We just wanted a break with some warm weather cycling. Kieran's apartment suited us very well. Restaurants and shops were nearby with a further walk into the town. We felt that it was on the nicer and less touristy side. The pool and bar at the complex was ideal and lots of loungers so was not an issue, in fact we had a full choice where to sit but maybe that is the time of year we went. Part of going to the location was cycling and there are some excellent routes, great roads but hilly and at times strong winds. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in the apartment, it was comfy, well equipped and clean. The location is ideal for access to the old town and the complex is quiet and friendly. Found the pool a little chilly but not a problem and only a short walk to Playa Chica for beach days. We look forward to staying again.

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment over Easter. Very spacious. Fabulous views over to Fuerteventura. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Excellent Wifi and tv. The pool bar is really handy - excellent breakfast. Will definitely look to book again.

Located in the Old Town this apartment is at the top of the town providing excellent panoramic views. Hills can be steep but easily navigated. The apartment is very comfortable in every way including sofas, kitchenware,tv and bathrooms. Views are amazing and the size of the balcony allows private sunbathing. Although pool area is lovely and poolbar guys are very pleasant too. Friendly Reception on hand for any questions which were always answered professionally. Definitely good value and well worth a visit.

Tres agréablement surpris par la qualité de la résidence. Tres bien placée, dans un coin centrale et assez tranquile de l'ile, idéale pour parcourir du nord au sud. La résidence est au top et le service vraiment bon. Appartement spacieux lumineux et propre. Complément equipé et même avec une bonne connexion wifi. Piscine parfaite bref rien à redire je conseil vraiment.

This apartment is well equipped, very nice and large, with very good beds, and the view from the terrace is amazing. Kieran was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool is perfect. Lanzarote is such a beautiful island ! From Puerto del Carmen you can go everywhere if you rent a car. Thanks for this wonderful stay in march 2019 with my family ! The apartment had a great position close to the old town but the strip only a short walk away. The owner was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had quickly. We definitely will be returning to Suite B3 at Lago Verde as we had a fantastic affordable holiday.

The website for B3 is very misleading. The balcony does not have all day sunshine, in fact it was mostly in the shade for the duration of our visit (even though we had clear blue skies for most of the week). We had to sunbathe round the pool which, although it was very nice, we didn’t want to do. Due to plumbing mechanism not working we were unable to take a bath. Not much of a hardship but the website did say there was a bath. There was no way we could make ice cubes as there was no freezer door in the fridge. We could only receive Sky news on the tv, despite following the very detailed instructions left in the apartment. I emailed Kieran my feedback and he replied straight away and said he would get back to me when he’d looked into the issues I’d raised. Haven’t had any contact since then (23 May) Overall, very disappointed. The apartment is overpriced compared to other properties we’ve stayed in at Largo Verde. On a positive, the beds are comfortable and the shower was quite good.
