Todo, la habitación que nos tocó fue muy bonita, la atención en el restaurante fue excelente. Galería muy interesante. Tiene biblioteca, eso me gustó, de tener más tiempo lo hubiéramos disfrutado mamá y yo. Faltaba lectura para niños, miss niñas les encanta leer, única observación

En la habitación, el tragaluz me resultaba muy claro para la noche. Yo duermo súper obscuro y eso me incomodó

Faltaba jabón y shampoo, demoraron an atendernos en el desayuno y las opciones no eran variadas

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and set you up for the day. Rooms were clean and cosy. This property was ideally suited for its central location in Cuenca, only 5 mins walk from Plaza Calderon.

Mieux vaut prendre la catégorie supérieure de chambre car le lit que nous avions était petit tout comme la chambre qui était un peu "dépouillé". Et il y faisait plutôt frais car à l'ombre. C'est propre mais spartiate.

Nos hicieron dormir en la bodega del hotel. En la reserva había la opción de vista al jardín o sin vista al jardín. Resulta que la habitación no tenía siquiera una ventana! Un lugar oscuro y húmedo! Por el valor que pagamos, pudimos hospedarnos en un mejor hotel y mucho más cerca al Parque Calderón. Las fotos que suben a Booking no se parecen en nada a la habitación que nos dieron, habían cables colgando de una pared, parches sin pintar. Nunca volvería a este hotel. They made us sleep in the hotel's cellar. When booking there was the option of garden view or no garden view. Turns out the room didn't even have a window! A dark and humid place! For the amount we paid, we were able to stay in a better hotel and much closer to Parque Calderón. The photos they upload to Booking do not look anything like the room they gave us, there were cables hanging from a wall, unpainted patches. I would never return to this hotel.

Excellent, the hotel is on the heart of the heritage colonial side of the city but it has a beautiful garden that makes you feel the classic Andean houses, and it has a family feeling, both of the owners makes you feel at home,

-The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We arrived on the night bus and they went out of their way to give us a room so we could rest. -Breakfast was delicious and filling - Location was great! Between the main square and the river.

Good location in Cuenca, so many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfy. Staff was very nice.

Super noisy. Had a hard time sleeping from the noise, rooms did not block noise whatsoever. Church bells woke us up often, as well as other hotel guests and even staff talking or listening to podcasts (?) right outside our room early in the morning. Also our first room was not properly cleaned, but they moved us to a cleaner one so that was okay.

Very noisy on weekends because of nearby pub/ disco which made it difficult to sleep until late in the morning

The location, staff and breakfast were perfect. There is an option to park a car next to the hotel (for free) or on a private parking (additional option). Especially, I’d like to thank Janet, who was very polite and attentive.

The location would have been great if the hotel was well marked with clear signs, but the entrance didn't match the address so it was extremely hard to find, located in the historic district which we were looking forward to visiting but could not tolerate the hotel.

I am demanding a refund from Booking. There was no breakfast, even tho that was a big selling point and rated a 9. There was no restaurant, even though there are tables and chairs on the sidewalk and a menu on the check in counter. The internet was so weak it didn't reach the room, the TV was missing with the cable hanging out of the wall, the beds were practically on the floor, there were no carpets on the laminate wood floors, there was no cliate control so you would have to leave the unprotected window open even though it was on the 1st floor overlooking the unkempt and overgrown garden.

The room and the rest of the facilities are great, the staff is super friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast. Good location, many great cafes, restaurants etc are nearby.

Over the weekend it tends to get super loud at night since there are bars and a hostel close by. During the week it was quiet.

WiFi was a bit patchy and it’s loud if there are fiestas for the weekend as it’s near karaoke bars and clubs.

Breakfast is great , the location is perfect , events inside the hotel , supper hospitality and service from the whole staff was beyond expectation , it’s one big family taking care of you .
