We enjoyed the home and especially the heated pool in December. I would stay here again!

Very pleased!
The property was in a nice up kept neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The communication with the owners exceeded our expectations. I was sad that the pool was not functioning but that was a small problem that the owners addressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place
This was a nice place too stay, clean and the pool was great! Beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent again!
The only thing I would say is just have Kleenex and more TP.
I know we could buy our own and we did. Just little things you don’t think of till you need them.

Nice long weekend getaway
The property was just as described. Plenty of room for kids and adults. Nice pool. In a quiet neighborhood. Nearby shopping and dining. Jou and Dani were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to all questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice little place to stay
My family came down for some sun. There was 6 of us. This place was great for us. I paid to hear the pool so my grandaughter could swim all she wanted and man did she lol. Owners are great to work with. Very responsive and accommodating to our request. I would definitely rent again, caveat there is we bought our own place to come to lol. Thank you so much for the use of your place.

Great vacation stay in Maricopa
We had a great time during our stay in Maricopa. The home is very nice and the patio was very relaxing. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and tried to repair the pool when the heater went out. They did make it right with us to compensate for the problem with the pool. Some things in the home could be updated but all in all it was a very pleasant home to stay in.

Relaxing
We loved the house and the Pool was great! Since we were there in March/April with the social distancing going on we lounged around the pool every day. The owners were great and fast to answer all our questions.

Perfect Holiday Home
The house was spotless and very roomy. We felt totally at home and very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you could possible need and more. Dani and Jou were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm pool and beautiful outdoor patio everyday. We would certainly stay again and would recommend this vacation home. Thanks again Carole Snyder

The house was roomy and well furnished, clean and in good condition. We really wish the Expedia listing had mentioned that the "heated pool" would only be heated if you contacted the host in advance (and paid a surcharge). The host did not let us know about this so we were stuck with a cold pool that we couldn't use. The beds were hard and uncomfortable (with a plastic covering on the mattress that crinkles as you move on the bed) and the noise from nearby trains passing in the night was pretty loud.

Well stocked home
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was very well stocked. Especially enjoyed the refreshing pool. Would stay again if we are in the area. Property owners were very easy to work with.

Great Home
Home was perfect. It had everything we needed. The owners were great! I had to add a few extra days and they handled everything so quickly and were patient with us. We will definitely use their home again!

Very Relaxing
Very nice pool. You can find shade someplace in the backyard anytime during the day. They had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay!!
Our family of 4 (2 small kids) LOVED this house! The pool was perfect and house was spotless and had everything we needed. Owners responded quickly if any questions. We will hopefully be back again soon!!

Very nice and well equipped

Perfect vacation home for my group of 5!
My family group (siblings and spouses) loved this home when we were in Maricopa for the weekend for a family wedding! It had the perfect amount of space and still felt cozy. It was also in a very nice neighborhood!

Winter break in Maricopa
House was as described and perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked, we had friends for dinner one night. Wifi & netflix nice to have, everything worked well, had no issues at all. We golfed mostly, took a trip to Tucson and caught a spring training baseball game. Jou & Dani were very easy to get along with and very prompt with all communications. We enjoyed our stay so much, I have re-booked for next year again. Hoping for better weather next year and being able to enjoy the pool. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home :) Lita

It's a cute cozy Home!
House is clean, well kept, spacious and quiet. The hot pool didn't quite worked when we want to used it; but overall stay was a good one. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home equipped with almost everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner! Hosts were great to work with as well! We will keep this home in mind if we need a place in Maricopa again.

A beautiful home, well kept with all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Located in close proximity to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that I wish we could have stayed longer. I'm looking forward to staying in this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in Maricopa.
