spacious- very well located

room was great! the hot spring inside the room was amazing, specially after a day of skiing. buses to ski resorts stop in front of property.

Very comfortable & clean, great beds. Fantastic helpful staff, great indoor & outdoor onsen, and an ok little gym. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Provided a hotel shuttle bus to pick us up from town. Free local bus stop right outside lobby.

Expensive and breakfast not included and it really should be for that money. Could have some more gym equipment

The restaurant was very nice, great food for dinner, talented chefs, however breakfasts were a little disappointing,, all the staff we had direct contact with were very kind and helpful.

The size of the room, the onsen that was essentially just a heated bath and it started to smell very bad after 6 days. The fact we had to make our own futons every night is not really acceptable when we were paying such high prices. When we raised this we were told we couldn't change the booking even though it is at the hotels discretion. Overall really disappointing, when I raised this with the manager he offered us an insulting discount on the service fee. And to add insult to injury when we asked to get a shuttle to our next hotel we were told we could only go to the bus station and train station. We are now in a hotel that is cheaper but offers a free shuttle whenever it is needed. Much nicer.

Comfortable beds in a spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It seems it's a well known place in Hakuba.

Limited food selection. The restaurant was not open for lunch. May be because it was just before the full ski season began. Many of the other restaurants in the neighborhood were also closed.

Awesome breakfast buffet, beautiful room with small private onsen and very stylish restaurant with good choice of a la carte food. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, especially with our two little kids. It’s a lot of small unexpected touches that make our stay amazing.

We also had the evening buffet which was very nice, maybe a little more variety for mains would be the “icing on the cake”.
