It was very comfortable and spacious. Such a beautiful location! The kitchen is great. We had a wonderful time!

Fall at the Oregon Coast is one of the best times to visit. Ours was blessed with beautirful weather. We've stayed at "At Last #112" before and it continued to meet our needs. One complaint is the dis-organized kitchen. There does not seem to be any coherent logic for where silverware, serving utensiles, meaasureing tools, pans, etc are located. But the rest of the space is very comfortable.

Can't beat the on the beach experience. House was clean and comfortable. Close enough to walk ro Pelican Brewery.

You can’t get closer to the water or a better view than this place! Appreciated the wood floors with such close proximity to so much sand. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawback was the beds— the mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. And no, the egg carton cover in the main bedroom doesn’t solve the issue.

We stayed here with our sons ages 18 and 20. It was a very chill location with AMAZING views and lots of nature-oriented things to do. Loved it!

The staff of Kiwanda Coastal Properties are always ready and willing to provide us with missing items, and send maintenance or housekeeping when necessary. It is not often that we are disappointed, and we have already booked our next vacation.

Second year we've stayed at this house for Thanksgiving. Location, location, location. Direct beach access and great proximity to brewery/stores. House is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

View is spectacular! House was very comfortable. Difficult to get down to waters edge with such a steep sandy slope.

It was great except for the heavy equipment moving the sand right in front of the house our last full day.

2 Steps off the back door and you're on the beach. Quiet spot on the beach, great views of haystack. Would recommend for 1 family, any more and it would feel cramped. Our family of 5 were able to spread out and enjoy the home and the beach. Would definitely rent again.

This home was the perfect getaway for our family this summer. The home is right on the beach and we just stepped off the porch to enjoy the sand and a walk to the beach. Views were amazing! The management company was very friendly and was ready to address any needs. The kitchen is well stocked with all dish ware and small appliances like a toaster, blender, crockpot. Please note that it is not stocked with many cooking items like spices, salt, sugar, etc. This is not a big deal, but remember to bring your own. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished with cozy sitting and sleeping areas. Our family (my husband, our 17 year old surfer, and I had a spectacular week. Thank you!

Our family of five with the grandparents truly enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable beachfront house. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the extras—games, bbq, etc. Having a disabled grandparent, the location was the ideal. We will definitely be back!

Great for a family. Kids played outside in sand while grandparents relaxed indoors watching them thru large Oceanview windows. Layout of house was great and open, large kitchen. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids!

We loved this place!

We had three families in there at one point and we had plenty of space. My only complaint/suggestion is to get new master bed, most adults that will sleep in that bed will not want to sleep on the floor. The range needs one more rack. Overall the location was the best, the beach was great, and shells plentiful.

Check in and Check out process was easy and simple. Property is clean and bright. It is well placed and well maintained. Overall it was a nice vacation though it was short! Main bedroom mattress is pretty saggy, needs replacement. Even then it is a 5 star property.

This was a perfect house for six people and we couldn't get enough of the view. Also, we had one member of our family with mobility issues, so the one level, walk-in shower and location on the beach made it very accessible for him to enjoy the visit to the fullest. Thank you!

Great view all throughout the house, very cozy inside and out! Do wish the price was some what lower, and would be great to have WiFi. Other than those things I would totally recommend this place to any family or friends!

The house was in a wonderful location. Can’t beat walking out the back door and stepping into the sand. The house had all the amenities we needed except for AC. I would of scored a 5 if they would of had AC. The house was clean, but I think it could of been cleaner. There was hair and big dust balls on the cabinet floor in the master. Not a huge deal but I think they could step up their cleaning a tad bit more. Overall still a great house and I’d stay there again.

We stayed here for the first time (first time at this house and in Pacific City). We enjoyed both to be sure. The location was the best part - enjoy sitting inside or outside watching the ocean. You can't get any closer than this! Overall the house and furnishing were just okay. All oceanfront properties have a ton of maintenance and we expected the normal bit of rust etc. Not complaining about that part at all. The issue was really that it lacked some of the little touches that make a place five star. Easy to remedy with new dishes (get rid of all of the miss matched sets), have multiple sets of towels and linens, lots of partial games. Maybe a bit of detailed attention would help this good place become great. This place is so close to the sand dune that it has to be hard to keep the sand off the deck. Which was the case when we were there, we couldn't use the deck because it was nearly completely under a foot (or more) of sand. Not a dealbreaker but keep that in mind if you plan to use it.

We have stayed here a few times and it is always nice. Clean and bright. The ocean view is great and the back door opens up to the beach!
