Very good location. Close to the sea and close to shops. The location is also easily for making trips by car in the Algarve. Big compliments for Rui the manager and his very quick responding on messages.

The only thing that we did miss in the apartment was a comfortable sofa/couch to relax on. There were 2 sofa's as shown on the pictures at the website. But both were not very comfortable. I've told the manager Rui about this and he was well willing to change some chairs from 1of the other apartments. As seen on the pictures on booking.com each apartment has different furniture. The apartment we've had was apartment number 4. with the glass table and the rattan chairs.

on first impressions, the houses were tastefully decorated, when I got inside and inspected them o m g absolutely the nuts, they have put everything in there, what you have in your own house, all you need is a box of food, the manager rui met us on our arrival, and was very genuinely happy to meet us, in all fairness, in my book, if I could put the true score down, they would be scored 20 out of 10, an absolute gem of accommodation regards jim

Nothing - everything was just perfect

Last minute booking lovely large 3 bedroom villa. Well equipped and extremely clean with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The villa was cleaned fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay. The only thing we could of asked for was more sunshine but the weather was warmer than the uk. Lovey pizzeria 2 minutes walk away, Aldi 2 minutes in the car. Beautiful beach 5-10 min drive away. Had a fabulous stay you need a car but then it’s a 50 min drive from the airport so by car for a family was best for us. We hope to visit again in the future and will recommend Villa Rocha to our friends.

Cleanliness, comfort, spacious, bright and quiet but reachable . Owner lady was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Had a very relaxing holidays. Everything was as described in the advertising. .

Amazing, spacious villa with a good sized pool and great amenities! There were 4 of us, but the villa could have easily hosted 2 more people. It's the perfect place for a family holiday or a group of friends.

The bed was great, though pillows weren't the best. Also, would've been nice to have some shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms.

I would definitely rebook but a couple of niggles wasps were a problem a noisy cockerel and a bit of road noise it wouldn’t stop me rebooking

Proximity of the road a little bothersome; but on the upside very close to superb beaches, shopping and all that the Algarve has to offer.

Big room and the villa has everything you need and more. Very spacious living room and kitchen, the pool is shared with another 4 house but most of the time we had it for ourselves as people goes to the beach during the day and out during the evenings.

This property is what u see is what u get. The entire villa was amazing and very spacious. Very very clean with many facilities available. You will need a car to get places but we hired one so it was okayy. Very goof value for money and would defo recommend.

The only thing we didnt like was that there was no lights near the swimming pool. Which meant that we couldnt chill outside or swim at night.

We liked how spacious and modern the property was, big kitchen and a nice outdoor sitting area with bbq’s. Comfy beds, pillows and fresh clean white towels. Nice quiet area and since we rented a car it was 5/10mins away from the closest beaches, restaurants and shops! Very happy, thank you!

The only thing we missed were fans in the bathrooms, otherwise the place is great!

I've been at Villas Rocha 5 years ago and was pleasantly surprised. 5 years later the place remains the same. Amazing house. All the comfort you can ask for. The host - Valentina- is simply amazing, always available for any questions and/or requests. Villas Rocha is ideal for those seeking the comfort and privacy of a house and the luxury of a hotel. Will definitely go back.

Extremely happy to stay in this beautiful house ! Very clean and comfortable, en-suite bedroom is gorgeous with modern decoration. Enough storage space and fully equipped kitchen!

Second floor bad WiFi signal. But still working if in the right place.
