Close to the beach and action yet in a quiet back street. We had maintenance issues that took several days to be actioned. Pool was only cleaned the day after our arrival so by day 7 needed a good clean. The living area tiles were very slippery when wet by the rain. On the upside housekeeping was amazing.

We stayed for three nights and got a great experience. There is a small pool with adjacent Gazabor as well as a very useful outdoor living space. The beach is just a few minutes walk. A bit pricy, but it cones with the region

A lovely comfortable villa just as it looked in the photos. Ideal location within a very easy walk of restaurants and beach yet so quiet and peaceful. The agent was there to meet us when we arrived and as we left and was very welcoming. Sugi came in every day and cooked breakfast for us when requested and was very friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Lots of good restaurants very close. We are a family with 3 grown up kids and there was lots of space. Had a lovely holiday. Definitely recommended. Gaiger Family, UK

Great family villa near the beach! Having just spent one week with friends in the villa Shato, I am already missing the quiet and beautiful setting of the villa. Close to everything – the beach, the restaurants, the spas – yet in a very quiet and beautiful Balinese environment. Everything in the villa was great and corresponded to the description on the website. I much enjoyed the outdoor showers and the pool and the 'Gazebo' with its integrated ‚sundowner’ part which is also ideal for small children to splash in. The first breakfast was quite modest, but we upgraded it in the following days with the maid who efficiently cleaned our mess. Lucky those who can spend time there.

We have been at this villa in the first week of Juli. It was great! The nice Bali-style villa is close to all amenities and has ample place. The bedrooms are sufficiently spacious for couples, the ground floor rooms have open bathrooms (often covered with leaves). The living room with the adjoining small pool is very nice. Even though close to the restaurants, it is nevertheless in a calm residential area close to the beach, just behind the beach-hotels. We rented a car for daily excursions. Internet works perfectly. The villa largely corresponds to the description and the photos on the website are genuine. Great villa!

The restaurants and nightclubs can be reached by foot. We were 5 persons (1 couple and 3 singles) and there was ample space. The relatively small pool is nicely illuminated in the evening. Wifi works perfectly as they have fibre connection. Definitely a nice place!

The small villa in Balistyle is simply wonderfull and the price is affordable. It is even better than the photos shown on the web and it is in very calm and safe area. The best hoevever is definitely its location: there is a short 5 minutes walk to the Seminyak beach and the numerous restaurants. The always helpful and friendly staff give you a unique service. Very rare to find such good value for money like at the villa ShaTo.

Balinese styling, so really felt like we were in Bali and not a 5 star western style mansion! villa shato was exactly as it looked on the web site. close to beaches and shopping. Safe with security guard and staff to help with cooking , cleaning and helpful information just need to ask. Sunsets on the beach a must - grab a beanbag and a drink and relax. Would recommend this villa to families and groups. Sleeps comfortably eight people, two king beds and two queen beds. 3 bathrooms, 1 pool shower and toilet. All you need is bathers, sarong and a book. A. Priska --

Mein Freund und ich durften mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar eine schöne Zeit in Ihrer Villa verbringen (sauber und nahe beim Meer).Ideal war, dass wir gut einkaufen konnten und zusammen zu Hause essen konnten, uns jedoch trotzdem auch in nächster Nähe auswärts verköstigen konnten. Wir können die Villa nur bestens empfehlen. Besten Dank es war super. W. Keller und M. Maritsch

Wir haben diese Villa auf dem web gefunden und für 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Preis war ok, die Villa war wie auf den Bildern : wunderschön. Wir konnten uns zu sechst auf 4 grossen Zimmern verteilen. Der Service war sehr gut, das Frühstück schön vorbereitet. Der Swimming-Pool ist super, aber noch besser ist die Lage : ein kurzer Gehweg zum Strand und die Restaurants sind alle nahe. Danke für Kader und JP für den warmen Empfang !

Die Villa ShaTo ist wirklich empfehlenswert und sehr preiswert für eine solch schöne Villa. Wir waren im Monat Juli dort, zusammen mit 4 Freunden. Der offene Lebensraum, das Schwimmbecken und der "Gazebo" laden zu relaxen ein. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung auf der Website entsprachen genau der Realität, und die Beleuchtung am Abend steigerte die Ambiance noch. Das erste offerierte Morgenessen war korrekt, danach schlemmerten wir jeden Morgen auf unsere Kosten. Die Angestellte ("Pempantu") ist effizient und sehr freundlich, kaufte ein und bereitete das Morgenessen vor, bevor wir uns aus den Zimmern bewegten. Wir gingen morgens und am späteren Nachmittags zu Fuss zum nahen Strand, und am Mittag waren wir in der Villa. Am Abend gingen wir meist in die Restaurants, die ebenso gut erreichbar sind. (Die Liste der Restaurants des Eigentümers war sehr hilfreich!) Nur einmal bestellten wir das relative gute und preiswerte Essen und assen am prachtvollen Esstisch. Die Paare schliefen in den geräumigen und sehr schön eingerichteten Schlafzimmern, beide mit anschliessenden offenen Badzimmern, und unsere Singles schliefen in den Zimmern im ersten Stock, sogar ohne (die vorhandene) Belüftung. Von weitem hörte man noch ein wenig die laute Musik der Stranddiskothek, aber die Villa ist ruhig gelegen in einem Residenzviertel. Danke nochmals für die Hausangestellte (Karek) für den ausgezeichneten Service!

Une très belle maison qui tient largement ses promesses. Un accueil parfait. Située idéalement près de la plage, des commerces mais bénéficiant d'un calme très appréciable. Nous avons été enchantés.
