Our family of 11 enjoyed the property including the pool, hot tub, pontoon, kayaks and pool table. Private and quiet neighborhood yet a 5min drive to restaurants etc. Ashley was very quick to respond to emails!

Other than not being able to use the hot tub and finding dirty sheets on the pull out sleeper, our stay was enjoyable. When we arrived, the hot tub had green water and grime on the walls and looked like it had not been cleaned. We contacted Ashley and she said she would send the pool cleaners the next day (Tuesday) but they never came. We think they finally came on Thursday because the water did look better after we got home, but they still did not clean the walls so we were not able to use it. There was also a very strong chlorine smell the whole time so not being able to use the hot tub was very disappointing. The house also did not seem like it had been cleaned so we told Ashley and she sent some people the next day to see what the cleaners had missed. They did seem concerned that the cleaning company had missed things; however that did not help us for our stay. We had to stay in the dirty house the whole time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and we were able to use the boat which made our stay more enjoyable. They also brought some additional life jackets so we would have enough for everybody. The boat is new and clean so no complaints there. The house is in a great location and close to everything you need. Overall, everything was fine except the cleanliness and broken hot tub, but we would probably not stay here again.

Easy and fun

The property was beautiful and well situated. The canal location was excellent for fishing with the grandkids. The pool and hot tub were reasons for selecting the property but both were not clean when we arrived. Apparently, the pool was cleaned the next day while we were charter fishing, but the hot tub was never cleaned.

We had a wonderful time!

Stayed at this home for 6 days, easy check in and the house was clean and big which was nice for my family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and boat. Ashley was available for questions and very helpful throughout my vacation. I would definitely rent this home in the future.

Our vacation was everything we had hoped it to be. Ashley was the best she made sure that any issues were taken care of immediately. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. If you're thinking of going to Panama City Beach, this is the ideal property

Updated photos of the interior with everything you would need in the kitchen and other areas of the house. The areas were large enough to not make you feel claustrophobic with a large group. The outside areas were nice and clean. The photos of the outdoor areas and the pontoon are outdated. The pontoon is shown to be new looking. It is aged with brown spots all over the seating areas and most of the seams are opened with the foam showing. The pontoon still served its purpose even though it was not what was expected. Overall, we had a great trip.

We had such a great time at this property! We had multiple families and there was enough space for all of us. Definitely would stay here again.

We have now stayed at this place two years in a row and it is honestly good for our group. But we will not be staying here again because of how terrible the property management went. The only reason we get this house is for the boat. Which they went up on in price because of "insurance reasons". But when we got there, the boat was not even working. We lost the first day because they were working on it. And Ashley and team were not very communicative on how we could work on a discount. Again, I emphasize that we mainly get this house because of the boat. Eventually we found out the boat was not going to happen. So explored rental options and found one for $350. I asked if we could get a $350 discount on the house to be able to do that. Ashley told me she would get back to me ASAP. But the response was slower than a snail trail. When I got no response, I asked about getting at least an hour later check out for the inconvenience. They didn't even have anyone checking in for 3 more days. But good ole Ashley didn't get back with me until the last minute to say they couldn't accommodate. So we got up, got everything we were supposed to do and waited until the cleaning crew arrived just so we could grab lunch. But the fastest communication Ashley had was 10 minutes after check out saying that we hadn't left yet. i told her our mindset on being ready to leave whenever and asked why she didn't respond about the boat. I got zero response. I really wish we could stay here for year three. But if it stays with the same company we are out. If you stay here, don't expect any quality customer service.

We liked that you could fish off the dock. Did not catch big fish but we did catch a lot of fish. Threw them all back. The pool was could for all the kids. House was clean.

If you’re not interested in being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle this is the place to be!! It’s so easy to get to all of the activities from this location but it’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. The grandkids loved the pool and the boat and fishing off the deck. The most negative thing I can say is there weren’t enough towels for a family of 11. We had to wash them every day for there to be enough for everyone. Plus get ride of the dirt area rugs. If we come back to PCB, we will stay here again!!

Everything was above all expectations. All amenities were 1st class. All communications were 1st class. Ashley was The Best.

