This a great property with everything you could need, the pool area /outside space is fabulous for entertaining. There is a lovely local beach about a 10 minute walk. The tram is about a 15 minute walk although this is not clearly signposted. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack which was a lovely gesture. Thanks for a lovely stay

Fantastic stay at your beautiful villa, we were a party of 5 adults celebrating 50th birthday, the pool area stunning,kitchen was very well equipped and the games room was a little gem, local buses brilliant to get you into el campello and to the tram to visit alicante. Will definitely be booking to stay again

First impression was how big the villa is, and I have never seen such a huge pool. The villa was so very clean and anything that you need has been supplied, even down to a sewing kit. You expect a hairdryer but there were even straighteners. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. There was a lovely welcome basket on our arrival and Kate even drove us to the nearest shop to get some basic supplies.....so friendly. Anything we needed to know, we just texted Kate and she was very quick to reply. The double bed was very comfy and plenty of extra bedding. There is a fantastic hammock in the garden and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. I cannot say enough about how great this villa is It is quite hilly but if you are fit, you will not need a car. The bus stops are outside of the villa. The bus that goes to El Campello beach and shops is on the opposite side of the villa and arrives around twenty-to the hour and takes 20 minutes to get there, but well worth going. The bus on the villa side of the road will take you to the tram (we walked it) and that comes around twenty five past the hour.From there you can go to Benidorm in 20 minutes or La VillaJoiosa in 2 stops which has the best beach. They only come once an hour but be aware that they dont run on weekends. A 10/15 minute walk up the hill you will see a sign for the Pueblo Acantilado Suites. Walk down the hill to a small shop and two fantastic restaurants. A perfect villa for relaxing and enjoying life, I would highly recommend.

We have just returned for a week in this beautiful villa.. 9 of us!! We all had a fantastic time.. the villa had enough space and things to do to keep everyone entertained. Only a ten minute walkfrom the beach where we enjoyed days and evenings... I would recommend a car for shopping trips but apart from that a great time was had by all and Kate was very helpful from start to end... thanks again

We have just returned from 8 days stay at this lovely Villa. There was everything you would ever need, the bedrooms were very spacious, as were the bathrooms and the living areas & a spectacular kitchen with everything you needed and more. There are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with ensuite and in the living area, a double sofa bed (bedroom as it is quite private with closing double doors) also a walk in wardrobe. There was 7 of us, four adults and three teenagers. Downstairs there was a games room in which the teenagers absolutely loved and kept them entertained. The outdoor living area was excellent with ample space to relax and eat. The Pool was amazing. The villa is situated on a hill, so would recommend a car if you have trouble with mobility, although there are buses that pass every 20 minutes. The shops are nearby approx 500meters, along with a couple of restaurants in which they do lovely takeout, ie pizzas or anything you want really. The best shop is up at the top of the hill, quite a walk but is reachable. The nearest beach is down the hill with a beach bar and the tram station is just near the beach too. We didn't hire a car as we were able to get about via walking but would recommend hiring a car if you have mobility problems. We went into Benidorm via the Tram which was a short journey of approx 25-30 mins at a cost of approx 6 Euros return each. We would definitely return to this Villa Kenaz as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to any of our friends and family. Thank you Kate - 5 absolutely Big Stars x

We (my wife and I) stayed here for a week with our 16month old son and our sister and brother in law. The property has a great layout that allows for family dining inside and out, there is plenty of communal space inside and out, and the pool is a great size. The 3 bedrooms were fine, the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the BBQ a lot. Although the beach is a 15min walk, there are not many pavements and the area is quite hilly. We had a hire car which was perfect and we also used the tram into Benidorm, which was straight forward. Overall this was perfect for us to have a relaxing holiday, where the whole family could hang out together both in and out of the sun.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at villa Kanez it was absolutely beautiful the outside space is so pretty and private. The villa has everything you could need the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into what you need and this shows. We have 6 children from 11 weeks to 14 years and there was something for all the games room was a great addition. Fantastic welcome basket on arrival and met by Agnes the housekeeper who was very welcoming and had waited for us despite being delayed. Thank you very much

Lovely villa for a large family, everything provided to make your stay a pleasure! Pool was great however because of the autumn sun it was in the shade so quite cold but in summer this wouldn't be a problem. Games room downstairs was great, kitchen more than equipped with everything you would need. Villa is located near a small beach but best beach at Villajoysa which was 15mins and beautiful! Tram to Benidorm or Alicante easy accessible. If you are a large family you will love the villa, so much space and lots of bathrooms. Spotlessly clean as well, what more could you want?! We had a fabulous holiday.

