Location was really good, very close to the bus routes to the airport and into Palma. Close to the beach and all restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, a large selection that catered for everyone (inc. vegan and gluten free)

The walls are a little thin so we could hear other guests. but that did not impact our enjoyment.

This is not a review about Nura Condor, because when we went there it turned out that the hotel was closed and we had to stay in a neighboring one belonging to the same owners - Nura Boreal. As I can't rate Boreal, because we didn't book it, my frustration will have to reside here. We arrived in a rainy evening, spent 15 minuities parking, unloaded our luggage and brought it to the hotel only to see that it is closed and there is a note on the door to go to Nura Boreal for more information. In the rain and dark I went there, only to be told that we will be accommodated there. I was furious that nobody even called us to inform upfront. When we checked in, we realized that Boreal was super shabby - rooms dated, not renovated from the '70s probably, shower was horrible, everything was old and unpleasant, cleanliness was horrible! We will never ever stay in a hotel owned by this chain due this extremely unprofessional behavior - when you are changing a booking and downgrading it, you HAVE to inform your customer. If we were informed, we would have canceled and booked another hotel.

1) 5 mins walk to the beach. 2) Breakfast is delicious 😋 3) 24 hours front desk availability. 4) We had a leaking celing, but it was handled well. We got another room and free breakfast for our trouble.

Even though the celing was leaking it was not handled for 2 days. Just by lucky coincidence we came to the room few minutes before the leak became so bad, that were we not in the room that time we would have came to a "swimming pool" room. Afterwards it was resolved though. It happens.

Manuel was very kind from day one recommending good places to go for food and tourism and provided a map too. The hotel's location is very convenient to get to both the beach and the city centre.

At times it was difficult to have good night sleep since other guests would arrive late and make too much noise. Wish the rooms were soundproofed, but considering other advantages this one is negligible!

the pool was very good very deep and wasn’t that cold . the staff were very nice and the breakfast was decent. there were shops close by and pretty close to the beach

the walls were really thin we had to change rooms because our neighbours were so loud. the lift was broken , some facilities in our room was broken and we didn’t have a fridge in our room

Manuel is very nice, very friendly. There are some free parking places around the hotel. Don't worry about the parking. The breakfast is really good in the neighbor Hotel, but very close to get.

The rooms are not well soundproofed.

It is a really comfortable hotel with a nice pool. Breakfast is in another hotel, but just a short walk and it was the best we had in Mallorca. We would go back any time.