We had a wonderful time during our week stay. Our party included (4) families - 8 adults, 4 kids, and had more than enough room to accommodate everyone! The pics don't do the property justice, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. If you are on the fence as to whether or not to get the boat....GET IT! It offered so much enjoyment for our family. The owners/ maintenance were also VERY responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Our family rented the home to celebrate my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary and Valentine’s Day from Feb 12-15, 2021. There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably in the home with beds to spare! The house was as advertised and very nice. The pool table was kind of old and gets a lot of wear but was great to have. It is almost time for a new one though. We requested the pool heated and it was surprisingly very warm - even with very cold temperatures and rain. The hot tub was great, hot, powerful, and easy to use. We loved the huge farm table which was nice for family dinners. We also rented the boat. Unfortunately we barely used it due to weather - basically paid to look at it. The boat is older and not in the best cosmetic shape (ripped seats, black carpet, etc.) but we didn’t really mind. It is a fun bonus to the house because it can accommodate 15 people. If the weather would have been better we would have gone to Shell Island and fishing. There were also kayaks which is nice. The home could use a new grill - you have to manually light it and kind of messy - but it worked. The house is close to everything Panama City and beaches also. There were three refrigerators which is helpful with multiple families’ food, cakes, and beverages. All the positives drowned out any negatives! Overall the house and all its amenities are great. 5 stars!

My Mom and I are from Ma. We came to Florida to see my brother, his daughter and family We had not seen them in 2 years. My Mom's getting older & we needed some quality family time. This was so great during the pandemic to have the house, pool, hot tub & boat! It was so nice to have only us in one spot with enough room for everyone to spread out & not be on top of one another. You could see the pool, hot tub, grill, & dock for everywhere. The windows in the house just allowed you to see all the fun going on even if you were in the kitchen. I can't explain what a perfect lay out the floor plan has! It was also very private to the neighbors at the same time. If some of the family wanted to stay up late that was ok I could still go to bed and it was quiet in the bedroom because it was far away from the entertainment area.. Also, we had a 14 LB dog that my Mom would walk in the yard. That's right plenty of grass on the sides of the pool area. I can't say enough about this property!

Location of property is conveniently located within15 min. to grocery and beverage stores, the beautiful beach and plenty of tourist attractions. House has great layout including huge family room with access to two full kitchens. We utilized everything with ease! Beautiful view from awesome hot tub. Large heated pool with shallow to deep gravitation. We had a few minor issues upon arrival however homeowner immediately remedied them. Homeowner was always prompt with answering questions.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this gorgeous home during our vacation. The home is spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were awesome and we enjoyed our stay. We weren't able to rent the boat because it was in the shop for repairs so we had to rent from an individual but if you have the chance to rent their boat you should as it is 1/3 of the cost of renting through an individual. The house is close to everything and very comfy. Beds were all really comfortable as well - Highly recommended!

Was very happy with the rental house in PCB! We came to PCB during the off season and were still able to take advantage of the bay and pools. Communication with the owners was great! A few minor issues during our stay - grill is pretty old and could use replacing and the pool table is also very old and shows signs of wear and tear. We unfortunately weren’t able to take advantage of their boat, but none the less, had an amazing time. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic for the adults and the kids. The house is deceivingly large and spacious enough for our large family. Highly recommend the owner and house for any future renters.

Only a short drive to everyrhing in the area, kids loved the pool. House is big amd beds were comfortable. Had some baby toys and a high chair which was nice. There are 2 small stair cases in the house that had me chasing my 1 year old around constantly since they had no gates. That was stressful. All in all it is a great house for a family in a good location. Dolphins in the bay at sunset!

The house is as nice as it looks on the pictures. Everything was clean and layout of property is very nice. Would stay there again.

We are a huge adoptive family with 12 kids ranging from 3 to 18 years old. This property was perfect for everyone. Quiet little neighborhood on the water but so close to the beach, shopping and whatever you could want. Toys for us the little ones, board games, lots of fishing, 3 kayaks on site and and affordable boat rental for the stay. We all want to come back. On a practical note.... love that there were plenty of dishes, cookware, mixing bowls, utensils, 2 full kitchens and 2 dishwashers were also so helpful.

We had 4 families stay for a week and everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot tub and heated pool were great for both the parents and teenagers. I would recommend also renting the boat. It is a bit slow but makes for a safe ride. We took it to eat at Hunt's Oysters and Barefoot Grill in PC, also to Shell Island which is really nice. We will book again.

We (16+ people) stayed at this property for 4 days. This property is nicely located on the bay. Here are some good and bad about the property. Good - Huge place - Nice big kitchens - All rooms on one floor - Heated pool - Hot tub - Pool table - The owner was prompt in responding The bad - Mattresses were terrible in almost every bedroom. They would sink in while sleeping. - The boat was in a bad shape with torn seats - Heating/Cooling was not uniform. One room would be cold, while others would be really hot - Outside grills were rusted and broken - you can't use them - Ran out of toilet papers. Owners said no to replenish. We had to run to the supermarket to buy it. Overall, it was okay, not a great experience.

It is a very nice place to stay with a big group. It was very comfortable. If I was to go back this house would be the one I would get. And I would definitely recommend it to other people. The two kitchens was a big plus and the pool.
