We booked this home for the wedding party for our best friends’ wedding this past weekend. It is a lovely home tucked in the woods about a 15 minute drive from Lake Tahoe. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our group of 13 to all sleep and gather comfortably. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna! It is worth noting that they take the 10pm noise cutoff very seriously, and there are several postings stating that if there is a noise complaint you will have 2 hours to vacate the property. I assume they have had some issues with loud groups upsetting neighbors in the past. If you’re looking for a party pad, this may not be the right rental for you, but I would highly recommend it for any gathering where you can keep the noise down after 10, or at least keep it inside!

Great place for our family!

We loved all the amenities from the spa on the very private deck to the pool and sauna and the theater room was a hit too. Watched a UFC fight and everyone had a good comfortable seat. Kitchen nicely set up and Nice pots and pans. Great home. Thank you for sharing.

Leaky faucet upstairs bath, need extra toilet paper, bottom oven stopped working during use F9 message, icy driveway should have been de-iced, piano top was sticky, extra blankets maybe?, pool table chalk, Great house and location

Nine adult stayed here for a ski trip. The place is very clean, spacious, and we’ll equipped with everything that you need. Everything works and the amenities are pleasant. No complaints, we all enjoyed the home and would return for another stay.

Very spacious house and all the amenities were perfect for our stay. The sauna after a long ski day was our favorite. About a 12min drive to Heavenly area and downtown—very convenient. Highly recommend!

My friend group and I stayed here and skied at Heavenly. Great spot, good amenities, and well worth the price. Would stay here again.

House was perfect for our annual golf trip! Located in a perfect place to be close to downtown but still feels secluded. Property manager was super helpful and responsive. This house had everything we needed! Would 10/10 recommend!

We are a group of seven brothers and sisters with wives and husbands, from San Antonio, TX, Las Vegas , NV, San Diego and San Francisco, CA. Finding the place is easy. Right off the bat, we are all impressed of the house itself and its amenities. The pool area is a gem. The great room is excellent for everyone to be in one place. There is one thing that the management should have given a warning to guests and that is that bears roam the property and surrounding areas. My sister's rental car was trashed by a bear. It went inside the car and ate whatever it found and did a number on the upholstery. To be fair, it was my SISTER'S FAULT as she accidentally left a passenger window open that attracted the bear to get into the car. A neighbor came by that afternoon and warned us about bears breaking in unbeknownst to him of what happened to us. So, give the guests a friendly reminder that bears may break in to cars. That said, all is well. My sister accepted that it was her fault (a costly one). Some of us have been to Tahoe before and multiple times but many of them have never been. Tahoe is always amazing however many times you've been. The place offered my group a chance to be together and enjoy a place full of outstanding amenities from the pool area and jacuzzi, the theater room, the great hall, the kitchen and all the rooms that comfortably situated everyone. Great property a little need of updating but overall a great house for a family vacation

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family for 4 nights! The kids loved the pool and the movie theater room and the adults appreciated the sauna, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We typically cook all our meals on these big family trips and the house has every kitchen item we needed. Plenty of mixing bowls, 9x13 pans, muffin pans, coffee makers and hot water kettles for tea. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well on our trip. The house is secluded and tucked away and we felt like we had our own bit of private forest right behind the house. We also found a beautiful walking trail just at the end of the street. It is also a very close drive to the lake and the rest of the main town area of South Lake Tahoe. We had a great time!

The place is located in a more secluded part of Tahoe. The inside is spacious. However the sink faucet dripping water, the pillow was dirty with old pillowcases that had stain. The pool water was murky and mold on the ceiling. The theatre room was very disappointing because the area is an extra room with faux leather seats squeezed together. Found hair on a bathroom rug. The pool table sticks blue tip gone. Had issue with the washer and dryer. The home had kitchen items such as plates, cups, pots, pans etc. it also had. Bbq grilled and jacuzzi. The master bathroom cleaned and nice. It had a tv, sofa, tables and chairs.

