This property is only a short walk to Duval Street and it has its own parking lot behind the building. It was great to be able to come and go as often as we wanted to without moving the car. The apartment was bare bones, no frills, but it was very clean.

Booked for one night and didn’t plan to spend much time there. Clean enough for us! Toilet needed a long hold on handle. TV was a bit messed upon arrival but my husband figured it out pretty quickly. Close to fire house several calls on a Thursday night but we were pretty tired from an active day and didn’t bother us much. Perfect location we rented bikes and kept our bags at the Vacasa main building after checkout. Thanks for offering this service!!

Property has 4 rental units but only 3 parking spots. I arrived late and had to illegally park for the night

Cute apartment in the perfect location to walk everywhere during our stay. No need for an alarm clock--the roosters take care of that! We'd stay here again for sure!

This house is close to everything and walking around town is easy. It fit all four of us very well. It was a little noisy while we were there as there was construction going on next door and the house isn’t very soundproof. The balcony porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and also to sit and read.

Great little space in an awesome location. The street lights are very bright, if you're a light sleeper bring a sleeping mask. But don't let it stop you. Very comfortable, clean, a block from the free Duval loop bus and a parking spot included.

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Key West! The location is great being close to Duval street and we could easily walk to either end. We didn't have to use our car once after we arrived. The space was great and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

My two daughters and I stayed for the Easter weekend and it was perfect!! It was a perfect location! We parked the car and walked everywhere. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and have everything we needed!! We would definitely stay again!!!

The apartment was basic, and covered all of our needs. Sleep is very important to me especially on vacation. There are no drapes so the thin mini blinds did not keep out the morning sun at all. Unfortunately, there is a big garbage container at the neighbors yard, and a lot of smaller containers for our units. We were there during fantasy fest for five nights. 4 out of five nights The garbage / recycle trucks came around 4:00 a.m. to empty the containers. The trucks were the kind that compress trash so it made extra noise and took extra time to get all those containers. It was ridiculous. Perhaps the owners could consider installing carpets, drapes, and better windows sound.

We loved that the home was close to the main area and within walking distance to pretty well everywhere. I was impressed they had beach towels for us if we needed them. The apt was clean and comfortable. There were 2 nice balconies to sit. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, flatware, pans, bowls, and dishes. The beds were comfortable. I slept on the sleeper sofa, the mattress was firm and I slept well. It was nice to have the option to watch a movie on tv during some downtime.

Walk easily everywhere. We love parking the car and not using it again until we check out. Quiet yet a couple of clocks from Duval and Fausto’s market. Super clean space.

We loved the location, never any issues with noise and its only a couple blocks from all the fun of Duvall street. Theres also an amazing brunch spot right across the street! The place was very clean, and really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about this property. Being able to stay in a historic home, in the historic part of Key West was really special. Everything was within walking distance or short, free Duval Loop ride. The office staff at Vacasa were super helpful and friendly before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend Jasmine Suite and would stay here again.

Property was most enjoyable - clean, plenty of towels, shampoo,etc. Surrounding area was quiet and central located to all areas of 'downtown'. Would definitely book again!

great location and functional apartment - did not try the sofa bed that all the reviews complained about - it ended up being more than 550/nt after all the extra fees were added on. OUCH - pay attention before you click PAY NOW! I guess it’s a covid thing during high season….it is what it is.

This was a nice little place to stay our 3 nights in Key West. It was in a great location. We had a couple little issues but maintenance showed up very quickly.

Loved this rental and the location. A few things to consider - if you have a truck or large vehicle you can’t get in and out easily or at all if all 4 spots are filled. We rented a golf cart for the 3 days and left our truck in their parking lot. The outdoor space is great. The room air conditioners didn’t really ever do the job so ran 24 hours a day when it was only 80 degrees outside and set inside to 73… and these are loud units. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of space in the bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and it will help the air conditioner out if it did work. All in all a great place. Don’t hesitate to book.

Property was amazing and in a great location. Only reason for four stars was there was no real process for when people park in the spaces out back. The parking availability in Key West is next to none. When we came back from dinner there were two more cars parked in our area, both of which didn't have placards placed in the car, and we had to drive around to get a spot. There are signs to call a towing company, but I didn't just want to have someone's car towed, and there was no obvious way to get ahold of management so they could make the decision. Other than that, it was great! Get your spot and walk everywhere, is my recommendation.

Everything was as described, plenty of room for 2 adults to feel comfortable and spread out. With the A. C. and fans we were very comfortable

Our unit was Jasmine and it was perfect. I love having the extra living space, besides just a bed. Lookin to head down again soon.Location is perfect for walking Duval or hitting up some near by eateries.

Ad indicated it sleeps 4 using with a bedroom and a fold-out. The fold-out was completely unusable, so we put the thin fold-out mattress on the floor.Otherwise, it was fine for our stay, and possibly the best value we could have found for a president's day weekend on Key West.
