Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend. Everything was great.

The villa was private and quiet. A beautiful villa with friendly and accommodating staff. Very comfortable beds and fully equipped house and kitchen. Very nice swimming pool with waterfall and jacuzzy ! The Dream !

The house is beautiful and the location is great. Unfortunately, during our week stay there were several things that occurred that detracted from the experience. 1) The front gate was broken when we arrived which required workers to repair during our time there..you will have to pay for electricity during the stay so we were able to negotiate a discount for this power usage. 2) The water pressure/water to the toilets was diminished to non existent for part of the trip..might actually be a city problem but when you have Bangkok Belly for most of the trip, it would have been nice to have water to shower and use the restroom. 3) There was a power outage during the trip as well. 4) Some of the amenities shown in the pictures (the waterfall next to the outside pool...lighting was not always functional (or I was not smart enough to figure out how it worked) I will say that the staff was responsive and attentive but it truly depended on the time of the day that assistance was needed (normal business hours..no problem). The cleaning service is not included and there is a charge for clean towels/sheets to be provided. These things are fairly standard for the area but its also something to consider when staying here. All and all, I would recommend this place to rent if you have a solid group of people to go and the managing company know how to treat guests.

It was great time for me. We stayed for a little more than two days and this place helped us feel like home whenever we came back here. This is a very nice house with delicate decoration and it is so spacious. The description provided has accurate and there were no surprises. Everything was as listed, some even better and there was nothing faulty. They are wonderful people, ready to help us, very welcoming and most hospitable. I would recommend anyone thinking of taking up this place to stay without any doubts in their hearts. Super Perfect Vacation

Amazing villa with so many jaccuzi 3 !!!, great location away from the noise but close enough to the action and the beach. huge lounge, the villa is well decorated and I like this Thai style :) we had an amazing stay. the villa also provided us with a free phone to contact the staff but also with unlimited international calls We felt in security in the villa with camera and a guard outisde. Nice place for stay with family or friends.All was great
