Adequate accommodation, older home. Bathrooms outdated, bathroom counters very old and low. Initially, I couldn’t find any towels for bathrooms and kitchen, eventually found them in the dryer…damp and smelly. We had to re-wash, otherwise the stay was great.

Enjoyed the stay at the place. We were able to use lots of dishes to serve prepared meals we brought with us. Easy to check in and check out. Around 30 minutes from Yellowstone west entrance, Enjoyed various places of Yellowstone park during our stay. Very warm days, the unit could be warm as it does not have Air conditioning but our stay was comfortable as the temperature were relatively low at nights.

The cabin was well prepared and we had a good time.

The location is ok and the property was fairly okay. When we arrived we found used baby diaper on the step outside at the front door and water was rubbing from the kitchen facet. The kitchen facet was not turned off properly I guess by the house keeper. Apart from that our stay was alright and I definitely would come back

No television, both were out. While you might ask, why do you need that? One in the group recently had surgery. She was stuck with nothing to do while others were out having a good time. Informed as I arrived but they weren't able to do anything in time. Nothing offered. Sent them a list of a few repairs / fixes that should be taken care of. Never received a reply. Area was great but the stay there / management was not that responsive.

Great place, I would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for our snowmobile trip, loved that we could get on & ride right from our door. Inside was clean, Kabino staff was friendly & helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Was a very quiet location for our stay in February.

This property was perfect for our little getaway trip. Only issues we had were some outlets didn't work, a few lights flickered, and a bathroom door didn't have a lock on it. But those things were minor to the memories that were made.

Worked great for snowmobiling close to trail clean and very affordable

Overall was a good stay, little smaller than expected but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again with a smaller group. Management was very easy and friendly to work with and I appreciate all the help we received from them!

Quiet little area. The townhouse looked like the pictures. About 20 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance.

- Photo in advertisement showed a shower door on upstairs bathroom, but there was only a curtain on the shower allowing water to leak out onto carpet flooring - kitchen only had one butter knife. - No hand towels for drying dishes. Only thin rags and only one dishwashing sponge - overall was a good experience though.

Upon arrival we encountered a terrible smell of curry and finding blind on lower bedroom . Called office and they said they would try to get someone to fix the blinds and spray the inside of the house. The spray did not work. They said they would contact me as of date they haven’t.

As a fellow Vrbo owner, not to mention user of Vrbo as a traveler, I was sorely disappointed in the quality of the accommodations and service we experienced while staying here We arrived Sept. 24, in the early evening. When we opened the door we were hit with an overwhelming smell of curry, permeating the entire downstairs. We also found within the next hour that the hallway lights upstairs were either burned out/did not work and the extra set of keys that were to be on the counter, according to the book left in the condo, were not there. After discovering these things I immediately called Kabino. We were told that these issues would be taken care of the next day. We left our single key, as instructed, in the lock box so the management company could get in to address these concerns. We arrived home after 8:00 p.m. to find that no one had been there. I again called Kabino, only to have it ring multiple times before the number hung up on me. I called again and was able to leave a message, asking them to take care of the problems and to return my call the next day. We checked out on Sept. 27 and never heard a word nor had anything been taken care of. On a positive note, the living room furniture and beds were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the quality of other areas were not up to what we would consider industry standard. Here were our concerns: • The quality of the toilet paper was worse than you would find in a public setting • There was NO tissue to blow your nose, etc. • There were only THREE dinner knives for the entire condo. • One of the plastic glasses had cracks in the bottom and was put back in the cabinet. Unknown to use, we used it and had cranberry juice down the front of the clothing we were to wear. • The master bathroom shower was a mess-- mold around where the sides meet the floor. The shower door had been removed and replaced with a shower curtain that was too small for the opening to the shower. • In the downstairs bedroom there was no light by the bed. The only light was on the dresser. • If someone is overweight, which luckily neither of us are, they should not expect to use the downstairs bedroom toilet/shower room comfortably if they want to close the door. • The counter top around the sink in the downstairs bedroom was filthy. We were wiping it off when we got there and the white towel that we used was filthy when finished (and this was with only using water).

We enjoyed our say it was a little further from the entrance to the park than we thought but we enjoyed our time

Loved the location! Right in the heart of the trails to get anywhere. Would recommend and stay here again!

It’s a great place for a family.

We enjoyed the easy access from our vehicle to the property. It was spacious and had everything you would need. I would like to mention that the stovetop has a problem with regulating heat. The large burner only does high and since it’s electric Its hard to gauge the heat and very easy to burn your food. It would also be nice if they upgraded the cookware and tightened the dining room table. Overall it is a nice big place to relax after a long day at the park. Although there were minor inconveniences I give this listing a five star rating, and would definitely stay here again!

Located on the edge of the golf course near the clubhouse and driving range and playground for kids, it was quiet location and less than a minute off the US-20. Kitchen fry pans could use an upgrade and several light bulbs needed replacement, and the dining table and chairs need some tightening up, very wobbly from use; other than these few minor fix-its it was nice condo for the year built (1970s).

Had a great time, the place was a great place to stay at, I loved the little playground for the children, the neighbors where nice. Although we were mainly out and about it was nice to return to a peaceful place to get some rest.

We had a great stay! Perfect for our family and easy to get to places. We were very appreciative of the management because they let us check out a little later and that was so helpful for our family

Was ok 5-plex apt. Was $200 more then advertised price because of the hidden “special fees”. Fireplaces didn’t work, kitchen towels were thrown in a drawer filthy dirty, beer cans hanging from the light above the table, very few kitchen utinsels (like forks) and very basic cooking spatulas etc were non-existent. Got informed we couldn’t leave our trailer hooked onto our pickup, even though the lot was huge. They wanted us to cram it into some little spot 2 blocks away because “they have so many people coming”. We were the only ones in the 5-plex and had the entire parking lot to ourselves for all 4 days we were there. The snow was awesome, and that’s why we came. But who ever watches the VRBO cabins could learn a lot from Island Park Reservations.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. The morning view was awesome through the master bedroom windows. Anything we could have imagined needing for our three-day stay was there. Somehow, we didn't realize this was a unit in a condo community on the edge of a golf course. . . there wasn't a problem with that, we just missed that detail. There is a small grocery store just around the corner, and, despite the warnings from other Island Park visitors, we didn't find things to be outrageously priced. We had a really great experience.

The property has potential and is nice and roomy. However the beds were not made nor the sheets clean. We had to do laundry and make beds ourselves. Had to purchase laundry detergent to prepare beds. Supposed to house up to 10 people - we had 4, and there were only 3 teaspoons & 4 coffee cups. Many of the light bulbs were burnt out, bathrooms extremely dark. Place was dusty. Need new housekeeping service and need to do an inventory on basic supplies.

It's 22 miles west of West Yellowstone which was kind of a drag since our trip was about the park. There were slats missing on the both sets of double doors (patio & bedroom) so privacy was lacking. Shower door in upstairs bath was off the track, the light by the bed in upstairs main bdrm didn't work, nor did the TV. The whole place was dusty and the downstairs bathroom needed new caulk & grout (had areas that were black) and lots of long black hair in the bathroom. We all have short, light-colored hair. As I said, the house was nice but needed some TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
