Ron’s communication and instructions were awesome, and the space was clean and cozy. Felt like a truly safe area too. Would recommend!

This was a great find for a last minute trip to Rio Rancho which accepts pets. Ron is very communicative and helpful with the check-in process and any questions. The property is very centrally located to Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, and Corrales areas. We were really pleased with the stay and would certainly stay here again.

Very convenient location for easy access to area (by car) in quiet, safe, residential Corrales. Great trails nearby with beautiful view. Unit is clean, simply furnished, but with everything needed, including very appreciated washer/dryer. Ron and Pilar are friendly, extremely generous, and responsive to any inquiry, while also very respectful of their guests' privacy. We would definitely stay again.

Ron and his family were very kind and accommodating. The casita was clean and well stocked with kitchen and linen essentials. We stayed there for nearly 1 month and it was a very comfortable and positive experience!

Safe, quiet, & convenient

The guesthouse was conveniently located in a very nice suburb of ABQ. Hosts were very kind and shared invaluable insight on the area as well as making us feel at home during our stay. We felt honored to share a unique experience of being in the area for both the balloon fiesta and the "ring of fire" eclipse, celebrating the events right along with our hosts and their neighbors. Thank you Ron & Pilar for everything, especially the chilis!

This rental property feels very private and has excellent access to Rio Rancho and the surrounding community. We loved walking on the neighborhood trails and appreciated how peaceful the area feels. Ron and Pilar were very kind and eager to provide ideas and support.

We had everything we needed and our hosts were so helpful and kind. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We will be making this our place to stay in the coming visits for sure! The hosts (Ron and his wife) were very kind. The process was easy, communication great. Nice area of Rio Rancho with nearby trail. Beautiful views on trail walks. Lots of traffic to get to downtown on weekdays but less on weekends. Only wish was that the unit had central air conditioning. We took our small dog and he is used to 75* inside. Since the instructions were to turn off the swamp cooler when we left the inside temperature got up to 80’ on two days. I’m sure our dog just laid on the floor. We left the ceiling fan on to circulate air in the dinning room and the heat is dry so our dog seemed to not mind the warmer environment. We recommend this unit for couples.

Ron was very prompt to answer any question and check in was a breeze. Place was smaller than expected but worked well for 2 people. No complaints.
