't close either. We asked to change room, she called to "boss" and again he didn't care that we will get cold in the room and he told something. Lady showed us that window is not closing and we needs to stay in this room they won't change it even we were in that room like 5 min and we didn't use anything so I don't know why they didn't change room (in hotel was staying only a few people).. also in the bathroom was black on the ceilings and some creaking paints too. I think if you have allergies you couldn't stay there. The main room lamp was blinking. We went to sleep about 20 o'clock and we can hear all sounds and walks in corridor as well as outside in the street. Our 2 beds ware pushed close to each other but when we went to sleep when i try to turn to my husband beds was slipping and making gap in between. I checked why its like but we could do anything about it because bottom on the bed was not the wood or something but textile so it was moving because of that.
