Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y equipadas.

El elevador no funcionaba correctamente.

the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was hot.

Great friendly staff, that helped make the entire process be nice and smooth. Place was also very peaceful and quiet with lots of good eating places nearby as well as shopping stores.

Carpet areas are looking a bit old but overall place looks adequate.

Close to Central bus station & a great Argentinian restaurant (El Lugar del Befe)

Conveniently in center of Pachuca, off one of the main streets. Easy to get back in road when traveling.

A little musty. Good thing air worked well to ventilate.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient.

The hallways were dirty, as were the bedrooms. It didn't feel great.

the receptionist booked twice the room I was already in bed when two ppl enter to the room and then a third one after that I couldn’t sleep anymore. the phone did not worked so I have to come down to talked to them, then I wanted to go to my room he deactivated my key room so I couldn’t used it for the lift so again I have to come back to reception. they were not helpful neither in the morning when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager. facilities were not accurate it didn’t even came with the remotes for the TV. i woke up late after struggling to sleep and missed my shuttle to be back at the airport. avoid this place