The house was spacious and comfortable. However, it needs updating. The walls are smudged, scratched & worn. The carpets are stained. Water stains on the ceiling. The pool table is functional, but the pockets have holes. The dryer broke after ruining several items.

We stayed at the property 15 years ago when it was new, we were very impressed how the Owners and Property Managers have maintained the Home. We had a small Reunion, half the guest was there 15 years ago. Thank you, VRBO....

Fantastic location. Great space for families with toddlers. Communication was crisp from beginning to end. Kids loved the hot tub and the pool. Wide open kitchen/dining space is perfect for social meals. My only qualm is that the furniture, carpets, etc, especially in the bedrooms are beyond antiquated. Of course, if there are families with kids, they don’t have to have to worry about damaging anything. With that being said, price was more than I’d like to pay for what is offered.

My group and I had an amazing time staying at this property. The private acre added to our comfort and privacy, and really immersed us in the forest atmosphere. There were so many amenities that we all used extensively. The private indoor pool was a dream, as well as the hot tub. There was plenty of rooms and spaces for our guests to enjoy their own personal space. The theater room was very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy several movies during our stay. We were also close to town which made grocery shopping easy and convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and may come again in the future!

13 of us stayed at Jicarilla Drive, and had a fantastic time. The house is huge with fantastic amenities, a great kitchen, loads of clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and it's not right next to neighbours so, while we were careful with late night noise, we were treading on eggshells too much. Great location, 10 minutes from the town, and plenty of Ubers available. The host responded very quickly to any queries. Absolutely recommend.

It was a smooth transaction from reserving, occupying and checking out the property. The place’s very clean and very welcoming. I worries recommend to anybody that’s considering of renting this place. Keep up the good work!

The property was as described and was perfect for our surprise get together for my husbands 75th birthday with family that he has not seen for years. We enjoyed cooking and visiting and playing card games when we weren't making use of the home theatre or pool table for entertainment. We've been living in South Shore going on 15 years, but there are not have enough bedrooms and bathrooms in my home to accommodate the 12 other family members all under the same roof, which is why I searched and found this home. When you only have a couple of days to spend with loved ones that you haven't seen in years a large home made so much more sense than trying to coordinate plans from hotel rooms . The communication with the host was easy and effortless when needed. Unfortunately the massive snow load did a number on the hot tub cover preventing us from being able to use the hot tub, but I totally understand because I live up here in Tahoe and have been dealing with issues stemming with this years record breaking snow levels my self at my home. I appreciated being contacted before we checked in with a sincere apology & explanation of why we would not be able to use that feature of the home, rather than being left to discover the issue myself upon arrival. Everyone had a really nice time and I would highly recommend this property if you are having a family reunion or group of friends gathering and want to be able to spend time enjoying each others company, yet also have enough individual space when & if you need it.

Very beautiful home with lots of amenities. The cabin has a beautiful backyard with an amazing scenery. The host was very attentive and understanding to any concerns I had. The only feedback would be a little bit of TLC to the home. We all really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying here again.

Exactly what we needed for a March Madness opening games weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed for the one night we made our own steakhouse dinner.

We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located near Heavenly. We ordered groceries on-line and delivery was prompt. The pool table and hot tub were a hit. We would stay again.

The location and back sledding area was great. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and theatre but carpets really need to be replaced. New bed covers, fresh coat of paint, and updated furniture will make this place perfect. Also fixing the leak in master bedroom. We had a leak in the ceiling right on top of the bed where it got our pillows and blankets wet, we had to go sleep in sofas and although it happened in the last night of our stay we really didn’t get good rest because sofas are uncomfortable. I messaged management to get some kind of credit for inconvenience and haven’t received a response

Such a great cabin!!! Had 10 of my friends for a snowboarding trip and the house was exactly as pictured. I would recommend! We will be back here every year.

My group and I had a great time at this fine establishment! We really enojyed the how cozy and spacious it was. Commuication with the property manager was great as all of my inquries were answered in a professional and timely manner. 10/10 would reccomdend! ^__^
