Location was wonderful. House was so cute and very comfortable. Perfect for a bff beach trip!

The bed frame was broken directly in the middle and the mattress was thin. Was very uncomfortable and hurt both of our backs. I noticed it noted in prior reviews but assumed it was corrected. No other complaints.

Overall, this property was all we had hoped for. Great location. Well equipped with all the comforts. Great kitchen. Great laundry facilities. Stairs and bed were a little quirky. Great air-conditioning. Good WiFi. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and beaches. We would stay here again, but would also like to investigate other properties that are offered through your company. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

The location was good. The home was not very clean and many things were broken....The back balcony railings were broken through and missing rungs. The blinds in the living room and dining room were falling off the window and many slats were broken. Rug in living room was stained and dirty. The carpet was unraveling and very dirty/stained on the second floor. Bunk bed was wobbly. The front balcony had broken rails and the lighting was broken or missing on the stairs. This was a HUGE safety issue since the stairs are in complete darkness at night. I was scared every time my 88 year old father or myself went down the stairs. There are many things that need to be repaired with this property, too many to keep listing. Even for the reasonable price, we shouldn't have had to experience broken and unsafe things. Please fix. This house is too cute of a home to let it remain in this shape.

The overall stay was just ok. We love that it was a short walk to the beach. Maybe we should not have expected much for the price but we were disappointed. The house needs maintenance. The beds were both very uncomfortable and falling apart. The bunk bead was loose and did not seem safe. The same for the master bedroom, the bed was not put together well. Small things here and there were falling apart, the wood blinds, the curtain rods, the railing on the front patio (exposed nails, major safety issue.) to many small things to list. The sitting area did not have adequate seating and the couch was uncomfortable. The air conditioning froze and we had to defrost it for a few hours for it to work again. I would not stay in this home again. Please update and repair your home.

This is a great location. We didn’t know what to expect but we had no damage and the rental was very nice and clean. We had a problem with internet due to storm damage outside the house and it was handled promptly. The only thing I would say, as I see others have said, the couch needs to be replaced. We had a great stay and would recommend and book again. Southern Rentals was great to work with.

Location was great. The team was helpful with our needs. The only bad things was the couch was partially broken, a couple of the blinds were broken, and the fire alarm is blinking. Outside of that, everything was perfect. Your VRBO team was great.

Really loved the location of this property. The beach access at the end of the cul-de-sac felt very secluded. We would definitely come back. We had a few minor issues with the wi-fi not working half the time and the front door getting stuck and key pad not locking/unlocking correctly but overall a great place.

It was a nice stay. We had friends staying nearby so it was a great location. No far from the ocean and super close to the bay.

Nice property really enjoyed it

The place was batter than the pictures! Loved the view we had of the bay and my kids would go okay and I could watch them from the deck. The other beach was a short .25 walk away! Loved our stay! Lots of space and friendly neighborhood!

Some of the lights in shorts they would flicker on and off there was dog hair all over the floor. Sand burrs we're stuck in all of the rugs the thermostat did not work correctly the front door would not lock or unlock sometimes just to hit a few

Located in Navarre Beach and all of it’s facilities. After leaving NC prior to the storm and traveling with our dog we decided to visit Navarre Beach. All of the facilities in the area are excellent. The property is in an excellent location such as walking/ bike paths, dog beaches close by, plenty of great restaurants. It has a great view of the sound and close to the beach. The management team were great to work with and accommodating. Navarre Beach has become one of our favorites.

Great place to stay and enjoy Navarre. It was just like being at home here.

We loved the house. The location was great. Within walking distance to either side of the island. It is well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend it!!!

This was the perfect home away. Close to everything. Great access to the sounds and gulf and plenty of activity. Home was very nice and comfortable.

The back porch was unusable. The furniture was dirty, rusted threw in spots. The furniture inside was extremely uncomfortable. The coach was futon style. The chairs on the front porch where the most comfortable and they where plastic. The tv in the living rm was broke and they did not fix while we where there. The location was ok still had to drive over to the beach side and park. The house is on bay side.

Great house to stay at with the family! Everything we were looking for in a vacation getaway home. Kitchen and all bathrooms were well maintained. Bedrooms were spacious and the front/back balconies were an added bonus for a nice quiet night and a cigar. The beaches are a close 5 minute walk and it was nice having in house laundry service at our disposal! Would recommend this home for an average size family as it suited us well with 5 kids. When we come back to Navarre we will be looking at staying at this house again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Perfect for 4 people. Would definetly stay here again. The only reason for only 4 stars is there was no gulf view. There was however a beautiful sound view and the most beautiful sunsets ever.

Beautiful house, very modern and clean!

Was located In front of the bay, and across the street from the ocean. We had the option to walk or drive. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for an amazing stay
