Apartment Tamara and Carmen were very responsive and helpful from when very first booking and the apartment itself was well equipped and has the amazing balcony with the beautiful view. The only problem was the unclear instructions on check in which caused us a lot of stress and difficulties. Obviously it is our fault we don’t speak Spanish but assume they must have a lot of English speaking guests so would recommend for them to have something prepared they can provide that fully and clearly explains the process to provide to people when arriving especially for the parking and also the correct entrance to get the cases up. (Can see other reviewers have mentioned the same) Alternatively if they could arrange as many properties do for someone to meet you on check in, that would be good. One other thing about the block, not the apartment so obviously not the owners fault whatsoever, is that the lighting is poor in the hallways which on one occasion caused me to fall and hurt myself so would just warn people to be aware of that. All in all though ñ, would recommend this if you are staying in Los Gigantes.

The location and view was stunning. Nice size terrace and plenty of room to eat and relax. The pool was a nice size and fairly quiet when we went for a swim. The location is at the top of a hill so be prepared for a steep walk back at the end of an evening. The only negative was a lack of a welcome pack explaining how everything worked, local shops opening hours, phone numbers for taxi,s, and the exact location of the garage which we never found! Other than that i would recommend this appartment for a stay in LG

Place is super clean and kitchen has everything needed. Super communication with host. Don’t hesitate to book.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, eine tolle Lage und die Vermieterin ist total lieb und nett! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch viel mehr, der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn!

This was our second time at this lovely apartment. Lovely views with lots to do at the small local harbour which can be seen from the balcony. All the restaurants are good with friendly staff. Bus services take you in all directions from the small resort which is down the hill from the apartment. All in all a very nice holiday

It was great to stay here. The apartment is exactly as described and the owner has thought of everything one could possibly need. The balcony was bigger than I had expected and we were fortunate enough to have a lot of sun and warmth to use this often. It is a walk away from the village but be prepared to go uphill on the way back! It was good for me!!! The only tow issues we had which didn't matter too much was that we had been given the wrong entry code to get the keys in an email but a text to the owners soon rectified this. We couldn't get English channels on the TV which didn't bother us really as we were content to snooze and read! The owner was most apologetic but we said to sort it out after we had left! We've stayed in Los Gigantes before and love the area. It's good to have a car to explore the rest of the island. We loved our stay here and will return in a few years time I am sure. Thanks to the owner for making the whole process so easy and comfortable.

The holiday was a success. The location was perfect, everything on hand including an easy taxi service from the supermarkets. Nice welcome including fruit and cakes to tied us over from the journey.The apartment is attractive and private altho being in an apartment block. I would recommend this apartment and we are returning in the spring.

Desde el inicio de la reserva todo es facilidades con Tamara. El acceso es fácil, a la llegada te sorprende con detalles como fruta variada, bebida y una lista con lugares para visitar y dónde poder comer. El apartamento es acogedor y muy coqueto. A destacar la terraza con las impresionantes vistas a los Gigantes. Muchas gracias por todo, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. Sin duda, repetiremos!

Der Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Eine sehr saubere Wohnung. Und vorallem sehr gut ausgestattet, teilweise besser als jede Wohnung daheim. Auch der Tischgrill war ein sehr schönes Extra. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf den Los Gigantes und Gomera ist einzigartig.!

The area is fantastic! Property is just like it is described. Beautiful views love this area its food! The black sand beaches in la arena were unbelievable! The owner was very prompt with answering any questions we had. This area is quiet and very peaceful

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist unglaublich schön. Der Blick aufs Meer und der Sonnenuntergang ist einzigartig. Es ist absolut still, kein Auto oder sonstiger Lärm, nur das Meer hört man leise rauschen. Zur Begrüßung gabs einen Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein und Gebäck. Die Mutter von Tamara hat uns ganz lieb begrüßt und war bei Problemen immer erreichbar. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und es ist sogar ein Lidl im Ort. Allerdings ist hierzu ein Mietwagen notwendig. Das Apartment liegt am Berg und ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der kleine Pool ist wunderschön erfrischend. In den Ort sind es ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. Wir danken Tamara und ihrer Mutter für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Tamara"s apartment is beautifully fitted and is very comfortable for two people. Might be a squeeze for three or four. Being at the end of the road is great because it is quiet and very little traffic. The walk up and down into town is easy if you are reasonably fit. We loved the view of town as we walked down each day. And the evenings are spectacular with the sunset right across the sea to La Gomera. Being west facing the sun doesn't get onto the balcony until mid morning (in late March) but after that it is a sun trap with a truly spectacular view over the marina and the sea all around. The electric awning is really good to give shade and sun as required on the balcony. In the village there are restaurants and supermarkets and cafes; the beach is not good so Gigantes is not the place to go for a beach holiday. The Oasis resort in the village is lovely and is worth a visit for the pool and loungers etc.. Gigantes is for mid to older aged folks, not for youngsters, but Tamara's place is one of the best we have ever rented and is thoroughly recommended.

What a hidden gem we found here. A clean, well equipped apartment with such a beautiful view on a fabulous terrace. Add great options with English t.v. (we were able to watch all the movies that were up for Oscars) Tamara had a bowl of fruit, wine, and pastries to welcome us. She and Francisco always answered any enquiries from the beginning of our bookings to the end of our stay, promptly. (Big points!) Definitely want to come back! Pauline and John Ottawa, Canada

We know Los Gigantes well and wanted an apartment with a stunning view of the cliffs, a large terrace, well equipped and comfortable. Our expectations were exceeded. After a few teething problems with the English TV box, which Tamara was brilliant at getting resolved, we settled fully in to three wonderful weeks. The large terrace saw us eating breakfast, relaxing with coffee, enjoying the sun all afternoon, watching the sunset, eating dinner and watching the stars. We loved it - can you tell! Inside, the living area is comfortable and Tamara has changed the kitchen lay out to make better use of the space. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we cooked most nights very happily. There’s a good washing machine tucked in the bathroom and drying facilities on the balcony. The bedroom has good storage - a little maintenance on the drawers may be a good idea, but excellent and we slept incredibly well (I’m usually poor when I go away so I was delighted). There was a great second mattress provided so we could use the sofa bed and that was really comfortable. Tamara was so helpful - some great tips on good places to go. Our tiny tip: It took us a few days to find the step free route in so we lugged cases upstairs but if you get the apartment key - the second key on the table accesses a side gate further up the hill and step free access t9 the lift! The apartment is 7-10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Gigantes. The rod does have a bit of a kick of a hill when you’re carrying the shopping but it’s worth it for the views and apartment. And if you have a car then Lidl or the other supermarkets are a breeze! In all, we loved it and having stayed in others places locally, it is exceptional value too.

Tamara was a wonderful host, always on hand before, during and after our stay. A simply wonderful view, amazing little village with great restaurants, walks, beaches and bars. If you want a relaxing getaway, Los Gigantes is the place to go and this apartment allows you to view in all its glory.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in Los Gigantes. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sie ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen! Tamara ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft stand in der Wohnung ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Das war toll! Das beste ist jedoch die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Felsen. Hier kann man bis in die Nacht hinein gemütlich sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Durch den terrassierten Bau des Komplexes am Hang, hat man das Gefühl trotz der vielen Wohneinheiten ziemlich für sich zu sein. Ein Schwimmbecken gibt es auch. Da kann man sich abends nochmal abkühlen. Ins Zentrum von Los Gigantes ist es nicht weit zu Fuß und dort gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