A fantastic family holiday. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful pool and outside space. Plenty of room for the 6 adults, and 3 children. (3 generations ages ranging from 2 - 62). The games room was well used too. We bar-b-que'd every night and enjoyed sitting out with a few glasses of sangria late into the evening. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed to cater during our 2 week stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful and took us into town to get our initial food and drink supplies. We decided not to hire a car for our stay so were reliant on the local C2 bus service to get into El Campello for our next major supermarket shop. This was okay once we worked out the bus timetable and that the buses didn't run on Saturday or Sunday! All in all an excellent 2 weeks and a strong contender for a second visit. Would recommend for families or groups who want their own place to relax and enjoy each others company with exclusive use of a large swimming pool.

The villa is located in a small quite residential area, a small local beach is a sort walk away down the hill, although it can get crowded at peak times it is a lovely beach, the water and sand are very clean. If you don't want to be in the busy area and are happy with a short journey to it then this villa is perfectly placed, we would recommend a car so you can easily get around the local area, especially as there are some steep inclines or simply use the local tram system. The main Campello area/beach, is a short drive from the villa, 10 mins by car or the local tram service, the tram service is incredibly efficient, running every 15 minutes and making Alicante accessible even without a car. The villa is very spacious, all the bedrooms have plenty of room with storage easily available, the kitchen has everything you need and the option to dine inside or outside is easy - even a BBQ is handily placed near the outside dining area. However we felt the real beauty of the villa was its exterior - the pool area is fantastic. The pool is a very good size, with a great jacuzzi area and lounge area for shade/relaxing, the small garden area is beautifully landscaped - it even looks great at night under the lights! The property is in excellent condition, impeccably clean, with all furniture of good quality and it all felt very new, the air-con is excellent as it is available in all rooms but as the house is well designed it didn't get too hot as it is well shaded. We also found that on arrival the small number of food/drink items were gratefully received and meant we could grab some lunch before we made a supermarket trip. There is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes up the hill for quick or emergency purchases but the hypermarkets are only 15 mins drive and offer everything you require at great value. In the main town there is a great choice of restaurants and ice-cream parlours along the front, at all price ranges, the beaches were all great with clean white sand and beautiful blue sea, the main Campello beaches get busy but those further along in the San Juan direction are quiet and also easily accessible. Overall we couldn't fault the holiday, the villa is a great place to stay, in a great location, Campello a lovely town but with so much access to other places like Alicante, San Juan, Villajoyosa and even some excellent Bodegas just a short drive away. Excellent villa, perfect for couples or families - recommended!

We stayed in this lovely villa during the Easter holidays with our 4 young children. The villa is immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, the dish washer was a god send as no one wants to spend too much time cleaning when they are on holiday. The garden area was perfect and the pool was massive, we loved spending evenings chilled out around the pool with a glass of wine and the kids loved it too. The games room is an excellent addition to the villa, when it was a bit cold or wet in the evenings we would all listen to music whilst enjoying a game of pool downstairs. The surrounding area felt so safe especially important when you have small children, the owners have ensured the villa is completely secure with shutters on the Windows, extra gates and a security system. From the front door you have a fantastic view of the sea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we wish we could of stayed longer. I could not fault this villa at all, the pictures on the website do not do the villa justice it was so much more than what I expected and we hope to return next year during peak season for a longer stay. Thank u for everything including welcome basket. We felt very nice when we got to house and there was a welcome basket for us. Peaceful surrounding. We spent really good time in the basement playing billiard, darts, ping-pong at the day and in the evenings drinking drinks by the pool. The property was clean and nice. This house is situated just outside El Campello. We have stayed in this area many times and a car is essential to get to all the great facilities. The house and gardens are very well kept and attractive. The owner is very helpful and I would recommend this rental highly. El Campello is a lovely town with lots of great restaurants along the beautiful beach-front. Within walking distance of the house is a smaller beach and beach-bar. There is also a nearby hotel complex Pueblo Acantilado, with 2 good restaurants that non-residents can use. You are also close to Alicante, Benidorm and Elche for shopping excursions.

Very beautiful villa. Quiet location. The villa is in 30 minutes by car of the airport, Alicante and Benidorm. the House is ideal for families, couples and friends. The house is very well equipped. The house is very well maintained. I recommend it!!
