Location was good, short walk or ride away from multiple hotspots. Pool and view were fantastic as well as the staff.

Breakfast was great, good variety and changed everyday. Kelly and stamatis really made our stay so special, we will really miss this place it was such a lovely holiday. For anyone deciding wether to go or not book it you will not be disappointed. The staff really do make this place special and make you feel welcome and at home. Stamatis our friend remembering our names and making us favourite drinks everyday without us having to ask, he made us feel like he is a true friend not a staff member. Much more of a personal hotel as you get to know the staff very pleased we stayed here.

Very small complaint but as our room was on top of the kitchen it did have a smell of food most mornings it was eggs, and wallpaper peeling off. Would have been nice to have been shown how to use the shower and safe as they are totally different to the UK, Kelly came up to help us after 2nd time of asking. Wouldn’t discourage anyone to not go because of this.

Where do I start…we absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff is one of the best reasons why - everyone was so lovely and helpfull, smiling all the time!! Nothing was ever a problem. Special thanks anf love to the Legend - Mr.Stamatis!!! And also the lovely red-haired receptionist which name I unfortunately didn’t get!! Also all the ladies serving us breakfasts and dinners-so kind and pleasant! Secondly-the hotel room was superb! The pool, the view, comfy bed! Also the food was so delicious! Overall I’d definitely come back anytime!

I loved absolutely everything. The location is a real paradise and the staff is very kind to the people. The rooms are cleaned every day and the food is great!! Also the view is gorgeous so we had such a really good time here. I can’t forget to mention Stamatis for his ospitality and kindness..it’s the heart of the location and he made us feel like home!

The hotel is nothing how booking describe it. Very old inside and outside, staff don`t speak english, food comes after 1h and 30min.

Location is not so great, No-Wifi and No Signal on the phone.

Beautiful and very clean. On the whole the staff were really nice. We were in room 219 and it has an amazing view.

Difficulty getting Wi-Fi in the room, however the manager was very accommodating letting me use his office for a work meeting. The chef seemed a bit hot and cold with her friendliness. a couple of days she came across a bit rude.

I loved that every staff was welcoming, they treated me good and showed me a good time.

- The room and bathroom look really old and some things were broken. Also there was an old smell. Absolutely not worth 5 stars. - The pool towels were really old and some days they were out of the towels.

Stam ! He is the life of the hotel. He made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. He really looked after us throughout the entire time.

The staff was nothing but exceptional. We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH. I am so so happy we chose this.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Room service was also lovely. The thing I was impressed with was breakfast. It wasn't too varied, but everything was delicious. I still miss the fresh pastries we used to eat in the morning. The view from the room was nice. The hotel is quiet and located in a picturesque place.

There were a lot of small things here and there that prevent us from calling this hotel flawless. The assortment of breakfast dishes could have been more varied. We didn't feel comfortable personally asking the cook to fry the eggs for us every morning. We'd rather have anything we want in a free access. The same goes for tea and coffee. Even though the staff was great, we'd prefer to choose any drinks without asking anyone. The bees drove us crazy. Just one sec outside with some food and 2-3 bees are swarming around you. This was really annoying, and staff didn't try to help with that. The shower can was a bit clogged and what's more during the whole stay we couldn't figure out how to make the water colder. We were turning the water tap but it still was quite hot. The wallpapers in the room were peeled off in some places and dirty with glue. On the first day of our stay we saw ants in the bathroom. TV had only channels in Greek. We had a room with a private pool. But the water was cold (September), so we didn't swim. We also had to rent a car, because the hotels is located quite far from anything. This one isn't necessarily a disadvantage, just something to have in mind. Overall, we expected more from the 5-star hotel.

Excellent hotels, excellent service. The staff, breakfast, pool ...... everything is excellent. A small shortcoming: there are hardly any international TV channels.

Service was out of this world. The staff is so eager to help, give recommendations which are always incredible. We got upgraded as soon as we got there, we ordered room services late and got service with a smile. Stamatis, the star of the staff knew us by name, remembered us as well as our coffee order in the morning, we were served like royalty. I would honestly be happy to go back and strongly recommend this hotel
