Schönes kleines Einzimmerapartment (No4)
Der Terrassenbereich war leider überhaupt nicht einladend (siehe Bilder).
Die Wohnung war leider spartanisch mit Küchenutensilien eingerichtet. Es gab nur 2 Pfannen, keinen Topf. Zur Selbstverpflegung wenig geeignet.

location, size of the apartment
it was dirty, bed was broken, bathroom doors were broken, everywhere mosquitoes and spiders, no nets on the windows protecting from insects, no elevator, parking problems with the landlords in apartment (it turned that it should be free), outside parking is always available, even there is no soap in the apartment, you have to take it with you, there is just one air conditioner in the apartment and it has very weak power (not enough even for the living room), pans in the kitchen not able to use (teflon already broken).

Very clean and modern apartment, close to highway,very nice and helpful host, secure parking facilities.

The apartment is very bright and clean. Everything seems new in the flat. It has a huge Patio/Balcony. The swimming pool is clean
The BBQ Facility can be considered not being there, it’s old and rusted.

The flat is brand new, the location is good and the swimming pool area with the barbecue place is amazing
To get the keys you need to go to their office which is 15 min walking. It was quite a pain as we didn’t have a car. Besides this the flat didn’t have a coffee maker and neither dishcloth

Swimming pool!
Sofa bed broken, bathrooms smell bad and the chairs were broken - despite our complain to the owner , the answer was not friendly and did not meet the expectation ! Price too expensive comparing to the service- I don’t recommend it !

Amazing flat,all brand new,with great facilities (parking,shared pool,nice terrace)
Overall good stay,the only downside is,that the train goes right next to the house and super fast and loud.

The apartment and the property was really nice and same as it looked on the website. Picking up the keys from a different location was not quite clear. The address on the email was not right so we had difficulties to find the place where to get our keys. We had to call to the apartment owner multiplie times because some instructions were not clear. Customer service could be a bit better because we felt that it was unpleasant for the owner that we called so many times because we didn’t understand some instructions.

The indoor part of the property is matching the photos.
- The description of the property on Booking is not saying that the pool is shared and sells an idea of a private one.
- The size of the pool is not realistic based on the pictures ( is small considering more that 20 people can rent in the same time)
- There was not toilet paper enough for 4 days for 6 people - we had to buy more
- There was no soap in the toilets - we had to buy
-The shower of one of the toilets were clogged up and we had a `small pool` inside the flat
- We informed since the beginning that the payment method will be in cash and in the check in the receptionist did not had exchange and we spent few minutes to manage to pay all the amount
- There is no `sun umbrella` available, only for the guests down
- There is no `pool chair` as shows in the picture
