Breakfast was amazing & the staff was great! :)

Our bed was zero comfy :S

spacious room with all the amenities. staff super kind, especially Camilo that provided us with many tips and suggestions. amazing breakfast with many options and delivered in the room.

location wasn’t the best, as it felt a bit unsafe. beds weren’t comfortable

The staff who were working at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very good and big.

The street vehicles and motor cycles noises were heard so loud all night that it was almost impossible to get a good sleep. Breakfast was not provided at 7 as it was supposed to be available from and was requested by us. It was provided at 7:30 which a bit late as we were rushing to catch our plane. The quality of the breakfast needs to be improved.

I liked our terrace and the breakfast. The lobby area was also cool. THe service was great.

In the terrace there were some cigarrete buts and it wasnt to well mantained. We didnt have hand towels.

Below average facilities, really extremely unpleasant staff (maybe it doesn't happen to Spanish speakers ...). Also, beware of a lot of noise from the street and adjacent rooms, soundproofing zero.

some things were damaged such as light switches, bathrooms seemed a little old, and some drawers were damaged as well. the street is too busy, so it was noisy at night

I can't get enough from this hotel and that is why I keep coming back. We both loved how friendly and pleasant everyone is.

Very good value for money and pleasant room - kind staff

The location is not great - it is far from all the main chapinero bars and restaurants. Also, the property was cold and one day there was no hot water so it was impossible to shower. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or hair drying. The breakfast was good, but having it in the room was a bit of a faff

It was a comfy bedroom and the atmosphere feels like home, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very taste

The Wi-Fi worked fine, the shower was hot and we were located near to some nice restaurants and bars.

We booked a room with a terrace which we were not given until our second night (we were refunded the difference in value but offered no compensation for the inconvenience). The bed was broken (and once fixed, uncomfortable). The location was noisy. Breakfast didn’t include everything as advertised. The free water was often not refilled.
