Great spot with great management… we will be back!!!

This is our third day here. It’s a great location for floating the Comal. There’s plenty of room to spread out and just about everything you would need for cooking and having a good time.

The property is a great location and great surrounding areas however the property itself was not clean good when we got there. The comforters stunk the place was not wiped and swept and cockroaches in and out of the living room and rooms.

Our family loved staying here! One of the best parts was that there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for all 4 of us. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool from the heat outside. Easy walk to Schlitterbaun across the street. Only downside was the property swimming pool was very green during our stay so we couldn’t swim in it but there was a pool guy there cleaning it on the last day we were there. Either way, the condo was clean and the beds were super comfy. The decor was super cute and we loved the Spanish tile floor! Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the TX decor throughout. Spectacular views of the Comal river, deer, fawn, ducks, hawks, turtles, floaters, and birds. The pool and hot tub were clean, big and relaxing. Lots of seating available. We took the short float with our own tubes. The sun was hot and the river was cold. A perfect combination. Loved the sights. Enjoyed the Float In, Muck and Fuss, Buttermilk Cafe, and our own homemade meals and drinks in our very own Float Inn. Would definitely return. A+ highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! We go to New Braunfels every summer and this was hands down the best place we've stayed. Great communication, perfect location, extremely clean and well stocked. We even extended our time there because we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again!

We went to New Braunfels for my daughter birthday celebration. We really enjoyed this rental. Great patio and view of the Comal. Each night a herd of deer would visit below and what a majestic creator. The condo was fully furnished and the beds were comfortable. Great response from owner when we had questions. We would stay there again.

We have rented from Suzanne 3 times now and have stayed in 2 of her condos. I love this condo, it is conveniently located on the river with river access and right across the street from Schlitterbahn. Suzanne’s condos are well kept, neat, and have everything you need, including a book to help with suggested food choices, shopping, and things to do as well as tubing info. Beds are comfortable and our 9 year old loves all the deer we see when we visit. We will definitely stay in her condo again. It’s great for family trips and has a pool and hot tub. Charming unit.

This is my second time staying at this property and it was great both times! The condo itself is clean and spacious enough for 4 people comfortably. The River access is great. We walked to the Tube Chute entrance and floated back to the condo. It was about a 3.5 hour float. So nice to not have to drive anywhere or ride the buses and be dropped off right back at the condo. We had a lot of fun!

The shower temps were a little fickle, but otherwise really liked location and house!

The views were great, the condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. Suzanne was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Our kids loved the pool!

The condo had everything that we needed. It was very clean. It overlooks the river and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and deer on the property. Suzanne always answered my questions promptly. Great place to stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Space worked great for three friends.
My only comment to be aware of is voices carry on the patios. Neighbors were out very late chatting next door. Our group travels twice a year and have always stayed in houses. This is just something to keep in mind when staying in a condo.

Me and my wife where looking for pleasant place to get away and relax. Condo is very lovely and well kept. Great view from the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. Property owner was very helpful with changes to our reservation. Will definitely be returning.

We've stayed at this property multiple times over the past 10 or more years. It is always spotless, and the host is a delight to correspond with. We love the proximity to the Comal, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, and downtown New Braunfels. We'll be back next year!
