Good location, not far from restaurant, 7/11, beautiful furniture and very good bed. Friendly personals.

The room on the street side is not sound proof. The stairs is narrow. No ketel for tea or coffee. No lift for heavy laggages. We do not mind to use the stairs but not with big laggages.

Spacious and confortable room nicely decorated with high value furniture made from teak wood. Modern bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Friendly and very helpful staff to advise for any onward journey to the islands Koh Chang Koh Mak and Koh Kood.

English was medium but enough to understand each other 😉

Booking.com directions to the hotel were hard to follow. The hotel was excellent and good value.

Close to Bus Terminal, at the entrance to the city. Restaurants, fruit market & ATM in walking distance. Very friendly staff, clean room with great shower.

Air conditioning didn't work properly and could make it cold enough even though it said it was at 16 degrees

Hard to find the staff. No motorbike taxi anywhere in the general area of the hotel I tried to use grab taxi in I got a message saying they can't pick me up at that location so I tried other locations that weren't far away and I got the same message. I like the fact that it's close to the bus station but general transportation is a problem in that area where the hotel is
