Die Unterkunft hat eine wahnsinnig gute Lage, was uns nach 2016 das zweite mal hierher geführt hat. Allerdings war das Essen im Jahr 2016 miserabel, weswegen wir all-in nur wegen der Getränke gebucht haben und uns vor der Buchung gesagt haben, dass wir dann halt abends immer jeweils eines der zahlreichen Lokale am Hafen oder an der Promenade aufsuchen werden. Hier wurden wir absolut positiv überrascht: Das Essen hat sich um 180 Grad gewendet. Alles was wir probiert haben, war wirklich lecker und frisch. Nächster positiver Nebeneffekt: unsere Reisekasse wurde dadurch unverhofft geschont :-) Das Personal war immer gut drauf und super nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut top. Auch Sonderanfragen haben kein Problem dargestellt und wurden schnell beantwortet. Zimmer waren sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Betten waren nicht wirklich gut - Matratzen leider viel viel zu weich. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine kleine Anmerkung, weil wir sonst rundum zufrieden waren.

La chambre, la vue sur la mer, le bruit du ressac. L'accueil chaleureux du personnel et sa disponibilité. Sa réactivité également lors d'un petit souci très vite résolu 😉! La terrasse du petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

The location of the hotel is amazing.

the food was a bit monotonous, but for one week it is ok. But there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes, so sometimes you can skip dinner in the hotel and eat something really delicious nearby.

The location, in front of the beach. This is the only reason I choose this hotel. Breakfast was good , quite diverse, for everyone's taste. The watermelon was delicious !

STAFF ! I found them unpolite and unprofessional. Their English level was really bad , greeted me in German. I had no idea that there were so many Germans there, in general, and being in Spain, I really didn't expect to talk directly in German. It was my birthday and I asked, upon availability, for a free upgrade to a seaside view (we went around middle of April, so occupancy was very low). They immediately told me that if I want seaview, I need to pay. Usually, a 4* property especially, would tell you that they will make what they can, but cannot guarantee. They directly said NO ! Should I mention that usually a 4* would put an extra amenity or chocolate for your birthday? Nothing from their side. Didn't care about this extra information. I asked for an iron, the receptionist had no idea what that was. I had to show a picture on google. I received the oldest iron on Earth, almost decomposing and even asked for a deposit for it. What is this ???!!! At least have a new one, maybe then the deposit would be understandable. Though, this should never happen in a 4* property. They ask Eur 10 for a towel for the swimming pool per day. How can a 4* charge this to its customers ??? Amenities were the lowest budget I ever saw: shampoo and shower gel in small bags. I went to buy new ones, to be sure that I use something qualitative.

noisy air condition. we had to keep it running all the time to have room cool - otherwise it was inefficient. The room was located far from the pool which saved us the party noise… but it was very loud from the lobby. Tiny safe - won’t fit 15” laptop. 13 fits only after removing the shelf. Food - average. not many options for vegetarians. I was hoping for more Mediterranean food - most was continental. Gym very small and hot. Poor bar at the poor - one bartender, serving beer. Not recommended.

Perfect location. Perfect shower. Enough storage places.

Breakfast - if you need gluten-free, diary-free, egg-free - very hard to chose something. Dinners much better - not each day. No drink included at dinner (in half-board), a glass of water 2,20eur. I do not like beds and pillows. I miss the rope for drying towels and clothes.

The room was big enough for 3 of us and the location is everything. Though it would probably be better to book a room with a sea view. Some of the people working in the reception were extremely helpful especially Daniel! We didn't expect much after reading the reviews but it turned out ok or better than the reviews had told us.

Breakfast got really boring after couple a days, always the same option and the same line for the pancakes which can be done differently so that the line wouldn't get too long. Dinner was the same got really boring after a few night so we ate mostly in restaurants after 4-5 days staying there. Also the internet connection is bad, only works best in the lobby. The floor in our room was not always cleaned and our bed was always made awfully except for one day I think.

Breakfadt were okay quite a lot of different choice and quite big in the restaurant .

First room was very uncomfortable , the room was dirty, we found few spiders inside the room. Fridge were not working, previous guest was spitting out on toilet faucet and still have the mark on there, also the room were haveing some smelling when we entered the room on the beginning. The terrace also only have one chair outside and we had two person,we requested another chair but the staff just ignored. everyday were missing something to refill,missing towl,missing shampoo,didn't clean proper the room everyday. I was very disappointed and I stay in 7 nights on this hotel, but I have to pay another 100euro to change a better room which I don't suppose to. But the first room was very uncomfortable and I couldn't stay more than that. The staff wasn't very helpful maybe they saw we were young couple and doesn't care about this. We asked few times to refill some missing item and another chair of the terrace. We saw another room were all have two chair and only our was different. The location was very far from the airport but it doesn't matter we only care about the service. But I am sorry I won't come back and don't recommend this hotel at all to my friend and family. We saw a lot of cheapest hotel and they all have amazing service.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast, great air con so the room was always cool enough.

The room booking is selling - and I have bought, did not correspond with the room , I have received on the time of my arrival. The room hotel gave me was completely different to the one I have ordered, it was on the ground floor, the street view with the sound of the cars, drunk people every night and garbage cars in the early morning every day! When I have asked the booking how is this possible I got no answer, hotel has nothing to do, with the way booking is selling his rooms!!!

we booked breakfast and dinners and I’ve first time experienced that there were no drinks included in dinner package, not even a bottle of water

we loved everything about the place. it was beautiful and so was the hotel. the sea view was amazing from our room.

there was no entertainment in the evenings so was pretty bouring. the only thing id say to make it a better stay.

the location is amazing, it has its own beach and multiple restaurants.

the room we paid for was sea view, but there was a big tree blocking the whole view
