The property is tops, starting with the beach view and easy access! The floorplan worked great for us and the property manager was professional and courteous.

What a wonderful house! I live very close to Navarre Beach and invited some friends (from various parts of the US) to be here on the Gulf Coast for 4 days. We all agreed that the house was one of the nicer ones we've ever stayed in - really well equipped kitchen, unusually nice decor, beach chairs provided and toiletries in each bathroom! The management team was so great to work with as well. Have recommended this house to several other friends as the one they should rent when coming to this area!!

Great house with everything you need. Beautiful beach access right out the back door and the quietness of Navarre Beach was so relaxing.

Great home layout. The kitchen was large and very well equipped for cooking. The views from the deck are stunning! No complaints from me!

The property manager was very communicative regarding hurricane Ian and that helped us to relax a bit and enjoy our time on the beach. The only drawback is the stairs from the house to the beach are not aligned to the ground so there is a pretty big step at the end that was difficult for aged parents.

This 5bed, 3Bath house with Upstairs Lookout Room, right on the beach, was very comfortable for our family! The Grandchidren swam everyday and the pier wasn't far for fishing. We will go back!

The property was as described in the listing but check in was at 4 and we were not allowed to get checked in to condo until well after 4. Which was disappointing since we had driven 12 hours to get there. They blamed it on cleaning the property but we walked into our room and there was a smell and there was still dried vomit on the pillows….. along with hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Not very clean in our opinion. There was several other small things that we were some what disappointed in but it was a condo at the beach so we just made the best of it. We have been to Navarre twice now and have stayed in numerous condos in Florida. Unfortunately- This did happen to be the bottom of the list stay wise.

Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Definitely recommend this place. Deck has ample gathering space.

None of us had ever been that far north in Florida. It was so lovely to be staying directly on the beach. I had the deepest of sleeps listening to the waves crash every night. I would certainly go back but perhaps try March or April... when we arrived on Feb 19th it was a bit cold for the first few nights. This was my first experience being bundled up on the beach! But being from South Florida, we have many days of sunny warmth so I wasn't too disappointed by the weather. The house was spacious enough for 9 of us and my doggies to enjoy the home to the fullest. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed (although we did bring our own coffee pot because we're a bit of coffee snobs). The town of Navarre didn't have a whole lot to see - but we explored and visited Pensacola, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. The best part of being on the beach with not much around is you really get to relax. And that we did... to the max. :-)

Perfect beach house for a group. We had a group of six adults, and was able to have a bathroom for each couple. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for all our delicious fresh seafood feasts.
