Everything was perfect! From location to staff and facilities. I cannot be thankfull enough for the way the staff handled all our requests. First of all, we arrived very early, at 10 o’clock in the morning and the room was allreadyavailble and the receptionists handled the card to us. we travelled with our son/daughter -in-law and our 18 months grandchild. We asked for close rooms and got a connected pair of rooms, so it was just perfect for the little one to have space enough and it was so easy to babysit him. We initially asked for a baby cot that was allready waiting for us in the room but then we changed our mind and asked for a full sized bed so one of the parents could sleep separate. it was no problem, we received the bed immediately. the cleaning lady was so nice and cleaned our room while we were having breakfast. The rooms were very big, bright and clean with the most amazing view to the beach and see. The massage I took at the spa was perfect and also the massage outside, at the pool, very good. The parking for the rented car was free of charge and we always found a place. We booked allinclusive because of the child, the food was very good, the staff very attentive, always asking if we need anything for the baby. We also asked for late check out for one room and they arranged it on the spot. Best staff ever! Thank you for making our vacation smooth and perfect!

Great location with an amazing view of Nissi beach. Big size rooms and big balcony. Breakfast is great with fresh fruit and lots of hot and cold dishes. friendly staff and nice and relaxing around the pool area

I liked everything really. it was a perfect vacation

Very close to one of the best beaches in Ayia Napa, supportive and friendly staff, everything is well organized. Comfortable rooms, everything was clean. There is a good bar in the hotel next to the pools. Breakfast was good, but almost the same everyday. We’ve had one dinner there, it was great, very delicious!

There are no tissues in the rooms. Also one of our rooms had 2twin beds putted together, but when you move they scroll far from each other. Administration staff told that its also a double room, which I believe is not for a 4star hotel.
