very good cleaning service and great location

Location was amazing, really perfect, walking distance to the center and many nice restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Spa was very nice, the area felt very cozy. The gym was small, but sufficient

Breakfast was not very good. Only high sugar items. Would have been nice to have some more yogurt, granola, seeds options. Spa was lovely but it felt uncomfortable that a staff member stayed in the room during our appointment. We've never experienced this in other hotels.

The hotel met our needs. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect if you want to be in town. Great hotel would stay again. If your planning on doing some hiking..please keep in mind transportation seems to be difficult to find.. We tried to get a bus pass..SUBE.. but no one seemed to want to sell us one..so no bus for us. Taxi was fine going to the mountains..but we landed up having to walk almost all the way back to Bariloche before we found an empty cab. I suggest renting a car if your planning on traveling outside of town.

Hotel needs renovation. We stayed 2 nigjts, arrived late. Our room wasn't very clean to begin with but the cleaners didn't even turn up to clean it after our first night. Also found mould on butter at breakfast

the situation is superb, and facilities good. however, we had very hot weather, and the hotel has no airconditioning… that made it a bit uncomfortable!

The room on 7th floor was small with parly low ceiling. The hotel could have had a laundry service.

Noise every morning fro the street... There is a bus terminal in front of the hotel... Large tour buses park every morning and idle the motors for more than 1 hour... Not good for sleep... Very noisy

lack of air conditioning / ability to turn off heat in the rooms. the wifi connection was TERRIBLE and was impossible to use during our stay. was especially bad when we were in our rooms––it wasn't even possible to connect with 1 bar of service.

it is located just one block away from the waterfront. there are fitness facilities available. there are hot/cold water dispensing machine. our room had a balcony looking onto the street. the restaurant offered great dinner items.

breakfast was not entirely self-serving; some front desk staff was not willing to help with booking taxis. In the shower, we need to run the water a long time to get it to be cold.

The building in general is falling apart. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable (shower door does not close, for example) and the water pressure was terrible. The room door did not close property, we found it open 2 nights. Room cleaning wasn't great and one time we came back at 3pm and they hadn't even started our bedroom. Pool table is missing a ball and the triangle. I could keep going...

Amazing breakfast and restaurant staff

the heating was too strong and it was too warm in the room even though we turned off the heaters and opened the windows

location is perfect! staff is unbelievably polite and helpful! for me they made the difference. the hotel itself is classic 3 stars. you get what is needed but no real charm or character
