Access to the restaurant for regular meals instead of expensive buffet would have been nice, since I was paying so much to stay there.

The location was great as well as the view. There was also a convenience store that was right under the hotel, which was very helpful. The staff was very open and nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
A small detail, but on our first night we have a torn bedsheet. Not a big deal, but considering the money paid, the staff should a bit more attentive to those kind of detail. However, the bedsheet was changed the next day. Also as a suggestion, it would be great if the hotel had online payment/Apple Pay.

What a view! Excellent hotel Infront of the Gwangalli beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable!
Breakfast is delicious with very big variety European and Asian. Very friendly staff. There are a lot of buses near the area and a metro station if you walk a little. So many coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel.

Dark colored interior I would've enjoyed more sunlight from the surrounding area

very good location, excellent staff and professionals. An hour after check-out I realized that I forgot my wallet with money in the hotel. The staff was very kind (housekeeper and reception) and returned my purse with the full amount of money. I would like to thank you once more. ❤️

great location right across from the beach. GS25 on ground floor. Close to good food and shops. Beautiful view of bridge. affordable and the staff is wonderful

this place is a defo stay . right on the beach front , we got a side view of the beach. the room was lovely with big double beds so comfy , the hotel smells so goood, the bathroom was nice .
