We had a great vacation and enjoyed every minute at the house. The owners are extremely responsive to any questions we had. The pool and back area are beautiful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious. We hope we can return next year for our annual family vacation.

Great experience renting this house! A perfect place to stay while staying in Gilbert for our nephew’s high school graduation. Pool and ping pong table was a perfect way to relax when we were at the house.

This is great property for a family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub were a great place to spend the afternoons. Diana and Clint were a pleasure to deal with. Overall a very positive experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day! It’s a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to all amenities. Basketball, table tennis and the pool table were added bonuses. Communication with the host was great! There were no issues. We would definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay. Location was within driving distance to about anything you would want or need. Host was readily available for questions with a quick response.

Highlights of this house: the pool and spa were very nice; the neighborhood and location were perfect - quiet yet near everything that we wanted to do; the size of the house allowed for each of us to have our own space yet plenty of space to gather together. Areas for improvement: the one thing that would make me hesitate to recommend this house - the beds. Although comfortable, they were very noisy/squeaky; for light sleepers / restless sleepers, this would be a major issue. The pool and spa were difficult to heat to a comfortable temp for the first few days but that was in part due to low outside temps (highs in the low 60's). The pool/spa heat is electric and much slower than propane heat. Instructions were to apply covers (manually) for the spa and pool when they were not in use and this was cumbersome and inconvenient. For us, the location and space that the house provided outweighed the negatives of the noisy beds and issues with the pool/spa heat and covers. So despite these things, we would recommend this home to others. Communication with Clint and Diana was great - very responsive and helpful.

This house and property met all of our expectations and then some! The neighborhood and surrounding areas were great. Clint and Diana were wonderful hosts and prompt to answer any questions. We already booked our next stay!!

I don’t often write reviews. Here are the things I look for when choosing a property. The property is in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for our adult family. Easy access to grocery store, food, banks, etc We walked to get smoothies the first few mornings and our kids felt safe going for runs. Close to hiking and golf. The beds are squeaky but really comfortable. The pool/hot tub made all the difference! Diana & Clint were so sweet and easy to reach and helped us with whatever we needed. We would definitely book this home again in the future.

The house is in a really nice area and has just about everything you would like to do, eat and experience within mins. Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Wonderful home! Perfect for what we were wanting. The pool and slide are AMAZING and so is the hot tub. Was a great experience for our family.

There was problems with running the water on the slide to the pool which was hard to explain to the kids. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

The property was clean with lots of space and the owners were awesome!

We stayed here for a week the first week of August and it was a hot one. But the pool and hot tub kept things cool and a very great spot to spend with the family, great time hanging outside and lots of umbrellas to help with the sun and the pool water fall kept it resort like, which we all agreed was nice. The home was great for us as well, enough space for every one to have their own quite time if you so desired for a nap or just to get out of the sun. Plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking big meals we were a party of 7 and never ran out of plates or cookware. The roads are a little weird to navigate at first (stay in the middle lane until you figure out the lay of the land) but once you get it every thing is within 15-20 for some great restaurants (high tide, bar 32, fireside). Grocery store was very close which sells everything you will need for your stay an awesome one stop shop. We traveled from Pennsylvania where beer liquor and food are all sold at different stores. So to have everything you want for a stay here less then 5 mins away super convenient. Communication with the owner was easy as a quick text. Could have not asked for more!!!!

We had the best time in this home! Everything was just as described in the listing and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub are great. Kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room in the house for all 8 of us to spread out and be comfortable. Communication between Diana and myself was prompt and she answered all questions asked. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! Thank you for giving us a place to make great memories!

We loved staying here. This was an amazing home with lots of room for our whole family but of course the pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the grandkids and even the big kids This was a 5 star time

Very nice home, well supplied, in a great location. Private backyard, north west facing,with plenty of afternoon sunlight looking onto a quiet park. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are outstanding and give the backyard a resort feel and atmosphere. There is also a small park with children’s play structures located just down the street. The amenities are excellent in the area with easy access to groceries, supplies or entertainment. There are several golf courses close by and San Tan mountain is only a short drive to the hiking trailhead. Our hosts, Diana and Clint were fantastic! They provided very prompt responses to questions. The home owners periodically checked in to see if they were meeting or exceeding our expectations! We would definitely stay here again!

Spent a week at this lovely home as part of a family reunion in April of 22. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen! The backyard is amazing and everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and pool table. The location was perfectly situated by where others in our group were staying and we hosted a happy hour and a dinner one night (approx 23 people) and we had more than enough room for everyone. Definitely would stay here again!

Title says it all because interior leaves much to be desired. Beds were swayed, hard and squeaked. Pillows were flat and hard. No seating other than beds in bedrooms. Only one sitting area on lower level. It was an old, uncomfortable and broken down reclining seating in front of TV.. Kitchen contained good selection of small appliances, nice dishes and silverware. Many games. Pool table had a broken leg during our stay.

Peppery was perfect for all 9 of us to comfort stay in one house with separate bedrooms. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend this place!

The home is in a nice neighborhood, adjacent to parks and walking paths. It is clean and well maintained, and communication with the hosts was VERY good. A quick note about heating the spa and pool...The temperatures during our stay (mid-December) were lows of 38 at night and highs of 65 during the day. Heating the spa was not a problem, but we did not succeed in heating the pool to a comfortable temperature.

Property was pretty much what we were looking for. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, just needed to get groceries and everything else was provided. Pool and backyard was the biggest draw and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the area. Spent a day in Sedona, took in a swap meet, sampled some Hurts Donuts, and even played 3D mini golf. We have already had friends ask for information about the property for their future vacations. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a home away from home in the Phoenix area, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I had a great stay. Owners are very responsive if you need anything. The hot tub was the #1 hit during our stay, the beds are comfortable and kitchen is set up making it home away from home.
