The place is situated slightly away from the commercial roads, which makes it serene and peaceful. The property is also grand and gives ample space to roam around and explore nature. If someone wants to relax, the swimming pool also offers a wonderful experience.

Personally, didn't feel it was value for money. The property fulfils the minimum service value, but lacks in customer delight experience. The food menu is also limited, and the room lacked cleanliness that is expected from a resort of this stature

The stay was very good and the location was very scenic and cool. The staff was also very active and responding quickly for any concerns.

I felt the Value paid is not worth for the stay when. Compared to other resort stays (considering non season vacations) . Which includes only breakfast apart from this they will charge for everything. Expectations disappoints as there is No evening high tea/coffee snacks nothing when you reach there. Restaurant facility is available but food choosing options are very limited with no taste.

The warm hospitality shown by the Restaurant Waiter boys excellent regarding timely On-the Dot room service which always made me up on my toes. They were Prompt and Polite and very flexible in their service. And also brilliant communication...The so-called "Resort Reception" persons on the front desk should learn a thing or two from these boys !!!

Dislikes - I stayed at Room S2. First of all, this is NOT a Resort. But a Club. The Hill District Club. Which is affliated to many other Clubs as displayed there. The so called "Resort" rooms are one seperate building on a hilltop. For food, a client need to walk half a kilometre of motor road downhill where the park like thing is created and the restaurant is located on one corner of it. This is extremely inconvenient for elderly people especially for the climb back to room. Also Car park at the Resort building is minimal and there's even a Notice Board saying " Beware of falling Tiles". Their actual revenue is not Resort clients. They rent out the property for private functions (Rs 50000/- for a part of the downhill area Stage and Sound and Rs 1 Lac for the whole property for Parties and Weddings such like) and so there's a lot of Party noise and crowd in the downhill area and restaurant which is very frustrating to actual Resort customers. You can imagine the quality of tranquility offered! Moreover the Resort Reception is woefully unprofessional. They totally screwed up organizing a surprise Candle light Dinner for us, offered by our friend from Kuwait. They dont acknowledge the importance of customer service. The Night Duty guy does not pass on information to the Morning Duty person. Both are totally clueless how to be professional in a Resort. But again, its not a Resort ! Its a Club. And the Room phone doesnt function at all. I saw another person complaining the same in person at the Reception. And the Double Bed is not Double but two separate Single Mattresses put together on a Double Cot ! Sad... Why is Booking.com rating this property so high I wonder...???? I wont recommend this to any of my friends nor am I going there again ....even by mistake !!!!
