We usually visit Estes Park 1-2 times per year and have, in the past, stayed in VRBOs, cabins, close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We decided to stay in town this time and this was the PERFECT place! It was clean, modern, and the shops/restaurants were just steps away. Walking out the main door of this secure condo, we were literally just steps from the main street making this the perfect place to stay. The deck was roomy for both of us and the stream below made it amazing to just sit and relax, listening to the water. The deck was covered, too, so when the afternoon rain came, we enjoyed warm coffee, while listening to the water below, and smelling the fresh rain. Beautiful location and we will return!

The property was amazing and matched the description perfectly! It rained quite a bit during our stay, so we were so glad that the condo was so incredibly nice that it didn't bother us much at all - we enjoyed being inside! We will most certainly visit again :).

We loved our visit to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains. The location of the condo was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting outside. It was so peaceful and relaxing listening to the water flowing over the rocks in the creek. Highly recommend this condo.

Right on the river, the view and tranquil sound is outstanding. The location is right downtown, walk everywhere. Wonderful place, everything you need. Will stay again

Excellent parking for condo. Then walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants. We'll stocked kitchen and enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

This was a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of downtown Estes Park with easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. The balcony overlooks the river and you can enjoy the sound of the water.

The condo was great but there were a lot of extra fees tacked onto the listed rate.

This condominium was located in the heart of Estes Park. It is beautiful and very clean. Parking was very easy because the lot is right behind the building.
