C'est vrai notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa a été merveilleux. Une vue splendide sur la mer. La villa est fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire très attentionné et sympathique, est très rigoureux quant à la propreté des lieux.. C’est un avre de paix.

Séjour inoubliable ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette magnifique vue . La villa est totalement rénovée et design. La literie est tellement confortable que nous avions du mal à nous lever 😂 le jacuzzi est très bien entretenu par Annie qui passe tous les jours sans que l'on sans aperçoive car elle est très discrète. Serge est très accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse . C'est un réel plaisir pour lui de nous faire découvrir sa région ainsi que sa villa . Il nous a mis à l'aise tout le long du séjour.

The perfect cote d'azur view awaits you at this lovely home overlooking the bay. Spotlessly clean, quiet, plenty of hot water, and an outdoor hot tub to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The Cerutti family was most kind and helpful meeting us off the autostrada to guide us to our rental. They live next door so are closeby to help. As with any coastal property with a view, you must drive up on narrow windy roads to get there. For those over 65 there are around 40 steps and a narrow drive to go up to get to the dedicated parking spot. They helped drive our luggage down to check in and out so that was very thoughtful and appreciated. The home looks new and updated with everything you may need. But the highlight of the place is the magnificent unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and the Port.

Serge e sua moglie sono stati da subito gentili e disponibili ci hanno aiutato con le indicazioni e per portare i bagagli La casa è stupenda pulita organizzata e con tutti i confort. Una bellissima jacuzzi in giardino e due bagni Biancheria pulita e sempre nuova La cucina ha tutto il necessario per la colazione e c’è anche un parcheggio privato. Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza in questa casa silenziosa pulita e ordinata. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare da queste due gentilissime persone che per ogni cosa erano a nostra disposizione! Sehr individuelle über den Hügeln von Menton gelegene Villa , die in jeder Hinsicht perfekt möbliert und ausgestattet ist . Grosszüge , mit bequemen Betten ausgestattete , ruhige Schlafzimmer - mit Rundherum Panorama zum Meer . Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns geduldig von der Autobahn zum Quartier begleitet . Wunderbar entspannte Ferien ! Absolut zu empfehlen für Genießer u Individulaisten , die Natur u Ruhe sowie Strand u Stadtnähe ( Menton , Nizza u Monaco in nächster Entfernung ) suchen .

We spent a week here last week and had a great time. The house has the most fantastic view of Menton, which can be enjoyed from the hot tub on the terrace! Serge and Michelle (who let the house) welcomed us when we arrived, made sure we knew everything we needed to about the house and the area and gave us a gift including lemon wine (a speciality of Menton). Michelle makes it and it is absolutely delicious! They have tried to think of everything you might need and the house is spotlessly clean and well cared for. I would recommend a stay here.

We travelled with family (2 adults, 3 kids, youngest was 1 year, oldest 12). The villa was superb: while the photos looked great, this was one of the instances were the reality was even better. The property was wery well maintained, clean and contained e.g. the best kitchen equipment we have seen in similar luxury villas.The wifi was top quality: I could attend on-line meetings and not care about children watching Netflix at the same time. The owners were very helpful, it was really easy to install. We didnt have any problems so we did not need to contact the owners during our stay. In general, the owners were proud of their villa (for a reason!) and the amenities and they clearly wanted to maintain it that way.The villa is, as birds fly, quite close to Menton old city, but with a car it takes about 10 minutes, since you need to climb quite a bit. The views were truly magnifique, and the terraces were great, with great views and functionality. The barbeque area worked really well, planning to do something similar at our cottage house.Our youngest kid was almost two years old: the villa (with stairs etc) might be difficult if you have a very active one year old, but for us this worked very well (and the owners might have something in reserve for the stairs, we did not ask, as we did not need). The owners had an extra baby cot we could place in the master bedroom. The older kids shared the other one of the large bedrooms. In addition, there is a quite large separation (from the living room) containg an another sofa for a third ~double bed. Two toilets, both with showers, good! The washing machine etc. worked well for washing kids clothes during our 10 day stay.Thank you Serge et Michèle!

Wir kommen wieder - einfach perfekt !!!!

Wir kommen sicher wieder zu Serge und Michele, da diese so gastfreundlich sind und den Aufenthalt so angenehm gestaltet haben und das Haus wirklich einen einmaligen Ausblick hat und auch die Balkon von den Schlafzimmern sehr angenehm sind; Bis bald liebe Grüße Brigitte & Johann

Wir konnten einige sehr schöne Frühlingstag in dem wunderschönen Haus von Michelle und Serge genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Eigentlich mag man es kaum verlassen, aber das wäre schade, weil es auch in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken gibt. Der 180°-Blick! auf Menton und das Meer ist fantastisch. Die Terrassen und Balkone laden zum entspannen gerade zu ein. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Um Menton zu Fuß zu erreichen muss man allerdings schon sehr gerne Treppensteigen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto dabei haben. Vielen Dank an Michelle + Serge für diese wundervollen Tage in Menton.

This is a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the difficult roads. Driving in Menton and Nice is not for the faint of heart. Midwestern Americans like us are not used to this kind of driving! However, Serge and Michele were so kind and thoughtful which helped us recover from the stress of the drive. There was a very nice welcome basket with home made jam, bread sticks, delicious olive tapenade and wine made from oranges and lemons. The villa is very modern with beautiful décor. The bathrooms were fantastic with great water pressure. We had everything we needed. We were able to cook meals and wash clothes. The view is spectacular and you can even hear the ocean waves. The weather was fantastic. We were there September, 2015 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Extremely relaxing and peaceful. After a few days we were able to navigate better once we got used to the steep roads and hairpin curves and knew what to expect. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone! you will be very comfortable and well taken care of! My husband accidentally left his suit and dress shirts behind and Serge graciously mailed them back to us in the US. Menton is a great choice for those of you who would prefer a more relaxing and peaceful setting rather than the loud and more hectic paced Nice or other cities along the Riviera. Monaco and Italy are just minutes away as well and the train is extremely inexpensive and easy to use.
