The accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Living room, kitchen and sleeping room are separated from each other and offer more then enough space. The flat feels cosy and the furniture match all together. The host was friendly, communication was easy and we got even a ride from/to the bus station. The host explained us everything in the flat, what to do in Modica and welcomed us with some sweets and water. The view from the roof top terrane is great! Overall, a great place to stay to explore Modica and surroundings. Everything is reachable by foot in Modica.

We were greeted by a friendly and handsome host once we arrived and he showed us everything in the house clearly. it is a gorgeous and very cute sicilian house with a roof which has the most stunning view we can ask for. the interior has a lot of nice sicilian touch, esp. the tiles along the stone staircase and at the roof. It is very nicely located and a very nice stroll from the house to the Modica centre. we love it and this airbnb has definitely made our stay in Modica a lot more memorable.

I don't have enough words to say how amazing this place is! We loved everything about it! The house is so spacious, so nice decorated and clean, and has everything you need in order to be more than comfortable. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! We could stay there all day and all night and still couldn't get enough of this view. The host are such great and nice people, we were impressed by how kind they were. We'll definitely come back here! And probably soon, as we already miss it so much! This place and city has a charm that will stay in our hearts forever. Needless to say that we recommend this place from all our hearts!

It is a very nice apartment in a nice area of Modica. The landlady is very kind and there was no problem that we arrived too late. The best thing about the apartment is the roof terrace, where we spent most of our time with a glass of wine 😊

Perfect stay! Great Host! I adore this place. Apartment have all you need, view from the terrace was amasing! Sandra was always in touch to answer any qeustion. If i ever have a chance to visit Modica again i will stay at this apartment.
